Absolutely stunning property nestled in the mountains of Mallorca! Close to both Deià and Soller. Gorgeous views, clean rooms, a great pool area and delicious drinks/food. Breakfast was a lovely buffet included in our stay too!

Only one minor note of caution - the hike down to the water (a must-do!) was absolutely stunning. When it came time to jump in the ocean, getting out of the water was tough. After notifying reception, they mentioned that the stair ladder out of the ocean was swept away by a storm. I would advise the hotel to repair this so visitors don’t have the same troubles exiting the water! Otherwise, we had an absolutely perfect stay.

We booked a sea view room but there was no guarantee of a balcony. On arrival we were offered the choice of 2 rooms both with balconies and the lovely young lady on reception recommended our room as it looked directly out to sea. The view was stunning and the sunset was amazing. The service from every member of staff was excellent.

Beautifully located amazing property. The facility is wonderful, perfect setting for watching the sunset. Unfortunately the weather was not good therefore we couldn’t really take advantage of what the resort has to offer but I could imagine how lovely it would have been if the weather had cooperated.

The walls are very thin making the rooms less private. You can hear everything but thankfully people tried to be respectful. One thing that bothered us very much was the constant sewage smell. Our rooms smelled of sewage but we left the terrace doors open at night. We smelled it in the courtyard too. It might have been caused by the unusual weather and air pressure but it was unpleasant. The rooms are ok, but just ok.

The scenery, the atmosphere, the friendly staff were extraordinary. The breakfast buffet was varied and had everything for every taste, which was a relief for me as someone who is intolerant to certain foods. The interior design was beautiful and comfortable. Watching the sunset from the terrace was pure bliss. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel.

My room was right next to the staircase, so I was awakened by people coming in late. Because the walls were so thin, I could hear all the bathroom noises of the people next door.

So much to love here! The view and location feels like an oasis of calm... which was needed after a busy few weeks. Whilst you could explore local towns that are beautiful... equally laze by the pool, and soak in the sun on the terrance, in peace and quiet. Super attentive team - and personal. Really glad we found this spot. I know where I need to come when I need a long weekend to unwind!

Needed to have more gluten free options - at breakfast as well as on the menu. BUT truly - a wonderful space and place... will be back.

This hotel blew our expectations away. The view is phenomenal, right on the cliff edge with sunset views across the ocean. It is calm and peaceful. There are plenty of sun beds to go around. Eve icing on the cake was a short walk down to your own swimming spot - beyond beautiful! Breakfast was varied and very generous. If you don’t have a car there is a local bus that goes directly from the top of the hotels drive which was ideal for us. Staff are super friendly and helpful. We just LOVED the whole setup - beautiful!

The only part that didn’t life up to the same level of expectation as the rest of the hotel was the food at the restaurant. Breakfast was brilliant but the dinner lacked some flavour which was a shame.

Lovely hotel in a prime location. Hotel has direct access to a little sea entry by staircase after 15 minutes walk down. Deffo worth it. Other things , nice cushions and pillows , 4 to choose from. They give you clean towels for the pool everyday by the reception. And also they offer check out shower room with clean towels. Big plus. We had two diners in the restaurant and although on the pricey side for spain we had delicious meals unlike some of the reviews we read. Paella was to die for and the sea bream delicious.

We where one of the adjacent room by the lift. One hot afternoon we where having a siesta and the big fat 2 m mirror fell down. Glass everywhere. Very weird thing to happen, I travel a lot and this is unheard off. We felt by one of the staff as we made it this and broke it , kind of blaming us, but the hotel director a blonde lady in red dress she was very courteous about it and make us feel good at all time. Breakfast could be improved for sure without investing to much.

Beautiful location overlooking the sea, with some of the most stunning sunsets we’ve seen. Super relaxing and calm atmosphere, perfect place to spend a few days getting away from it all. Lovely staff too.

Our only criticism was that occasionally the noise from the Airbnb/house next door was a little intrusive, but this is luck of the draw and there’s not much the hotel can do about this. The food was a little hit and miss, we didn’t rate our lunches but dinners were generally good quality. Would have maybe liked the option for bar snacks by the pool.

Location was perfect. Bus stop at the top of the road with connections to Soller, Deia etc. and access to the sea and easy access to GR221 route with beautiful costal sections between Deia and Puerta Soller. the view is unbelievable and the perfect spot for sunset.

The maitre de was extremely difficult about everything he possibly could be. it resulted in an argument on our final day. He is not there to serve customers he is there to tell customers what they can’t do…he thinks paying guests are members of his staff and he should be given training in customer facing techniques. Thankfully his team were much more accommodating and everyone else we dealt with, in particular the lady on reception were extremely helpful and understanding

Absolutely amazing hotel, where tradition meets modern standards. All the employees are so accommodating, professional and fulfilling your desire before you even think about it! Hospitality on a highest level. Beautiful restaurant with fantastic views, nice swimming pool, walking trails directly from the hotel. There is a parking for your car which is very convenient. The best sunsets in Mallorca! Hope to come back again!
