Great location. Staff friendly. Small, but good gym and indoor pool. Quiet room with excellent blackout curtains. We had a superior room and had a mini bar, tea/coffee making facilities, bathrobes and slippers and complimentary water. Wi-Fi connection and speed were good. Plenty of choice at breakfast. We would have preferred a larger fruit and cereal selection but that is just our taste and these things were provided but basic. If you want l to get to the city centre then it’s a good 20-30 mins walk but the route is fabulous and you can meander through the ‘river bed’ and look at all the different things going on.

There was nothing to dislike about the hotel. The bath room could have been slightly more modern but it was exceptionally clean and functional and that would certainly not stop us from returning or recommending this hotel.

The hotel was well located for what I wanted to see. Also many good restaurants nearby. The bed was excellent and all was clean and well maintained. The staff were generally friendly and helpful.

I felt the food was expensive - both the breakfast and the Menu del Dia. There were a couple of dishes I really liked but for the most part, the food was pretty ordinary given the price. The WIFI was below expectations. I found it sluggish too often which meant that doing things online took longer. I understand you could upgrade to a better service, but the basic WIFI included in the room did not compare well with what I've received in other hotels over the past year.

room was lovely. software allowed us to choose our room according to type available when we checked in on line prior to arrival, which was excellent. The location was perfect for the Oceanographic and Science and Art museums. there were bus stops right outside the hotel and end of the road that took you, in to the old town, to the beach, to the bioparc and the bus system was easy to navigate. staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Can't complain about anything, other than the ungodly hour we had to leave to catch our flight, but the taxi we asked them to order for us was waiting when we came down. loved the terraced roof area too. Would happily stay there again

I know it sounds daft, but the hotel sign. we got off the bus, knew the hotel was close, but it wasn't immediately obvious and took us a while to fund, having walked past it!

I didn't like anything in particular about my stay, it was ok. it's the first time I can't pinpoint anything exactly, however if I have to say something it is that all the staff were helpful and friendly. The first days the scrambled eggs during breakfast looked like they already had been eaten before, but the second half of my stay they were ok.

for starters the parking garage is not made for any decent car - SUV or larger sedan alike. it's also not cheap at all, at almost 19 euro per day. there's better options in the vicinity. The rooms feel outdated and the shower had stains in it. there was a piece of floor missing on the left side of the bed. my room in particular felt small, it was hard to get around the bed. The bar downstairs was boring to say the least and the terrace on the first floor was either empty most of the time or locked. The hotel has a lot of corporate events going, the first night even the restaurant was closed due to a private event.

The Hotel is in an excellent location for the City of Arts and Sciences. You can also reach the town centre with a very pleasant 20 minute walk through the park Jardin del Turia. Breakfast was very good offering a lot of variety both continental and cooked. The bathroom was very clean and well decorated and there was plenty of good quality toiletries supplied. The Hotel has its own underground parking. It is a little tight but we have a large car & managed ok. The reception staff were friendly and helpful .

We stayed in a standard room. The white furniture was chipped in places. No tea & coffee making facilities in these rooms. A mirror above the desk would have been useful. The bar has only 3 small tables and lacks atmosphere . A large 4* Hotel should have a better bar area.

Hotel in the area Valencia Las Artes, few steps away from all the well renowned attractions. Spacious and pleasant room, with a good natural light and all the services that a business traveller needs. The restaurant menu offers different choices, suitable for different diets (vegan, lactose free, and light meals).

Late check-in with limited options to be anticipated. For those travellers who have meetings, there are no spaces (but a corridor) where they can work while waiting for the check-in.

The location is perfect, right in front of both a bus stop that easily connects with the city center and the metro to/from the airport and a bike rental shop. The hotel is literally 100 meters away from la Ciudad de las artes en las ciencias, and the neighbourhood is very safe and clean. The room was up to our expectations and it was absolutely clean and comfortable. The extra service bookable from an app/website were also amazing and fast.

The staff wasn't the friendliest I've ever encountered in a hotel, but they were still helpful, ok overall but you would expect a bit more from such hotel. The swimming pool was a bit small compared to our expectations and this was a bit of an overkill. Overall we think that the hotel is a bit on the expensive side for what they offer.

- they accepted our early check-in -> thank you! - they kept our luggage safe a few hours after check-out and almost unique in what I have encountered in hotels in Europe, they have a verification system for the recovery of the luggage from safe room by entering a unique code by a post it applied on the luggage -> thank you! - the room was modern and cleaned daily and we were provided with an extra bed for the child - the hotel is in the Les Artes district, 5 minutes away from the Hemispheric, the Science and the Oceanographic museums - a few minutes away there are many cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and even a mall nearby, including a hypermarket (Carrefour) and by public transport - half an hour to the beach

- they took full advantage of the festival (Las Fallas) and doubled the prices for accommodation during that period - we didn't have breakfast, with the idea of ​​evaluating on the spot if it's worth it - and from what I noticed and check it locally, it's not that diverse -> they asked us for 20 euros per person and 10 euros for a 5-year-old child, that is a 50 euros per family just for breakfast by day! you can find very good alternatives and cheaper in the immediate vicinity of cafes and restaurants - the hotel is far from the center, but with quite good connections - by public transport - half an hour to the old center or an hour to the airport (by metro) - the pool and spa are not very spacious

The room itself was tidy, clean, and felt new and fresh. The bathroom was very spacious and had all necessary amenities, including a decent hair dryer. Appreciated that there was shampoo and conditioner, as well as body lotion from a nice brand. The breakfast was delicious and had something for everyone, including many typical Spanish delicacies, which was a bonus.

Nothing was really to dislike, but it was a bit disappointing that the lobby was tiny and so was the "bar" (it was not really a bar but almost an extension of the reception desk). It would be nice to have a place to sit down and have a drink while, for example, waiting for people.

Location is amazing, 5 minutes walk to great tourist spots like the science museum and aquarium, and close to public transport! The room and service were both great as well! After visiting La Tomatina I had a fair bit of tomatoes in my hair but the water stayed warm throughout that extremely long shower. The room service was wonderful too.

The mini fridge in the room was a little louder than I’d have liked but it was worth it to be able to chill my drinks during the hot weather.
