The hotel is on the beach, you have a bus station in front of the hotel, it is super easy to navigate through the city. Very clean, people very friendly and helpfull! Food at the hotel is very tasty, you get a solid deal for a menu.

The breakfast options could be improved, it is the same every day, with little options to choose from. It would be amazing asset to remodel the windows and create a deck / terrase.. just an idea :) Not hotel related, but good to know - it is very near to the night club, so if you want to keep your window open during the night, prepare yourself for a party till 4am :)

Amazing staff, great welcome, assistance and services! Free parking was available outside. Nice location, lovely vibrant beach and promenade. Fantastic restaurant - cant find a better one around: elegant, fast and attentive service, delicious food (dont miss that Valencian paella with chicken and rabbit)! Good value for money.

I stayed at the apartments, rooms weren't available that night. Spacious, must be good for big group or family, but lacks any warmth, cosiness or character. Bed is not uncomfortable, but very far from comfort. Im not sure what the hotel rooms were like, but definitely dont go for an apartment if you have a choice.

A family run hotel less than a spit from the beach. Our junior suite (107) was immaculately cleaned, kitted out, and had an outstanding view across the beach to the sea. Breakfast was plentiful for this hungry Englishman first thing in the day. We dined there both nights of our stay; dinners were well presented, timely, delicious, more than enough and value for money. Staff to mention: On reception - Maria, friendly, efficient and helpful (watched her assist a couple from the UK with their transfer, most impressive). All the restaurant staff were smartly attired, quick to attend to any needs and very friendly - a special mention for Diane, Ellil and Romana. Watched them deal with a huge party of Chinese on both nights and a Canadian coach party on our last night; all done with a smile and an outstanding level of service. For dinner alone worth a visit, chose the 1/2 board tariff for 3 courses and a free drink of choice. One is also presented with a free bottle of wine on arrival. If you are still in the sight seeing mode, bus and metro links nearby. If in the relax mode - sunbeds on the beach come in around 7 euros a pop for the day; take your own drinks as the beach booth mark up is significant.

It has to be mentioned. There is a Beach Club night venue across at the Marina which starts its music at 1100 hours and goes until 0330 hours. With our window shut I slept well (could have been the limoncello after dinner), however my lady not so good. All the hotels along this short strip have to put up with this, they can do nothing. Advice: either (1) tolerate it (2) drink enough to ignore it or (3) be in your 20s and go there! Not a game changer. A kettle instead of a coffee machine perhaps for thick people who couldnt work it to make tea...I know I should of asked how, but again, not a game changer!

Excellent location - right on the beach - close to the metro taking you directly to the airport and other touristic attractions. The room was very clean, bed surprisingly very comfortable. The staff was really polite and helpful, breakfast was very tasty, and WiFi had a good connection.

The bathroom is a little bit dated and requires a visit from maintenance team to fix bits. The room with inner courtyard view - we didn't mind the fact the room had windows overlooking the patio, however the smell from kitchen extraction vent + the noise from 7:30 am - midnight were really annoying, as we couldn't open the window to air the room.

Very good location of the hotel, right next to the beach. Very quiet during winter. Good food in the restaurant. Breakfast with many options, including cold cuts, eggs, cheese, sausages. Free parking on the street next to the hotel. Minibar and fridge in the room. Free mineral water.

During the high season there may be noisy parties in the port. Additional deposit collected at the reception which was not mentioned during reservation. Very bad quality of the breakfast coffee.

Loved the instant Spanish appeal decor ambiance as soon as you walk into the lobby. Restaurant was nicely decorated and friendly..food was very good. Rooms were adequate.very clean ..although the shower cubicle needs something to stop the water flowing out into the bedroom..so had to keep the water pressure low. Friendly receptionist who dealt with us quickly..free bottle of wine..inclusive breakfast was adequate enough although missed a good english..

Had a room without a View inc. Breakfast.. bedroom window was totally not private had to keep curtains closed all the time..i could see straight into other rooms people showering etc..could not even see the sky and the air con was very noisy.

I thought the hotel was good. The location was as described in the ad. The room was comfortable but the bed squeaked at every movement which was really annoying. The room was a little tired, needed some TLC, for example holes in the wall where people have slammed doors or opened windows too hard and the towel rail in the bathroom was very precarious, also the shower leaked at the bottom, so we had to mop up water every time we showered. The air con was good, the breakfast fresh and plentiful but the best thing was the staff. Everyone of them super friendly and efficient going over and above to help or give you info.

We stayed in the apartment. It was beyond our expectations. 2 bed 2 bath. Maybe getting UK television channels would be added bonus. Otherwise we loved it. Dual aspect terraces with views of beach and city. We would definitely return to El Coso. And the transport system is on the doorstep.

UK tv channels.

The hotel location was perfect for beach and the close proximity to the public transport systems...Also the food was exceptional ,as too was the service overall in the hotel..The staff were very helpful ( in my case as a solo traveller) and they were always very pleasant to deal with......

There was absolutely nothing that I did,nt like....

We loved the location right on the beach. The staff were very firendly and helpful. The apartment had its own entrance separate from the hotel and was quiet altogether. There was a lift which was great use. The apartment was spacious for 3 adults with great utilities: fridge freezer, washing machine-dryer, and coffee machine we used. There was also a dishwasher. Plus TV The location really made it for us- also close to a local food shop, the bus and tram stops, and restaurants along the beach. Couldn't be better for what we wanted!

We chose to clean the apartment rather than pay 30€ a day for cleaning. We were unaware of this cost during booking. There was a mop and broom but no cleaning liquid other than washing up liquid. Very easy to sweep tiled floors each day. One of the single beds had a poor quality mattress which affected the sleep of one guest who has back problems. The other mattresses were great! There was an open-air club nearby which we could hear faint music from at early hours- this didnt bother us but might for some people it might. Some might live the location to the club- very popular! For the benefits these outweighed the negatives for us by far! We would go again and were sad to leave our little apartment!
