The property was an amazing stay. Like a tourist attraction from the 1800a itself. So perfectly decorated, clean, easy access, fully stocked kitchen for cooking. Coffee and croissants available. The furniture and decor made you almost not want to leave. A great little bar literally 50 m away and a church down the street. Now the hair was above and beyond. Mer us with a late checking and gave us a full Fran’s tour. Set up the wifi. Answered numerous questions. Left us a long list of things to see, places to eat. Offered to help with tickets to attractions. Was instantly available on what’s app for questions and problems to solve above and beyond his scope. The location is 20 minutes walking distanze to the Cathedral and to the city center and is located in a really nice area full of local bar, restaurant and shops. In the hotel you can find everything you need for cooking or for storage your food and drinks.Is not a really new building but it's really clean and into a traditional Spanish style.The host has been really gentle and kind.If you are looking for a simple and not touristic place this can be the right one.

I don't know as everything was fitting my expectations.

Location. Super clean. So beautiful. Loved how the owner kept the old style Spanish architecture in the house. The room and bathroom were huge-so perfect. The owner was very informative and also ordered us a taxi back to the train station. He goes out of his way to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Highly recommend this place.

What’s not to like

It's a beautiful riad-like building with very nice traditional touches to it. The rooms are simple, but you don't need anything more. Staff doesn't speak English, but they really do their best to help you and are very kind. Located in one of the nicest more local neighborhoods of Sevilla. If you're looking for something simple with a nice classical traditional feel, I can recommend this place.

Great location, almost like an old house- museum. Vintage - well preserved furniture and the entire aspect of the house ment a warm wellcome for us.

Arrived at the property, rang the bell, nobody home even if I noticed the host about the estimated time of arrival. I had to make a phone call and wait another 10 min for somebody to came and open.

The place is beautiful and well-located. The kitchen is very spacious and has everything we need.

The location was good and the places we wanted to visit were nearby. Although the staff did not speak English, they were very helpful. :))

There must have been something wrong with the water heater because waiting for the hot water to come when showering took forever and we would end up having cold showers. When informed, the person suggested that we change rooms, but we had only one night left and the offered room was a lot less authentic (that's the word my family used :))). Also, it would get a bit chilly at nights and the blankets were not warm enough.

It was very picturesque, great location. Staff friendly and helpful.

Furniture too old fashion, smelled mousty and old.

The house itself was beautiful. As soon as you enter, you see a beautiful "interior garden" with a big kitchen and common area.

Cockroaches. No parking any where close by. No information on parking either. The bathroom smelled like roach spray. The bed was uncomfortable - the "two persons bed" was very small. The bathroom floor made so much noise. Everything felt cheap and dirty. For the price we paid was ridiculous for such quality.
