We had a wonderful stay thanks to nice caring staff (from the housekeeping to the restaurant), special thanks to Ms. Andrea from the Reception. Small, modern and very clean hotel - location is perfect - directly on seaside promenade, near to tram (connection to the airport, city centre), bus stop, cycle paths and and walking distance from sea (between hotel and sea is only wide sandy beach, sea - sandy bottom but clear). Breakfast was super (fresh orange juice, fresh fruit, good coffee etc.) and dinner very handy (starter, main dish and desert - you can choose from more options) after whole day exploring Valencia and coming back late. After reading some previous reviews - we had no problem with nearby disco, you can hear certainly normal city sounds from the street during the night, but after closing the window - no problem. A/C and everything in the room has been working without problems.

Great location on the beach. Room was spacious even with 3 adults. Bathroom was large with two sinks and lots of counter space. Great view of the beach from our room. Sea breeze kept us cool.

The water or pipes had an unpleasant smell in the bathroom. The staff was very accommodating and poured cleaner and gave us air freshener, so I compliment them on problem-solving. It was not an issue after that. Trick to not minding the techno club noise is leaving the windows open until just before bed, then it will seem quiet when you close them! 🙂

Everything from spa to beach. Spa was amazing and clean. The area was quiet but lots to do and eat just not that noisy tourist you drear. Lovely view hiand good air con. Amazing service. Will be back if they will have us! For me, a life dream has been completed (I lived in Valencia many years ago but never could affidrd neptuno... So as soon as I could ❤️)

It was too nice nothing felt poorly run. Eg every room cleaned everyday. Pineapple and ice water is a perfect drunk.

Location - by the Marina, overlooking the beach, on a strip of restaurants and bars. Tram stop and the city tourist bus loop stop both very close by. Staff - the restaurant staff, led by super Carlos, were all friendly; reception was good and staff were professional and friendly / helpful enough. Rooms - clean, smart, in good repair and as expected from the hotel’s photo gallery. Restaurant was good - decent variety and coffee for breakfast, including eggs to order, and lunchtime menu, not least the paella

They could have offered a bit more advice to first-time visitors (eg about transport, bike hire, map, etc) but helpful if asked. Wi-fi was easy enough to access but didn’t seem as effective as it should be

Amazing stay! It was literally 5 mins walk from the long sandy beach with the warmest sea and an easy 10/15 min taxi into the centre approx 10 euroes. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious and served till 11 so you could still have a lie in! Homemade omelettes made to demand, plenty of fruit, pastries, cold meats, fish, granola, cereal, and a warm box of fry up if your craving it! Staff were lovely and a massive thanks for the birthday surprise in my room (a bottle of cava and some choccies) that was so special and really made the stay! Rooms were immaculately clean and had cool features like wireless chargers, a hot light in the bathroom to help dry off swimming costumes and keep you toasty after a shower! The solarium upstairs was a great place to enjoy the view of the sea and cool down in the shallow pool. We also had access to the sauna, gym and jacuzzi all included. We were here in a group of 10 and just had the best stay ever due to the amazing location and the great hotel and friendliest staff. Would highly recommend you won't regret staying here!

The location was great for access to the beach and was simple to reach with a taxi. The facility was well kept, the breakfast buffet and restaurant was great. The staff were also very accommodating.

We didn't like the instant coffee setup in the room but the machine at breakfast made up for it. We requested one room to have a single king but we got (2) twins butted up so not ideal.

- great breakfast - excellent location right on the Beachfront - free soft drinks in the mini bar - spacious bathroom, great shower - rich variety of free toiletries in the bathroom - robe and beach towels - air conditioning - nice staff and helpful at the reception and the restaurant

- bed mattress was really soft and uncomfortable, we both had sore backs in the morning - the doors to the rooms can not be closed quietly due to the card reading system - this produced some disturbance when the other guests were arriving to their rooms at night. Not a major problem, just a suggestion to improve.

We booked this hotel short-notice due to its proximity to the beach and it was the best decision if you want to be close to the water. the view from our room was stunning I couldn’t get enough of it and wished we stayed longer. The staff was super friendly. it was clean and tidy with modern equipment and furniture. We even got bathrobes. I would definitely book this hotel again if I would like to spend a few days at the beach in Valencia!

Location is fabulous. Staff are welcoming, friendly & proactive. Lots of little extras. Bathrobes, slippers, in-room fridge with couple of complimentary drinks. Rooms made up every day to a very high standard. Good air conditioning & comfy beds, quiet in the room. Neptuno ticks a lot of boxes, definitely well thought use of compact rooms. I would return without hesitation.

We had great corner triple room with the sea view, loved it. Room was spacious and very nicely decorated. Hotel is by the beach boardwalk and next to plenty of seaside cafes and restaurants but we got best food in its own restaurant downstairs. Best seafood risotto I have had in Spain! Superb! Weather was windy and cool (beginning of April) so didn't go to beach which otherwise looked great, long sandy beach.

All night disco in the end of the pier was very loud and could hear the beat and see laser show until 4am in the morning.
