The location is great! I'm close to a lot of places within few steps. The room is small, but comfy. I didn't include breakfast as I like to try local food from local restaurants surrounding the area. There's a small supermarket close to the hotel, which made it convenient for me to buy the necessities.

You have to enter with your car in the elevator to get to the parking. That was a cool experience for me, but the parking space and the way to park your car inside it is way too narrow therefore not convenient, but I managed.

Good location so we had access to restaurants and enjoying the easy access to beach, shops and sea view. it was very clean and staff was helpful and very friendly. one of the reception staff, I think he was a reception manager tall guy with glasses, he was so charming and welcoming, he looked after us very well, anything we need or helped with.

Nothing negative to say.

Brilliant location, friendly staff, very comfortable bed. We lucked out and found on street parking about 5 mins away (we saw also quite a lot of free street parking futher out as we were driving in to the centre). We loved the relaxed 12:00 check out

Reading other reviews, we asked for a quiet room. We had a street side room on the 4th floor, on a Friday night, but it was still quite loud upstairs from the top floor, but it was ok. We didn't want a full buffet breakfast so we had a coffee and pastry in a nearby cafe (there are lots to choose from)

Everything is perfect, the staff is attentive, friendly, professional, truly the top.

The only flaw are the shower mixers, the water fluctuates continuously between hot and cold and taking a shower is not as pleasant an experience as it should be.

The hotel is really well positioned, in the city’s downtown, near to restaurants, the port and the main streets. The full breakfast costs 15 euro but it was of very good quality, and also the staff service during breakfast was excellent (you can do special requests customised as you want) and it has a good combination of savory and sweets. The terrace bar is very nice with great views of the city and good prices, but be aware you have to make a reservation during weekends because it is always crowded. The room was elegant with nice interiors, quiet and with a nice view. We would definitely come back!

Breakfast costs a bit concerning the local prices, although it was really good, specially if you are used to brunches.

Really great location, super friendly and helpful staff. Very clean, ample, modern and pleasant room and bathroom, everything I would expect for a perfect stay in the stunning island of Tenerife... Ps. Diego and his team in reception did an amazing customer service with my requests and were most accommodating, thank you! :)

Beds could be fluffier on top but overall quite good beds. Rest was really up to very good standards.

Since this was a business trip, staying at NH Tenerife was very helpful.

Well, there is no negativity sought in this hotel. So nothing bad to say here.

I was informed when I checked in that the breakfast starts at 8 am, but when I checked out on Tuesday it was evident that the breakfast started earlier, at least on that day (maybe at 7 am). Comparing to other hotels I stayed this year the NH breakfasts are quite minimalistic.

In the center of the city, great price and nice rooms. We just needed a room for the night to have a look around the city, and the location was so great. Friendly staff.

Small windows if you didnt have the room towards the street, not much sunlight through them. But the rooms and location was so nice that it didnt matter.
