Opera is very central, right beside the Jardí del Túria and (obviously, although it took a while for the penny to drop), close to the Opera. It's very quiet, which I didn't expect since 2 of the 8 rooms open onto the breakfast area. Everything is very clean. I can highly recommend it.

Like I said, the room opening onto the breakfast area made me worried, but, as it turned out, I was worried for nothing. (Peace and quiet are high in my wishlist for hotels).

This is a beatiful place to stay in Valencia. Cozy and quite big room with perfect king-size bed, great bathroom, large common area with drinks & snacks available there. Hotel is located in a very nice place (district of different museums), close to the park which goes through the whole city. There are many well-rated restaraunts nearby. In overall, this place definitely exceeded our expectations, especially for that price.

Breakfast here = coffee + juice + small sandwitch / croissant in a cafe around the corner. Would suggest just not to buy it and have breakfast separately.

Breakfast was not included with our stay but coffee, water, croissants and muffins were always available. We had access to a refrigerator and toaster and all of the dishes and silverware we needed in a clean, "common space". So we were able to bring things in and prepare our own meals. I love the keyless entry. Entry to the hotel and our room was with a personalized passcode. Maria was wonderful and so helpful!

I guess I assumed, since it is called Opera House B & B, that breakfast would be included. That was a bit disappointing but the central kitchen was well supplied so that we always had coffee and could bring in our own items to prepare.

Clean and modern room. Comfortable bed. Excellent bathroom. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Location was convenient, around 30 mins walk through the Turia park to the historic city centre, very close to the City of Arts and Science.

Staff not present on site most of the day, but contactable and responsive via WhatsApp. Breakfast provided off site at nearby cafe, was decent quality but a limited selection.

The hotel staff was very nice , they weren’t at the property all the time but if we had any problem we could reach them by WhatsApp. They had a tea corner in the public area, and a common fridge .

The breakfast was in a coffee shop beside the hotel, and we could choose daily between 2 kind of sandwiches and 2 kind of croissant ( normal and chocolate). This is good for maximum 2 days but for 5-6 days stay it’s not a good choice. Sandwiches were dry and they didn’t have any vegetables or fruits or butter. But this is not a hotel’s problem.

Good location, good room, with a good size of the room and bathroom, nice common area. Loved complimentary coffee and croissants in the common area.

There was no work desk in the room, although it definitely had enough space to fit in one (sure, I had no problem to sit for a bit with my laptop in the common area, when I needed to... but I guess it wouldn't be that comfortable with more guests staying around, as the common area has just 3 small tables). WiFi Internet wasn't too good (fine to browse, not too good to jump on a video call). Also, having the room just next to the common area, hearing other guests in the morning just behind the door wasn't too great (though, it should not be a problem with other rooms, I guess).

Staff was beyond friendly and competent. Maria Fernanda was able to accommodate my request promptly and I was beyond happy with her kindness. The bedroom was spotless clean and they offer complimentary fizzy drinks and water which was amazing, due to the fact that August is pretty hot in Valencia.

The bed was a bit out of shape but nothing too uncomfortable. The swimming pool area did not display any umbrellas or chairs but again, not a major issue! 10 out of 10!

Exceptionally clean twin bed room, with shower/toilet room. Prompt electronic communication with check-in details, door codes etc. Clear instructions for breakfast in local café and access to pool area. Day cleaning of room (used once) very efficient service. Communal area with fridge for free cold drinks / Nespresso coffee machines used on a few occasions, all very convenient and clean.

Appreciate the pool area was communal for residents of the 'Opera House', but some sun loungers would have been a bonus, but not the end of world.

The facilities were modern and clean. There is a common area with seating, complimentary beverages and snacks. The wifi was the best I’ve experienced in all of my travels! The staff were very attentive and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was an excellent add on that I had forgotten was included. The view from our room was very pleasant. Very conveniently located near Joaquin Sarolla train station, restaurants, cafes and groceries. The hotel is located across the street from the main park, which made for a refreshing nature scape. The AC only engages if the windows with sensors are closed. I don’t typically use AC, but for those that do, it only goes down to 19° C. For me this is a plus because if I’m sharing a room with someone who keeps it chilly, this is a safeguard!

The restaurant below my room dragged tables into the midnight hour, which was very inconvenient because I’m a light sleeper. The table dragging was VERY loud. This is not the first property in Europe that I experienced an excessive amount of fragrance in all the linens and throughout the property. It was difficult to sleep at night because the smell was SO strong to me. I had to leave the windows open for the majority of the day to air it out. Only one window opened without a key, so I had to request housekeeping open the others for me. To note, the reason for doing this is to ensure the AC is preserved and only turns on when the windows with a sensor are closed.

The booking process, check in and entry process was very easy and well managed via WhatsApp. Super simple. The room was very clean and spacious and the common kitchen/dining area was spotless and there were lots of complimentary, coffee, drinks and small snacks available. The location for what we wanted was great. 20 minutes walk to most places like the aquarium, football stadium, city centre..

A couple of things for me could have been a little better. The Aircon was too cold (Yes I know it's a silly thing to say but it's max was 24°C and I think in summer 25/26 is better) I managed to adjust the vents a bit to reduce the airflow but it was a bit chilly. Without it,, it was too hot. First world problems! The other thing was the swimming pool. It's fine but not really somewhere you can go for an afternoon. It's sort of a bit weird. Ok for a quick dip and cool off. The TV options were rubbish. I'd probably say pricewise it was just a bit more that I would have paid for something similar. But overall it was fine.
