Staff lovely. Apartment very clean. Location excellent.

We were not informed of the building work outside. The patio courtyard was basically being dug up and the surrounding building renovated. This was nothing like the photos online and our room faced straight onto it. There was some noise but the windows had to be closed because of dust for the first couple of days. This did not spoil our holiday but is a factor for others to consider. To be fair the workers were not there all of the time but pneumatic drills were at work when we first arrived ! For us the positives outweighed the negatives.

You are in the heart os Santa Cruz. Everything is so near to the apartment so it was convenient! super close to alcazar, cathedral, plaza de espana and everything else Thanks to the reception for allowing early check in because we arrive so early in the morning. apartment is big and spacious could easily fit max 4 people. Narrow streets so no vehicles allowed. We took the bus from Plaza De Armas and had to drag our luggages thru the cobblestoned pathway so it was hard. We learned our lesson and took the uber from the nearest street where vehicles are allowed. cost us only 8euros!

Eventhough it is technically an "apartment", we were not provided with any bottled water, tea or coffee. kitchenette is there but barely use it because there is nothing that can be use to help with cooking. no salt, no pepper or anything. just plates, bowls, pots and pans. definitely not soundproof. little noisy at night where people are enjoying their dinner time downstairs.

Pros: -location, location, location! right in the heart of Santa Cruz, and many close amenities, gorgeous buildings -very clean, bedding and surfaces -breakfast was better than some, good coffee -the reception staff are polite, so helpful, and professional -complimentary taxi service on way out there is a real bonus -local 'mini-supermercados' are a short walk (10 mins)

-the view as promised in pictures is not what it seems, so don't get too excited. I did ask the staff about it and they said the 'courtyard' is for general use, I did not have access to a patio, but could use the rooftop terrace in the Murillo hotel opposite the apartamentos, tbf if you're in Sevilla you don't really need a view anyway

great location, good breakfast, nice staff, clean rooms & good facilities. overall we liked it a lot and would love to come back.

unfortunately the location made it impossible to park around there. had to spend 25€/ day on a parking garage.

Location was fantastic- right next to Alcazar and Cathedral. Short walk to Plaza Espana. Easy to access the EA bus stop for the airport shuttle. Staff at the Murillo hotel and apartments were very very helpful and very pleasant . We had a lovely apartment booked but as it was a little noisy we asked to be moved and we were shown 3 other available options by very friendly Francisco from which we chose one in the building adjacent to the Murillo gardens. In fact the building with the famed "Rosina Balcony" . We ate breakfast one morning by paying the previous night at a rebated price of 10 Euros and the rest of the time we fended for ourselves. There were some small supermarkets about 15 mts walk away which was helpful to stock up for food and of course restaurants were dime a dozen in the historic quarter.

Nothing was bad at all. There was an unexpected city-wide power cut on one early morning which was a bit dicey as the main door of the apartment complex's electronic key became inoperable though thankfully morning staff were at hand very soon after ( the building had a reception manned by lovely Maria and Aniona between 8 am to 10 pm with the adjacent Hotel Murillo reception being available 24hrs- we could not contact them with the power outage as the landline telephone did not work!)

The hotel reception is 24 hrs so no problem with very late check in after flight delay. The apartments are opposite the Hotel, very well located in a vibrant area but the street is calm. The apartment had the basic essentials for self catering. The bathroom well presented with shower over bath, toiletries provided. The beds were very comfortable. During our stay the apartment was serviced daily. All staff were very pleasant and helpful. We had breakfast on our first morning and the cold buffet was good.

The photos show sun beds on a roof terrace. However there were none on the apartment roof terrace, which was not the one in the photo. The Hotel roof terrace was the one in the photo but didn’t have sun beds either! There was no way of relaxing on either sun terrace. There is a beautiful central courtyard at the apartments.

The apartment was great value for the money spent. We enjoyed all the hotel services, for the price of apartment. Breakfast was basic, but delicious. The location is in the heart of Santa Cruz district. Absolutely safe streets, with souvenirs shops, tapas bars, cafes all around but quiet during the night. You are literally right behind the corner from the Cathedral and Alcazar. The apartments ground floor is equipped with the comfy place for sitting in the shade of nice backyard with the coffee, soft drinks and water machine for normal prices. I really appreciate the staff and their willingness! They were helpful, provided everything needed, gave recommendations, etc. At the days we were leaving earlier, the reception provided us breakfast packages for takeaway.

There was nothing that made my stay uncomfortable…!!! I highly recommend this property.

The staff couldn't have been more helpful and we were very well looked after. The apartment was clean and comfortable and the rooms were made up and towels replaced (if required) daily. Room service was available but also the facility to prepare meals for yourself. The location was amazing and the rooms felt very secure as there was a two level entry system. The room had a safe for valuables, comfortable beds and complimentary toiletries. This was my second visit and it was equally as good as the first. I would recommend.

Only that the fridge was rather old and the door was catching on the floor as it opened, but this in no way detracted from the enjoyment of our stay.

The apartments are in a perfect location in the old town and within a few minutes walk of the cathedral, Royal Alcazar and not far from the Metrpol Parasol. The apartment was very well equipped, a great size and very clean. The beds are wonderful too. The staff were amazing and very helpful. The buffet breakfast which is available in the hotel (just a few steps awsy) is great value for money with a good selection. We would definitely recommend Murillo Apartments.

Our only problem was we were unwell on holiday (we had a heavy cold, not covid) Nothing against the apartments.

We liked the location, we mainly wanted to eat at different places and it was easy to go back and forth. The room had plenty of space for us to feel comfortable. When we requested some items; extra towels, pillows, etc. we received them quickly.

It would’ve been nice to have another shelf or two and hooks in the restroom for our toiletries and to hang our towels.
