La Laguna is an historical and architectural gem and well worth visiting or using as a base to explore north-eastern Tenerife. The Nava Suites are located in a sensitively renovated historic building within easy walking distance of all the main sights and the market. The rooms themselves are spacious and effectively balance historical character and contemporary style.

Not having a permanent reception, communications are a bit complicated, especially on arrival. A system that doesn't require making international phone calls would make more sense. Whilst the cleanliness of the property was appreciated, the smell of detergent in the building was overwhelming and the owners would do well to address this.

The suite was amazing! I loved those high ceilings, the chandelier, and the hallway leading to the suite. There is a coffee machine in the room. You get two bottles of water at arrival. I don't watch TV on my holidays but if you do, the TV is an amazing large size. Very nice warm lights everywhere besides the bathroom.

The bathroom light is very sterile. The fan way to loud. I just left the light off in the bathroom. Just a small thing: There are no cups or so to put your tooth brush in.

The place is amazing. Our bedroom was charming. A lot of old character but with modern facilities. It s right in the center with a Public parking nearby

No map of the city or any whatsoever information about restaurants, etc etc. Not even the wifi password was available. I contacted whoever was in Charge and he sent me infos right away. But these things should be available in the room. We were 4 people and only two teabags...

The hosts were very attentive and brought round a lovely bottle of Chasna wine for my husband's birthday. They gave us the best places to eat and none of the recommendations disappointed. The house has been renovated to a very high standard and is centrally situated to explore La Laguna with historic buildings, restaurants and other places of interest all within walking distance.

It is difficult to think of anything that could be improved.

The place was really amazing - facilities, style - to the smallest details. I can definitely say it's the best place we stayed in the Canary Islands!

They seem to be new on Booking.com, thus requiring some external check-in process. This caused us not to have a baby crib on our first night (although it was mentioned in the reservation that it's provided by default). We got it the day after.

It's an amazing suite with an amazing location. At times I just wanted to stay and enjoy being there instead of sightseeing =) Beautiful, historical building, tastefully decorated. Everything worked, they were so helpful checking me in and suggesting places to see/eat. There's a close by parking (which they charged me only on the first day 🤷).

Great room, lovely touches, grand and interesting history. Powerful shower, lovely linen.

Suggestions would be to provide a few more small local snacks with the coffee/tea provided and a water filter. But these are just suggestions as the suite was superb.

The location was brilliant and the check in went very smoothly, lots of information and communication from the staff. Beautiful building and fabulous apartment with a lovely balcony overlooking the garden. Very tranquil and quiet. Would highly recommend.

We loved the beauty and the cleanliness of the room and the building. We also loved the location as it is right in the middle of the town centre. Also, we loved the hospitality of the host. Alicia was very very helpful and went out of her way to accommodate us.

We absolutely loved our stay at Nava suites! We only stayed 1 night but after multiple trips to La Laguna, Nava Suites will definitely be our go-to on future trips. The staff is great and the property is beautifully re-done. Well done!
