it was the perfect location and so close to everything. The view was lovely and let in so much sun from our room. There is a terrace on the top floor which was so nice to do work on as the sun was setting. the bed was also big and very very comfy.

The main issues I would say is that we never saw anyone in reception, so when checking out had to run over to the sister hotel -2 minutes away- to hand off the card. it can also get loud at periods of the day as the doors of the balcony aren't soundproof. these don't deter us tho and we are sure to come back at some point.

The room was very spacious. Window/doors were big, so a lot of light came in. Very good location close to everything. We got a free breakfast because there was a broken lamp in the room - we really appreciated that.

The doors to the bathroom were a bit tricky to work with. We had windows to the street, so it was a bit loud sometimes but nothing that you cannot survive. No bidet in the bathroom. The only real issue that we hated was that by the time we got to the accommodation, we didn't receive the code to get into the room, so we had to contact them, the phone number wasn't picking up but thankfully they responded on Booking.

Great location. Quiet. Clean. Easy and friendly check in at other linked hotel nearby who also looked after our bags on leaving day. Great value for location

On line check in app wouldn’t work. The only windows in the room were small and over 3 metres up so in effect room had no windows. The only place for putting stuff was a closet for which the doors couldn’t open fully as it was so close to the bed and they stuck on the floor anyway. Very difficult to use which was crazy as both room and bathroom had spare unused space.

The bed was comfy, with nice pillows. The room was very clean. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. It was very quiet 👍 The location was good.

The view from our window, it was a wall. 🙁 The room was small, even though we were upgraded to a standard room! There was nowhere to put anything, no chair or table or even a shelf 🙁 I had to put my things on the floor! The view from the roof terrace was disappointing, nothing like the photo advertised.

The property was very clean and organised. Perfect for a couple even for longer periods of time to spend in Seville as it also is located in a close proximity to all attractions. Very safe as well.

The only downside of the property was the people who were noisy during the night and the some children during the morning. But this is not the host’s fault at all. Other than that everything was perfect for the money that we payed for.

Location location and location, it is perfect! Room was nice and spacious.

I had the room by the Street with three big balcony Windows. No soundproof at all and the Street is busy so it was really noisy all the time. And it was cold, especially in the bathroom. The water from the shower gets easily to the floor and even to the bedroom. But the worst was very strong green light above the door, that causes trouble sleeping. And I spot two hairs on the walls of the shower, not mine.

Location was spot on!! Clean, spacious room. Felt Like we were in a “proper” hotel, highly recommend. Sure Hassle free to get our key. Hassle free to lock and leave. Awesome aircon.

Nothing to complain about. For those that don’t like noise, because the location is in the heart of it all you do hear people outside and all the hustle and bustle - which is the beauty of it, but some people might not be keen to hear.

Loved the location and the cleanliness of the room. Comfortable bed and good shower.

The Check In process proved difficult, perhaps when completing the booking a document could be set to customers on how to locate the Check In premises. Just simple directions from the room would be ideal. The room would also benefit from a wastepaper bin and maybe a kettle and two mugs ?

This accomodation was located in a fantastic spot. We could walk go all the main attractions and enjoy food and drinks nearby. It was very clean and felt very safe :)

The drains smelt a bit but nothing too bad. The main blind also didn’t go down 100% of the way.

Good location in the old town: 2 minutes by walk from Catedral de Sevilla / friendly staff / big cleaned room

Nothing to complain, but supermarket is not so close (almost 10 minutes by walk? Understandable though with kiosk and a lot of restaurants near to hotel)
