The friendliness of the staff, their ability to adapt the organization to the marathon runners and their good advice. The kitchen and the dining/living room are well furnished and well organized, the ideal environment to share time and experience with the other guests.

Everything. The hostel is in a great location right next to the famous market and a short walk from some of the main squares. The hostel itself is super cosy and the staff are really friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is very sociable between the guests and the hostel hosts some events such as sangria night etc so if you fancy having a drink while you socialise then you can and if you would like to party then they have an organised pub crawl that people can then go out to. Even though people may be having a drink in the hostel, it never became rowdy and felt comfortable for both party and non party seeking guests. The breakfast was nice and the free tea is appreciated. They also have a free walking tour in the morning which I went to and enjoyed. Something I appreciated, that I haven't seen in other hostels, is that the lights to each bed were dimmable so if people were sleeping you could set it to a low light so you could still see but not be blinding the others in the room. I've stayed in a lot of hostels and this is the first one I have seen with dimmable bed lights. This is very practical for guests and was also appreciated. The plug to each bed was also appreciated. I feel this hostel understands the smaller details that are very helpful for guests and they have these things covered. I really enjoyed my stay there and wish I'd stayed longer in Valencia and this hostel.

The location is great, in the heart of Valencia. The hostal hosts activities some nights were every body meets each other and have fun. the staff is super friendly and always caring you are having a nice stay. Toilet was the best of the trip, they were always spotless clean all the time! Our room was in the ground floor, so we couldnt avoid the noise surrounds until midnight, but we knew what we were signing for, usual hostel atmosphere, plus in the centre of Valencia adds a layer of noise, but yet the beds were super comfy and we had good night's sleep from midnight to sunrise. I would recommend this place a lot, we were impressed. Excellent for a short visit to Valencia.

Great location, just behind Silk market and close to Mercado Central. Super nice and efficient staff. Breakfast was filling and enough to start the day. Room (for 3 people, no bathroom) was big, with window.

Beware of very steep and narrow staircase (the reception is located in high 1st floor, rest of the rooms higher- no elevator). I had room with 2 other people- no ventilation in the room. The air was grimm... I never had this problem, but there are opnly 2 showers and 2 toilets (shared by men and women) for entire floor

I was really positively surprised by how personal the whole atmosphere in the hostel felt like. All the staff members were super lovely. Especially Philip is very helpful and spreads a great, relaxed vibe everyone welcomes in a hostel!! The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is great: very clean (the staff members take good care of it all day) and there is free tee and coffee for everyone! It’s so cute they do your washings for you and even fold it!! Never experienced that in a hostel before. And important to mention is also the great location of the hostel: you are right in the middle of the old city centre with loads of restaurants around plus you have short distances to the main sights.

The people were very helpful. There were no lift but Phil kindly lugged my 12 kg luggage to the 4th floor and then lug it down when I checked out. The kitchen is very functional. The location is great. I bought a 10 tix pass and only need to use it to/from the Joaquin station and the science center.

The good of have beds instead of bunk beds came with a little privacy issue as there are no privacy blinds / curtains. Only 2 showers per floor but can definitely manage it if you are a morning or late night shower person.

Room as clean and expected with single beds, not bunk. Bathrooms are clean and they have some soaps/shampoos. Kitchen is great, labelled well and easy to use, fully stocked. Lots of social events going on, people are often socializing and making new friends. Friendly staff around 24/7. Not that loud even though my room is beside check in table.

Had to pay a deposit and towel fee to get a towel, and it was dirty (I had to switch it). Had to pay another deposit for checking in (but u can give an ID instead). The blanket was thin (one layer thick sheet, not a comforter) but they gave me another thicker one upon request. Room door is loud somewhat when closing. Bathroom is shared between both genders, a bit of a surprise when I got there but it was fine.

Great location in the old center, near the Mercado Central and opposite the historic Llotja e la Seda. Comfortable shared rooms, friendly 24-hr reception. Nice common area with a good kitchen, it a great place to meet fellow travelers. It feels like home, but in the center of historic Valéncia. Good for walking around and the staff are always happy to offer suggestions. Rooms and the shared bathrooms, and kitchen were well equipped and clean.

Really, a very good hostel experience! Good for all ages - young, and those who are youg at heart. Nothing bad to say.

Perfect location - everything worth seeing is literally next to the hostel. Very very friendly and helpful staff, there are also some options for socializing organised like board games evening and such (I didn't use them as I was there shortly and also needed some alone time but in different circumstances I would take part). Reasonable size of the room.

When it comes to cleaniness there is some space for improvement definitely ;) also the bathrooms are not giving you much privacy.

The location is nice, it is in the middle of the old center. There are many good restaurants close by, which is also pleasant. The staff working in the hostel were very friendly and helpful. The kitchen and seating area were fine and there were lockers in the dorms.

The temperature of the showers were hard to control. It was either boiling hot or ice cold. The rooms were pretty cold and the blankets quite thin (we stayed in February). The airconditioning to heat the room wasn't working. Thankfully when we asked to get an extra blanket, we got an extra one that was real thick which helped a lot :)
