The hotel has an ideal position. It is on the square near Pilar in the very center of the city, between El Tubo and Magdalena, where there are most bars, restaurants, and services are. We probably had the room with the best view, as one window looked directly at Pilar and the other at La SEO. There is a drinking fountain behind the hotel. Nice place to chill. The hotel has a nice bar downstairs/next door. The reception staff is extremely friendly and homely. Otherwise, the equipment in the room is basic, old, but that doesn't really matter. The room and bathroom are clean. Due to the location itself, the hotel is definitely worth a night's stay.

Clean, good location and value. Shower in the first rook was very good but second room was soso. Good buffet breakfast but have to pay 10 euros perday

Did not have a way to control the air in the room. Only heating could be turned on no cold air. The room was very hot, when asked for help they said it was not possible because the system does not allow hot and cold. Very strange luckily the weather cooled off the next days and it worked out with windows opened. You have to pay 10 euros per day for breakfast.

The hotel is very well located and comfortable. The building is old, but it is situated in the old town, which adds to its charm. The A/C worked well, and the water pressure was good. The staff was nice and helpful.

It was Friday night, so I guess it's normal, but since I needed to wake up early, the noise from skaters outside until 11 PM was a bit disruptive. If I didn't have to wake up early, it would have been fine because in Spain, 11 PM is considered early, especially on a Friday.

Really helpful staff at reception - went above and beyond on a busy Saturday for us - and the room was spotlessly clean. Comfy beds, good linen, and good wifi. Location is central and even on a Saturday night it wasn't noisy, even though hotel was full.

The bathroom was slightly dated - a glass sink in a hotel???? and a silly powerjet shower cubicle, but these are minor cosmetic things - everything worked!

Location is great, close to everything, cathedral, churches, places to eat, bus stops, even the central station was close by, getting by by buses is quite easy, but also cabify works great and is very cheap in the area. The bed was very very comfortable, and the attention in the counter was amazing, very nice people!

The room looks super old, it could have like an upgrade in the covers and wallpapers and bathroom, its quite antique, which isn't bad.

Zaragoza is a beautiful city with lots to see and do. Weve been a few rimes before but never to this location. The hotel is in a perfect location for the city. Bars and resturants Beautiful view of the basilica del pilar. Good place for parking the motor bike just round the corner. Very quiet in the rooms. Which is very surprising considering all the bustle going on outside

There was nothing we didn't like. The hotel is definatly not the best we have ever stayed in but it is perfect for a few days to explore.

Great hotel on the square, finding the city hall parking was an adventure, however after o e tour of the old town we managed.

If you have a room looking inwards, do not keep your windows open for fresh air as it caused us a headache and nausea probably from the fumes from below

Great location, good wifi.

When I was checking in I was told I had to pay but I had already done so via the Bookings.com App. The person at reception was quite adamant that I must pay. Fortunately I was able to show her from the App that the payment had been made + I also showed her my online credit card transaction. Eventually she checked the computerised booking system and it was clear that payment had been made. The moral of the story is - use the Bookings.com App and understand your way around it + hotels should check their systems without having to be prompted by guests!

Excellent location, smack bang in the centre.Great breakfast all included in very reasonably price.

GPS took us on a torturous route which I imagine was totally illegal and am expecting a fine. Not the hotel's fault but it might be worth while emphasising it's easier to go directly to the parking municipal and walk a very short distance to hotel. However , the car park, evenwith hotel discount, is nearly 20 euros overnight.

Located in the old centre 2 minutes on foot from the Basilica de Pilar and the main historical square. Bars and restaurants all in very close proximity. Underground pay car park just behind the bus stop. Hotel has own parking but we did not manage to work out how to get to it via local streets! Breakfast was very good with lots to choose from.

No way to improve it but our room overlooked the bus stop into town centre which was also busy with car traffic and quite noisy from 06h00 onwards.
