Our room was spacious and attractive. We loved the little patio and privacy. Light came in through glazed doors to the patio and a large kitchen window via stained glass doors from main room to kitchen. The room was very quiet (February) and built to keep heat out, but the heating worked well (cold in evenings). Very near to restaurants and historic areas. Helpful staff. Spacious bathroom, nice big towels repaced after 2 days. Fantastic historic building with sun roof.

Only the shower, which was hand-held. It almost looked as though it had been installed upside down as the shower head could not be inserted (without severe wobbling) into the part which would have made it a stationary fitting. Hard to shower both holding the shower head and a bar of soap! Likely to send water all over the bathroom floor.

The hotel is in the centre of the old town 5 min walk to Cathedral. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. The staff are very nice and friendly, Cristina assisted us to check in and using map to show us around the local area. We booked Deluxe Suite with Terrace. The suite is unique, massive, and comfy. Although some furnitures are not in perfect condition, but it's like we are visiting grand parents' home. The kitchen is nice, so we could prepare some healthy food from supermarket alternatively.

Old building is not perfect for sound proofing. There are some constructions undergoing during our stay probably from 7am till dusk. Bells from churches will sing every 30 min or 1 hour. They did woke up my wife, but I slipped like a baby because of too many walks during the day. Perhaps, ear plugs are recommended if you need lower noise to sleep.

This property is in a fantastic location for exploring. Close enough to the action but tucked away on a quiet street. The check-in process was easy and the staff very accommodating. The room was spacious and cool. I’d highly recommend this property.

The building sits down a small alleyway but given Seville is made up of these alleyways its nothing unusual. The door is discrete but easy to find. I was greeted by a lovely lady at the front desk who checked me in swiftly and then proceeded to give me some recommendations for places to eat. Great start. The suite itself was simply fantastic - a huge living space kitted out like an apartment. Bedroom, bathroom, lounge, kitchen and terrace area. All spotlessly clean, well equipped and comfortable. I really cannot fault it - it would suit a couple or a small family. A few minor toiletries are supplied and can be replenished in a downstairs utility cupboard (which also contains an iron and ironing board). The kitchen is well equipped to allow you to self cater Outside the apartment leads onto a terrace - this had a little table and chairs.

The terrace would really benefit from a sun lounger or two - it caught the sun for most of the day and it would of been fantastic to sunbathe on a private terrace rather than use the often busy roof terrace.

Self catering gorgeous apartment with spacious 2 sink bathroom, sitting area, small efficiency kitchen and large patio (suites 5 and 6 only) but roof terrace patio for all suites. Plenty of hot water and shower pressure; room AC. It is a 5 minute walk to the cathedral and alcazar, shops, dozens of restaurants in the Santa Cruz barrio. This was the family home of the owner who has turned it into a beautiful place to stay in the heart of Seville. Loved all of the beautiful tile work, central courtyard. We can’t wait to return and stay here again.

The inner patio was very refreshing and wonderful! I enjoyed my stay overall, and if I go back to Sevilla, I'll go back to the same place.

Not exactly a dislike, but something to note is that due to the old age of the unit, some of the doors/furniture aren't always the most functional, i.e. kitchen door doesn't close properly. It didn't bother me at all but I could see how other people might be annoyed by it. In any case, I think it looks good as it is and I don't think the aesthetic should be changed in the name of small functional benefits.

Amazing little boutique property in the heart of Seville. Walking distance to most attractions and spots. The rooms were big and very comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped and they have everything you need.

Everything was good. The hotel doesn’t have any 24/7 staff or room service. If you need anything you can just take it from their storage rooms. But that was not a problem at all. They are pretty well stocked.

Beautiful older style apartment in lovely old building - lots of character. Bookshelves with many books in multiple languages. Modern clean kitchen with most things needed for a few days stay in Seville.

Renovated bathroom however the shower had no fittings so the water came out as a spout from the wall. After notifying it was 'fixed' with a shower rose that was broken so the water went everywhere except where it should. This was rather annoying and sadly should have been fixed properly.

first of all, estefania, our host was amazing and helped us a lot will all we needed. The suits are located in the old city, a few minutes walk from all the main attractions. and yet a taxi could reach it's front door. we asked for a quite room, and it was super quite, the windows open to an internal courtyard. the suite was very spacious, comfortable with everything we needed. with the added bonus of living in a 17th century house.

The location of the apartment is excellent, within easy walking distance to all the sights (Alcazar, Cathedral, San Salvador, Las Duenas, etc) and the traditional shops (Papeleria Ferra, the Orange Tree, haberdashery, Christmas decorations, etc). The additional charms at this time of the year are the Christmas lightings, the nativity displays, and the range of Christmas market stalls at different locations nearby, plus the many eating outlets around -- seek out the side streets. We walked everywhere without taking public transport, but a ride in one of the horse-drawn carriages stationed at the Cathedral precinct is a novelty. The apartment itself is very spacious, and is a suite within an old house with an internal courtyard. Despite its close location to the centre of things, it is very CALM and QUIET inside, which is important for us. The host is very responsive and helpful, and addresses our queries promptly and satisfactorily.

Hinges on doors / wardrobes can do with oiling -- they make quite a noise when open and close.
