Loved the staff, super polite and smiley, always there to help. Pool and spa really nice. Rooms spacious and nice view from balcony. Amazing breakfast and super nice lady in the egg/omelet/churos section.

Didnt like the fact Ive booked a double bed and got 2 singles which had a large gap between them. Didnt like the fact that people leave their towels by the pool to 'block' the sunbeds and then vanish leaving no space for any other people. Didnt like the small (ish) parking and the fact I couldnt find space to park my car at 11pm. Didnt particularly like the beach (rocks) but thats just me! Also massage is not worth it, very basic and expensive for what you get.

The hotel is very nice and located in the quiet area a bit remotely from crowded touristic places. It has beautiful territory and its own beach. The breakfast was really good with a variety of local and commonly served food. The hotel offers a spacious parking and has a few restaurants and a grocery shop nearby.

The rooms are not new, still they are clean and comfortable. It doesn't spoil the atmosphere.

Awesome hotel for some relaxation. The room is exactly as in pictures, spacious and comfortable. Loved the memory foam mattress. The staff were all great and caring! Massages at the SPA were superb. Loved the clean sea at the hotel’s own beach. Tried the other beach 15mins away with the sand, and the hotel one was so much better for swimming & clean water to me. Of course beach preference depends on what you’re looking for, I’m not a stay at the beach whole day person. The pool with the sea water was one of the selection criterias for me and possibility to get by bus was another. Easy ride to the hotel by 2 bus routes with aircon, the final stop is right by the hotel. A great little grocery shop nearby the hotel. The breakfast was superb and the dinner was awesome! Looking forwards to return with my wider family.

I’d love to see some zero alcohol wine on the offer. The towels seemed a little worn out.

Even though a bit dated it is a beautiful hotel in a beautiful, quiet location; Beautiful garden, pool and beach area; Spotless clean, spacious rooms with wonderful ocean view; Friendly, professional, well trained and happy staff at reception, kitchen, dining room and SPA; Very nice free SPA area and on top treatments; Tasty and good quality food - this was one of the main reasons I've chosen this hotel and I was not disappointed. One suggestion though: it would have been great if all dishes were exactly labelled in regard to their ingredients. I understand this is difficult especially when pre-packed food is used but in our case we needed to know the exact ingredients lists so we had to ask the staff for almost each dish which they were always happy to investigate and answer (thank you again!), but obviously it takes extra time and effort for both sides; Despite this being a rather exclusive place at no time the atmosphere was stiff, on the contrary it still had a casual, relaxed, honest feel - congrats!

Coffee was not tasty (not the way it was made but the coffee itself); Balcony was a bit "naked" - something green or more colour would have been nice; 1-2 additional hooks in the bathroom would have been nice; Tourists "reserving" sunbeds at the pool before breakfast to show up much later are always very annoying and I would expect staff to react; Some problems with the elevators (not working or very slow) - no big deal for us, but with only two elevators for the entire hotel with one not running at times this might be a problem for elderly people or families with kids.

Location is great if you search for relax and nature. Far from big parties, close to the sea and mountains (views are great). Staying around the hotel you can use the pools with free sunbeds/umbrellas, lay closer to the seaside (sunbed/umbrella for 4 EUR a day) on a small stony beach or go to the sandy beach not far from the hotel (15 min walk). There is a bar next to the swimming pools, hotel restaurant and a small restaurant right next to the seaside. There are also several places to eat and drink next to the hotel (“David” is our favorite:)). Hotel is a nice, rather simple one (would say 3,5 stars). Rooms are being cleaned up every day. Breakfast is great, with variety of options: Spanish food, English breakfast, continental, cereals, fruits, sweets and even sparkling wine in the morning if you want to start your day with:) The staff is very friendly and polite. We’ve never used the gym, tennis/gold fields, inside pool or spa but all these options are available. You can also rent a bike. Free parking if available. Mostly, it is easy to get a place, sometimes it is full, so you have to be creative finding a parking place nearby. There is also a minimarket next to the hotel and a photo spot with a sea view (20 min walk from the hotel). You can find a bus stop also next to the hotel (we’ve never checked the routes or schedules) but if you would like to travel and explore the island - renting a car is the best option. I’m general we are satisfied with our staying at the hotel:)

There is nothing horrible to be mentioned. We’ve got what we’ve expected. Some points to be mentioned are the same pointed out already in other reviews we’ve checked. It is a bit loud from the hotel side with a mountain view (service, cars driving, garbage trucks). Cleaning ladies might be also loud in the morning. And the bathroom tubes are a bit outdated = loud (you can hear water from the tubes when you/someone from the other room is taking a shower/using toilet).

everything was beyond expectations. the reviews are real and reflect what you can expect. Dont mind the older hotels stucture from the 70s. all is updated and renovated. Though the room furniture and design could need a more 2020s upgrade. The rest ist amazing. Every staff member smiles and has an open approach and always willing to help. Also good that hotel clients are there for relaxing and Golf so there is no party crowd and no noise. Just ocean and nature sounds. Perfect place to be on busy and crowded Mallorca and yet have peace and quiet. You need a car though to get around the area. There is a bus line if needed still. Anyone who has any complaints about food selection and quality does not know the value you get here. You can find anything you like for breakfast and the evening buffet is extensive. Fresh starter nibbles, salads, cheese bar, different hot dishes and also cooked to order meats and fish are on offer. Impossible to try all these things in one go. Even my mum said all is tasty ...and she complains about anything :-) Also the wine seletion is superb to try local wines from the island and also rest of Spain. Nice spa and inside pool too to relax on a rainy day. we have been to many places and this hotel including all staff are on top of our list. Not sure if you can find such a quiet place with outstanding food and the value you get here for your money anywhere else on the island. We will come back for sure!. 1) The location - from the grounds, swimming pool area and much of the dinning room one could see the sea, the bay and the coastline 2) Some of the staff, e.g. Sergi Volker Bauza at the reception, Juan Carlos at the outside bar / restaurant as well as several other restaurant staff, were extremely helpful, polite and welcoming 3) The "Gala Dinner" - what an incredible evening that was!! So much beautifully prepared and tasty food of all kinds... 4) The swimming pool 5) The safe parking area

1) Our room (No. 234) while spacious and comfortable enough with a separate bathroom (with a bath as well as shower) did not have a very nice view 2) There's NO beach to speak of at or very near the hotel...the only place to swim in the sea is below the hotel off an area on which one walks to metal steps

The best place on an island for summer vacation on Majorca. No crowds of people, cosy clean lovely beach just near the hotel. Very good breakfast and dinner, nice and friendly personal. Garden is very beautiful in the hotel. Pool is awesome.

Beds i would change and air conditioner could work better . But i guess in whole spain now because of electricity prices air conditioner works less.i would say some years ago building and design was good, but now it needs some improvement. Best place for the hotel in this region on the beach, so if to improve those things, would be 5 start hotel.

We have stayed at the Eurotel for decades because we love the location, staff and the peace.

3 weddings took place and although these finished at midnight, the guests sat around the pool until 4 a.m. As we were pool side we could hear every word even from the top floor. So many guests were smoking that this ruined the time spent outside especially in the evening. Lots of corporate companies attended for their conferences / training e.g Expedia etc, and this meant the the usually quiet restaurant and pool restaurant were extremely busy, taking away the ambience that we are used to at this hotel.
