Everything!! This hotel is fabulous. The staff are amazing & nothing is too much trouble for them. The hotel is immaculate, room was great, lovely toiletries, big fluffy towels & best shower ever!! Great breakfast, too! Hotel perfectly situated for a stay in Valencia. Added bonus, welcome drinks & free great coffee from the barista at certain times of the day! Definitely the place to stay & we'd love to come back!

Best Hotel in Valencia for sure. The building seems new and it’s right in the city center (impossible to find a better location) Our room was spotless, beautiful, luminous, with comfortable beds, big toilet, huge shower, double windows to isolate the noise from the street and with all the amenities you need. The breakfast was delicious and the staff is very kind and professional. (Special thanks to Andrea, Fanny and Maxime) There was a general problem with the air conditioner in the hotel during our last day and the staff handled it in the best possible way (I worked in hotels around the world for many years and I know how hard it is to do things well in cases like this. Cosmo Hotel staff nailed it in every sense.

The hotel is located extremely well, within walking distance of many of the main sights of Valencia. The market was a just a few minutes walk from the hotel and I visited it almost every day! The staff is friendly and helpful, they were able to check us in earlier than expected and kept our bags after check out.

There aren’t too many facilities: the rooftop bar, is really a few seats on what is more balcony than terrace. However, if you’re looking for somewhere to use as a base while exploring Valencia, or want to work from the hotel a few days, it’s well suited to both those requirements!

centrally located in a pedestrian area, it was very convenient for the major sights in the centre of the city. The staff were always friendly and obliging with insider tips on restaurants and sites to visit. Breakfasts were excellent- Spanish, plenty of choice and cooked to order, not the usual uninteresting buffet fare, hotels usually offer. The bar/restaurant had a good atmosphere with locals as well as tourists using it for breakfast and other meals.

there were no rails in the bathroom to hang used towels on which meant towels had to be changed every day- fine for us but not very green. We had to ask for additional toilet paper . We were staying a week

The Cosmo Hotel is very centrally located in Valencia city near many local landmarks, tourist sites, bars and restaurants all within walking distance. The rooms were beautifully clean and modern with great facilities such as the shower, comfortable beds, robes and slippers. The restaurant in the hotel was lovely with great quality food, we had both dinner and breakfast there and it was excellent. The highlight of the hotel is the staff. Every member of the staff in the hotel were incredibly kind and helpful and provided us with a great stay including a lovely birthday surprise for my Mom which she really appreciated and was a very thoughtful touch. Overall a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend The Cosmos Boutique Hotel.

Fantastic location in the historic part of Valencia. Very clean rooms. Professional helpful and courteous staff. Lovely light breakfast bar area with picture windows looking out on to the street.

The bedroom was quite small, whether a double or two singles the bedroom isn’t roomy. Wardrobe space is limited and hard to reach. The bedroom is difficult to get around because of the limited space. We included breakfast in our stay, which in our opinion was poor, with no change in the five days we were there.

The hotel is cosy, comfortable, and centrally located and though it’s on a busy street it was quiet at night. The staff were all lovely and friendly. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. We didn’t eat in the hotel in the evenings but did have drinks in the bar and the food we saw going out of the kitchen looked good. The room was very clean,(the housekeeping team are wonderful) and was small but pretty typical in size for a european city hotel. The bed was very comfortable and the room was overall very nicely appointed.

Very minor points. The bathroom was quite cold with no obvious means of heating it, but we visited in February so that’s probably to be expected. Some decent tea and coffee making supplies in the room would have been welcome, what was there was pretty uninspiring, and there was no milk. The roof top area could be amazing but isn’t being used to its full potential at the moment.

Cons: -Sometimes bathroom had a smell of sewage, but this was an issue throughout the city of Valencia -Blanket/sheets were very thin, would have liked thicker sheets and a blanket

We booked the room at the last minute to spend New Year's Eve, and I'm happy we did. The room is nice and clean and has everything we needed (even bathrobes and slippers). There is a bar on the ground floor where we ordered our food and the waiter even found us 2 grape kits (a must for celebrating New Year in Spain). There is also a terrace where we could enjoy the fireworks. We didn't have anything prepared for the celebration and we got everything we wanted to have a great night! There was also a welcome bottle of champagne and sweets. Great team, great hotel. Thank you for such an enjoyable experience!

The staff were superb (without exception), attentive and helpful at all times. The location is ideal for exploring the city, a few minutes walk from many of the main areas of interest. The room was very clean and comfortable, with complimentary gowns and slippers provided. Good sound proofing from any external noise at night (if that's important to you). I would absolutely recommend this hotel. Can't think of anything negative to say about them.
