The staff was excellent, front office was friendly and efficient. rooms were very well appointed and housekeeping was VERY efficient. Overall this hotel was great to be at. Safe, secure, clean, and breakfast was fab.

The location. I should have checked to see, but this is near the train station and not an easy walk to downtown. If you are dining downtown, sometimes cabs are not easy to find, especially on Sunday so then walking back can be a good 35 mins. Cabs are not easily available at all times from the hotel, but the staff is very helpful and always call for one if you book in advance.

This wonderful hotel really made our stay in Sevilla. We enjoyed warm hospitality, superb level of service, very nice and stylish pool area. We were upgraded to a two-bedroom, two-bathroom suite, which was spacious and luxurious. Complimentary tea and coffee were replenished every day and we received champagne and chocolate cake from the hotel manager upon arrival and again a few days later on my wife's birthday, thank you for this kind gesture. Breakfast was served in a beautifully decorated room and the choices were opulent, accompanied by freshly prepared delicacies. All in all, a wonderful stay and a warm recommendation.

This was one of those hotels I will really miss! Its very easy to get into a good routine and flow here, and the staff have mastered the delicate art of making you feel like you’re the only guest in the hotel. There is a great team spirit too, which is always a pleasure to see. All of my requests were accommodated to, and their bar-restaurant is a great place to unwind at the end of a busy tourist day. Facilities-wise, the pool and gym were really good. I had the pleasure of enjoying both an exquisite dinner and an incredible breakfast. The wider selection at breakfast will leave you spoilt for choice with what to fill up with, as its all excellent quality and very tasty. The very relaxing rooms have both aircon and a ceiling fan to keep you cool, and a Nespresso coffee machine. The bathroom was very well-equipped and spacious. The bakery is another highlight here, with my personal favourite item being the brownie, which I would strongly recommend you try with a morning coffee or an evening herbal tea (please be advised items from here are takeaway only, including the beverages, but you should be able to sit at the nearby tables to enjoy them if space is available). Location-wise, you’re looking at either a 30 min (leisurely pace) walk to Plaza De Espana (always a good starting point for exploring Seville), <10 mins by car, a bit longer by bus. Its a 2 min walk to Santa Justa station, if you’re hoping to explore Cordoba, Cadiz, Huelva, Madrid, etc. There’s also a bus stop right outside and a taxi rank too - although the taxi rank isn’t always attended to, but Seville does allow for Uber to operate too. Other local amenities include laundrettes, supermarkets and car rental branches, all within a five-minute walk. Finally, a big shout-out to Gabriel, Ana Rosa, Elena, Ma. Jesus, Jorge, John, Almudena, Ayman, Pablo, Ferrari and anyone else whose name I didn’t catch when I was there. You all really made this stay a memorable one!

The hotel is very stylish with a luxurious feel from the moment you arrive. The staff were professional, friendly and helpful. From the moment we checked in we felt welcomed by everyone. The rooms are spacious, well serviced and soundproof. Underground parking was pre-booked in the underground car park which was safe and secure.

The hotel is opposite the railway station, a pleasant 15 minutes walk from the centre/all main sights of Seville. This was not a problem for us however visitors should be aware. Taxis can be booked via the hotel which are around 7 euros each way and there are busses. There is an advantage with this location however as you are away from late night noise in the centre.

The breakfast was simply incredible with a huge variety on offer, speciality coffees, an on demand chef with very attentive and friendly staff. The pool was an absolute winner given the temperatures during our stay.

There was absolutely nothing to complain about with the hotel itself. The only 'issue' is that the hotel itself is a little way out from the historic centre and with unseasonably high temperatures in the 40s it made walking to / from a little uncomfortable. That said there are taxis everywhere & Uber works well in Seville.

You could tell from the moment you walked in that this place is top notch. The staff throughout the stay were excellent. It is scrupulously clean! We probably spent a little more time in the hotel because it is so welcoming. The interior design is witty and magnificent. The pool is great and once again the service is superb. We are touring through Spain so the parking directly beneath was important. This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in for at least 10 years.

The food in the restaurant was very good but not outstanding although service again excellent. It felt a little far from the main attractions as we like to walk everywhere. It is about 20 to 25 minutes to bars in Santa Cruz.

The quality of the fruits, bread, and ingredients was evident, providing a vibrant and high-spirited start to our Sunday. Dining at the hotel’s restaurant was equally gratifying, with each meal crafted to perfection. For those with a sweet tooth, the bakery on the first floor offers delectable treats that are hard to resist. Conveniently located just a 10-minute drive from the city center, this hotel is an ideal choice for those seeking a blend of quality and value. Great location near main train,bus terminal on outskirts of centre, means lots of options for getting around city. Airport shuttle drops off just opposite. Hotel very attractive reception and bar area. Offering free drinks at reception every day, a free shuttle service to and back from feria fairground, free parking for the motorbike. We were also given a gift of bottle of sherry, a fan and a plate of iberico ham on our first night. Manager of hotel engaged on a personal level several times with us. Room was great, quiet, comfortable, great shower, really nice makeup and turn down service. I requested a kettle and it was in room. Fridge was big enough for our extra stuff we put in. Shower was big. Pool area very nice for city centre hotel. Drinks offered poolside by bar staff. At time of booking and in precheck-in message from hotel, pool was confirmed as closed, but we took swimwear any way. Glad we did coz pool was open, they were doing some work building a new bar area so there were workmen and some noise, but not so it affected enjoyment of the pool.

Everything was great. I think messages about pool could have been clearer. Ie rather than saying it was closed, perhaps that there was some maintenance going on and that it was our decision to use or not. I almost booked a different hotel due to this.
