I have stayed here 3 times, so that alone states a lot. It's a bit far from the town, but there's a bus stop right outside and the bus costs 2 euros. If you have a car, which i invariably do, it's not an issue. There's plenty of parking onsite. The views over the golf course to the sea or mountains is stunning. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bathrooms are lovely. The enclosed pool area is one of the best i have experienced for relaxation.

The evening dinner menu is limited and a bit pretentious. If that's what you like, then enjoy. I prefer more traditional fayre, so tend to eat in the restuarants in town. Judging by how few guests eat at the restuarant, i am not alone in this. The breakfast is ridiculously expensive for what it is. The hotel has loads of corporate delegations using their facilities regularly, so they probably don't notice/care that their regular guests don't eat there.

We requested a topper be placed on our mattress as I have a bad back. Last time we never received it but this time it was on the bed when we arrived, so it was good to see they took are feedback from our previous stay and made the improvement. Our room had a very nice pool view with lots of sun on the top floor. We were close to both the spa and access to the pool and amenities and there's never a shortage of pool towels. Room was quiet and clean, bedding is nice We found the pools very clean and same with the loungers which were plentiful. Water is provided in the room and replenished each day. Breakfast buffet is really well stocked and clean with nice seating options and super friendly staff. Always fun playing a game of billiards or ping pong in the games room area.

The restaurants have limited menus and charge well over what they should. Example, a very small serving of humous with a small pita is almost 10 euros. They also could benefit with more vegetarian and vegan menu items. They haven't maintained the hotel as it ages as well as they could. The door in our bathroom couldn't open all the way because it would hit the floor...simple fix that was never done. The railings and the waterfall in the spa are rusty. The waterfall in outdoor pool is worn with rust coming down. These seem like simple maintenance things to do that haven't been implemented and for the prices they charge I would expect it to be kept up a bit better.

The breakfast was really good. The staff were very friendly. The hotel provides a free shuttle bus into sitges town that is very handy.

The hotel is a bit far from the centre of sitges. The hotel had a big conference during our stay. There was a fitness exercise class on at 06:55am which had a dj outside our room. The music was really loud. I made a complaint and the manager did apologise and gave us a partial refund and complimentary bottle of cava and chocolates for the inconvenience.

The pool area was wonderful with great view, and the atmosphere of the main restaurant was great.

I slipped in the bathroom and fell down, which was super dangerous, I did try to contact the staff but no one picked up my call. The water went everywhere and stayed there forever after taking a shower. I called the service from the room telephone, but no one picked it up at the first two times, which was unbelievable for a 5 star hotel. The choices of food in the main restaurant were poor, do not expect any high-quality food, although the price was “high-quality”.

extremely expensive for anything you buy there e.g. half liter water for 5 eur! lack of smart tv so no Netflix, or any other platform, lack of showers cabins, no brakes on toilet covers so they slam down hard and loud, you get sense of rooms being worn out especially bathrooms, the quality of breakfast was not on a medium level. often trolleys with visitors plates and rest of food from the rooms remained hours before they were taken away.

Fantastic hotel. Great pool area. Excellent restaurant "Terrazza La Punta". Great service, especially from Sr Sergio Mendieta... we had 2 lovely evening with superbe dishes and wines. Thank you Sergio !! Play area with billard and ping-pong. Great lounge area. The room was very comfortable and the quality of the WIFI was just perfect ! Golf course around the hotel with a nice sea view

Probably a bit disorganized during the breakfast... but anyway... it's not that important.

Check in was smooth and friendly. The room was large, nicely updated and with a spectacular view of the golf course, water and Sitges coastline. Breakfast was lovely with wide selections and comfortable seating. The spa is incredible. Best massages for both of us, great facilities such as the pool, jacuzzi, steam, sauna - So clean and lovely.

Really nothing except parking. I'm on crutches so it would have been nice to have a handicap available parking on the main level to the entrance. Last tiny thing is the massage table head rest felt weak and would fall down now and then.

The hotel was faultless. A perfect retreat for business guests, couples and young families, where being in a pool is entertainment enough. For slightly older children, not so much.

The distance to the town and any shops was quite far at 2 miles away. This was a reasonable walk, of about an hour, during my stay in the month of May. However, in the heat of the summer, you would need to get the hourly bus or take a taxi. Currently 1.5euros and 15euros respectively.

- Beautiful interior decor, whoever designed this is a genius! - Wonderful attentive staff (especially by the pool bar & concierge desk) - Lovely spacious rooms & amazing sea views (if in that type of room) - Pool area is amazing, with lots of sunbeds and space - Away from the main hustle and bustle of Sitges but close enough for a quick taxi ride in - Although we didn’t use it, the gym facilities looked great

- All the food/ drink in the hotel is very expensive for what it is, €15 for a sandwich! - The aircon wasn’t as cool/ powerful as we would have liked it - For €24 per head for breakfast, I would have expected a little more choice, free cava with breakfast etc - Felt wearing a shower cap in the spa was a bit unnecessary - Taxis into Sitges are expensive if using every day of your trip (approx. €20 round trip). There is a free shuttle bus which runs until 6pm, would be great if this was extended to 8pm or so

The view from the hotel room was great as was the pool view. The spa services were excellent. Breakfast was delicious and there were good food choices. Easy to drive about 5-10 minutes to Sitges which is a great old town with lots of good restaurants and long stretch of beach. We really enjoyed Sitges and the hotel and would like to return again!

I would like a nespresso machine or something similar in the hotel room as opposed to the Nescafe stuff. It would be really nice to sit on patio off room with coffee in am, but the coffee situation in the room was sub par. That's my only negative, which is not much. We just waited to have coffee at breakfast.
