The staff were AMAZING - José María is the kindest host, when we arrived he got out a map and told us where the best restaurants were and how to get to all the sights. Also, the girl that we had serving breakfast all week was lovely, cheery and helpful - letting me store my oat milk in the fridge for breakfast throughout the week. The hotel is very cute, nicely decorated with lovely colours and our twin room was really spacious with a little hallway that had a couch, table and tv - like a little lounge are which was lovely. Wardrobe storage was great, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable - good amount of sockets as well. The breakfast was a really great continental, Spanish-style offering with bread, cheese, meats, pastries, fruit, yoghurt and jams and tomato spread to make tostada con tomate , as well as freshly-squeezed orange juice and a perfectly good coffee machine. The hotel location was great for Russafa, to walk to the Mercat de Colom and the old town, or to the Ciutat de les Arts i les Ciències, and is across from a nice section of the Turia Garden. It’s also perfectly located for the bus to the beach or Albufera. Loved our stay and would highly recommend - hoping to come back and stay soon!

The room was clean, comfortable, well-equipped and had air conditioning, great storage and was just a cool room. The only teeny letdown was the bathroom as although it was decorated with pretty tiles and had great water pressure, good mirror and a shelf (could’ve maybe done with two), the tiling in the shower cubicle was in need of some TLC with fresh grouting and silicone as there was a bit of mould (to be expected in a damp, hot room). However, this didn’t take anything away from the stay and we absolutely loved the hotel, staff, breakfast and location.

* The hotel is very nice and chic, tastefully decorated, in a quiet area next to Park Turin and close to the center, with many bars and restaurants nearby. * The staff was very nice. * The check-in was very smooth, nice access to the hotel & rooms via cards. * The bed and pillows were comfortable and we had everything we needed in Room 8 (mini fridge, TV, night stands, table, chairs, small wardrobe). * Breakfast is frugal, nothing cooked, only store bought, packaged pastry, 2 cold cuts & 1 type of cheese, yoghurt, fruit, fresh orange juice and coffee. This was nice enough, but we stayed for 7 nights and had the exact same thing every day - we would have appreciated some variety.

* The room was small and quite dark (although colorful and nicely decorated). Our room had a small window towards an inner patio. * The bathroom had no ventilation and it was difficult to air out the room & bathroom, the air was always very damp. * There was some visible mold in one of the corners of the room :( * Construction work was being done in the building, and in some days they started before 9 AM which is very annoying when you are on vacation... Also sometimes the noise was audible at noon and we could not take mid-day naps. The construction also meant a lot of dust and we could not keep the window open at times (see above on the dampness in the room..) * There is a school adjacent to the building with the hotel so it is often very noisy.

Hotel is situated just near the Turia park, which makes it easy to commute to other parts via park. To old town you have approx. 20 minutes of walking, bus stop 95 to the beach is 100m away. Breakfast is nice, a little bit for all tastes. Staff is friendly, we could leave the luggage at hotel after check-out for a few hours on the last day since our plane left in the evening and we still stayed the whole day in Valencia.

Breakfast could be served earlier than 8 am, but I guess it's Spanish thing to start the day a little later :) Otherwise no complaints.

The hotel is really of a good value! It is located in a very nice area, 10 min walk from the City of Arts and 15 min walk from the center. There are a lot of restaurants and cafes nearby. The room was small but ok. The breakfast also was good. The orange fresh is awesome. A huge thanks for the Spotify playlist it's really awesome! The staff was friendly.

The only thing we would like to spot as disadvantge of the hotel is the bathroom. Would be better is the staff pay more attention to the cleanness of the bathroom and the towels. All the rest was very good!

The hotel is great. It´s very clean, our room was cleaned every day. The breakfast was also great. Fresh orange juice is a super bonus. I think everyone chooses what they like. The location of the hotel is good. We walked everywhere. A short distance from the hotel there are many restaurants where you can eat. The staff is also very nice and helpful. I would definitely come back here.

Everything was great. Just one thing to consider. For people who like to sleep with the window open, consider window nets against insects. The first night we opened the windows and during the night my husband killed 7 mosquitoes and we were all bitten in the morning. Then we slept with the window closed for the rest of the stay and I woke up every day with a headache like I always do when I have to sleep with the window closed. So maybe consider to add window nets, if it´s posibble. Other than that, everything is great.

The staff was very, very nice. We arrived after check in time and there was no problem or extra payment. They were very helpful with everything we asked or needed (even printed our tickets). The communication was very quick. The location is perfect - close to the centre (walking distance) and close to bus stops if you want to go to the airport or to the bioparc. The breakfast was also very good. We were party of 7 and we recommend the place :)

There was a problem with with our toilet sink.

Our stay was amazing, the room was amazing, they hosted us in the most beautiful way, the rooms are clean, they tidied up the room and changed towels every day, we received guidance from Jose and Jermo every day about the amazing places in the area. The hotel is close to all the important places, the parking of the hotel is amazing, the breakfast is very good and of course the natural orange juice that is squeezed in front of you at breakfast, I will always return to this hotel, thank you for making us enjoy Valencia

Great location, right next to Jardín del Turia, close to Ruzafa and there is also a bus stop only a couple meters away. From there you can take the bus to Albufera National Park or the beach. Lovely staff, answering all of our question, giving tips on what to do in Valencia and we were even allowed to switch our breakfast day to the day we were arriving instead of the last day because we had to leave early.

Some vegetables for breakfast would be amazing.

The hotel owner was very friendly and on the check-in provided me with a map and great recommendations on things to do in Valencia. I was expecting a friend to join me and the asked them for an extra bed, which they provided at no extra charge. The hotel location is great, right next to Turia. I stayed there for a week during Las Fallas and could walk 15-20 min to the Town Hall. The breakfast was really good too, which ham, salami, toast, pastries, fresh orange juice, etc. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

The breakfast with fresh orange juice every day was a good way to start our day. The staff was always ready to help when we had a question. The hotel is located in a more local area, between the old city and the beach so you can easily access either of them. Our room had a window so ventilation was not a problem for us

It would have been better if the room had a safety deposit. The bathroom could have more hooks to hang towels, it felt like there was room for only towels for one person. Our hand towel was hanging right on top of the bathroom bin. The toilet paper hanger was broken.
