Very modern rooms. The attendants at the front desk were very helpful and offered us extremely valuable information about the area including which bus lines to use. This was very useful information and allowed us to enjoy the pleasant public transportation the city had to offer. If they never told us this would have never considered using the bus lines. They also offered towel rental among other amenities.

Only problem that is probably not the fault of the hotel is the very loud night club on the beach next to the hotel. We read about this and prepared by bringing ear plugs but even those were not enough to block the music out completely. Highly recommend bringing heavy duty earplugs. The location was great otherwise. You are right on the beach.

Very nice beach front hotel with exceptional staff. There is a restaurant at the location with a very good breakfast. Beach rental facilities are convenient and plentiful, and the hotel provides guests with beach towels. The hotel is very honest and upfront about their location being close to the nightclub on the pier, and they offer earplugs for guests who need them. If you are a very light sleeper, this may not be the location for you. Our group of 4 had no problems sleeping, and it was a very boisterous holiday weekend.

This is not the place to catch up on your laundry needs as the turnaround was 2+ days, but that might have been because of the holiday weekend.

We stayed here 8 nights. Location next to beach was perfect to us. Hotel was clean and nicely decorated. Room spacious and always clean and fresh scent. Good AC. Nice breakfast where you can see the ocean. Staff take good care of us. It was also close to metro and lots of taxies near by, so it was easy to travel to see the sights to city. If we ever go to Valencia again, this would be our choise.

Pillows. One too big and another too tiny... Otherwise everything very good.

The hotel is small and friendly. Breakfast is excellent. The rooms are stylish and comfortable, and well-appointed. The location is excellent for public transport as well as a taxi rank, and is right on the beach.

The ONLY negative is that beach-facing rooms are affected every night by the noise from the Beach Club disco, which blasts out awful music from midday until 3am. I had to buy earplugs to get some sleep. Inland-facing rooms (where our sons stayed) were not affected.

A great hotel. We even decided to stay an extra night! First of all, the staff was very friendly. They explained us everything very well and when we asked for an extra night (for which we understandably had to switch rooms as only a different room type was still available), they even moved our luggage for us. The rooms are quite spacious and seemed very will insulated, ad we didn't have any noise complaints. I would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast. If it weren't for that, I would've given more. The buffet is very limited, and at 9am everything was already gone, and they weren't restocking it unless you explicitly asked. That meant asking for bread, asking for jam, asking for juice, ... This happened two days in a row, so it was no exception.

The rooms are really big and comfortable.

We booked and paid a room with sea view but the noise from the near Club was really disturbing. Fortunately, the personal kindly changed our room but we couldn't enjoy the view we paid.. Second thing, during the check in they requested to have a credit card number as warranty...but it means that they write down the whole card number plus expiration date in a paper....I mentioned it is totally insecure and contrary to all the security recommendations. Fortunately, they accepted also cash as warranty so it was solved.

The rooms, the staff, the location, the breakfasts, everything about the hotel was lovely, except.....

The noisy 'Beach Club' blasts out awful disco music from about midday until 3.30am every day and it totally, selfishly dominates the entire beach and the hotel, which spoiled the whole experience for us

Very helpful and friendly staff. Clean and airy interior with tasteful traditional decor. Large room with comfy bed. Great beachside location.

The hotel suffers a little from the bass-drum noise from the nearby marina beach club on Saturday nights. But that comes with the location

Location is right on the beach with many restaurants nearby. Public parking on the street is tight but available.

Breakfast was fine once you realize that you can order eggs and other dishes from the kitchen. The sign with this information was hard to see and no-one told us it was only by chance that we found out.

The staff were so helpful, friendly, and welcoming. The rooms were really bright, clean, and spacious. We had breakfast included, which was a nice continental breakfast, and then you could choose to have a selection of freshly cooked items. Good transport networks into the city we stuck to the buses which took about 20mins into the main city.

With it being winter, there were not many of the restaurants open in the evenings.
