The hotel was new and beautifully designed. The suite was spacious and calming and the bed was wonderfully comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of heaty choices and there was a great outdoor gym. In the adult only pool space, there were plenty of sun loungers and cabanas so it never felt crowded. The landscape gardening was also beautiful with stunning plants in relaxing colour schemes. The Wednesday afternoon DJ session by the pool was also fun.

Some parents brought their children to the adult only area which spoiled the environment for those of us seeking an adult only space. When politely asked by the hotel team to move to the family space several families staged a mutiny of sorts by all getting into the adult pool with their kids. V disappointing and difficult for the hotel team to know how to handle. The family pool area did not appear to be as nice as the adult space, which may have explained their coming upstairs, but it was frustrating for everyone who had booked an adult only hotel experience.

Hotel and room were amazing, staff super friendly, breakfast delicious. Quiet, slightly out of town location (with hotel shuttle downtown every hour from 11:00-19:00). Excellent overall.

Not as relaxing as it was last year when it just opened. Overrun with young kids - and their parents did not stop them from swimming in the adults only pool. Even when the hotel staff reminded them that there was a separate family (kids) pool, many parents did not respect the rules. Few heated arguments between guests as a result. I felt sorry for the staff who had to intervene several times a day in a very professional manner. Need bigger signs to make it clear that the upstairs pool is for adults only (over 14 years) and this sign needs to be in several languages and at each entrance to the pool so that parents respect the rules to avoid confusion and arguments with other guests.

The suite room is spacious and clean, the bathroom is modernly designed, well-dehumidified, well equipped, and clean, the bedding is very comfy for sleeping, the big balcony is a nice retreat place, the breakfast was good at supplying spanish dishes , the water at the swimming pool is clear, clean, non-smell, the pools towels are supplied sufficiently and timely. The location is very good, quiet, a bit away from the tourist areas and near enough for a easy walk into the town centre. T

A tiny down side is the very strict check out time, although I experienced in a few days and saw on the day of leaving that some room cleaning was done as late as 15h-16h.

Amazing! From check in to check out. American service with attention to every detail. The rooms and vibe were on point for the natural setting of the hotel. Can't say enough bout this place. Thanks again for a great stay and staff that went above and beyond! Can't wait to return.

Used the bikes they all need to be turned up some were not safe for riding. All of the bikes should also be the same and that includes the seats you shouldn't need a tool to adjust the seat or the handle bar. There are many city bikes that are fitted to accommodate most riders. We wanted to return them almost immediately because the seats would not stay up and were near impossibly to ride.

Incredible hotel - a slice of paradise. The hotel is truly beautiful inside and out. The rooms are large and well designed - will all kinds of luxury features. The pool and restaurant are divine. Probably the best hotel I have ever stayed in!

This hotel is not just good, it is exceptional. We really enjoyed staying here and all details, nice touches: music for sleep, sport or just atmoshere, bathroom set and so on. Really nice pool for adults area, perfect breakfast, bikes and motorbike for rent. Balcony with lounge. Highly recommended. They let us to check in earlier and it was nice sign of care.

Hotel does not provide beach towels, so, if you going to the beach, you have to have your own towel. As so modern and stylish hotel they should remove russian salad from meniu or rename it. It would be important sign for solidarity with Ukraine.

Everything! Please do yourself a favour and ignore the negative reviews from previous visitors, complaining about really silly things…this hotel is fantastic! Great location, great pool, clean rooms, LOVELY smell when entering the hotel. We loved our 4 night stay immensely and will definitely be visiting again! Special thanks to all of the Staff members, who were very helpful and very friendly!! Irene was working in the bar/restaurant and was lovely! Serving people with a huge smile and friendliness! We loved everything about this property

Phenomenal finishes throughout, perfectly considered planting, a relaxed and well appointed pool area. The staff were unbelievably friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom was perfect, with every room being suite sized there was more than enough space. The balconies to the rooms are huge and well decorated. Everything at this hotel is exceptional quality for the price!

I didn’t like the external staircase by the restaurant, in between pool areas but there is also an elevator route to avoid this.

The best Hotel in Sitges. Period! You can stay in the hotel and have a good time. Free shuttle to the beach and train station as well as free bikes. The Suites are real appartements, with air condition you don't hear. The huge balcony has lounge and seating furniture and perfect to entertain guests for a cocktail or two. Salt water pools, so no chlorine, gym, yoga classes, breakfast buffet inside/outside, super friendly and helpful staff. Another plus ist the building attached huge super market. I actually liked the 15 min walking distance from the beach. This way it is higher elevated, overlooking Sitges, full ocean view, better air quality and quite in the night. Brand new hotel, outstanding for sitges! My new place for frequent stays in the Barcelona area!

I have been coming to Sitges for work over the last year, so i have been staying in many hotels - Dolce, Playa Golf, Melia. Sabatic knocks them out of the park. It is brand new. The rooms are spacious, the bathrooms great - ok no bath but really good showers...the food a bit price..but there's a supermarket literally next door...so you can live at high street prices and there's plenty of dining space in the rooms - so you don't feel like you are eating in your bedroom. There's a small but sufficient gym. Two pools and the staff are young, keen, friendly. It is now my hotel of choice for Sitges.
