Overall I had a really really lovely stay at View360. The staff are so sweet and attentive, my room was huge, clean and very comfortable and had the lost spectacular views. The breakfast was huge and delicious, and the staff were very flexible in serving it early if needed. The highlight was probably watching the flying foxes and monkeys playing in the trees outside the hotel.

The gym area needs a deep clean and a refresh. The gym geta very hot because of all of the windows and the air conditioning is not very strong (and the remote control is missing). Additionally, the gym is laid put poorly so you have to drag equipment around to make space. Finally, the main weights machine needs to be oiled, the weights currently get stuck making any kind of exercise very difficult and potentially dangerous.

We stayed here for 4 nights and were satisfied with the stay. The hotel is located approximately 3 km from the center of Kandy. A TukTuk typically costs 300-600 LKR into the city, you can use the hotel's own TukTuk driver. 450m down the road you will find both a greengrocer, grocer and baker. The staff acted polite and friendly. We really appreciated the large, clean room with the beautiful view and access to the terrace. The bathroom was clean and the shower excellent with hot water. There was air conditioning, fridge, kettle, TV and it all worked. The swimming pool on the roof terrace is excellent unfortunately there are only 3 sunbeds. The breakfast was adequate. You can choose between 3 menus on the dining menu, but unfortunately we could not choose the Sri Lankan breakfast on any of the days. If you stay overnight at View 360, you get value for your money, which is why they get our best recommendation.

There are monkeys in the area and they pass the hotel, therefore you cannot sleep with the door open. The hotel should provide clear information on how to deal with the monkeys. The hotel wifi was unusually unstable and with fluctuating speed. In general, cleaning and tidying up in the common areas could be better. Finding old beer cans, empty ashtrays and wet towels on the roof terrace is not a plus.

Wonder spacious suites with a bedroom and separate living room with smart t.v and comfortable furniture.. The panoramic view the from the floor to ceiling and wall to walll windows is what really makes this place special. We booked in for three days and changed it to eight days. The local village is a five minute walk down the hill where there's a nice place to eat called The Chefs corner (around £1.25 for a lovely plate of food) as well as fruit shops and supermarkets. You can get a tuk tuk down to the busy town of Kandy for less than a £1. We choose to relax every day and enjoy the views. This place is underpriced for what's on offer, ignore any negative views from the ones who can't appreciate this location... Des and Sinead Scotland and Ireland

It was the best hotel from our 4 weeks trip in Sri Lanka. Perfect stay, very comfortable, clean, we really enjoyed the food, breakfast and dinner, the rooms and the pool have a great view. We returned to Kandy only to stay at this hotel and we searched online for other branches in other locations in Sri Lanka, but sadly, we did not find another one. The staff is amazing, very kind, understanding and very helpful. Jude from the reception was always helpful and we enjoyed having conversations with him. I don't understand why the hotel doesn t have a better rating, but I hope people will appreciate and than leave a great review. Great value for money.

Absolutely loved it.

View360 by its name explains everything, this hotel is located uphill and few minutes walk from city. This hotel is featured to have a 360 view of Kandy which is the signature of this hotel, rooftop pool will explain everything you get the best view of town in this place. Staffs are extremely well trained and their manager Mark helped us make our vacation even more enjoyable during our stay in Kandy by going beyond the scope and getting things done for my daughter’s birthday at Roof Top Bar. Best thing about the hotel is, it’s close to all excursion points and city center is reachable within minutes to explore Kandy City in and out, i would say this is the best view you could get from Kandy as it’s uphill and feature a 360 view from the hotel roof top pool and roof top bar and all other rooms as well, again rooms are huge we weren’t expecting it and we end-up leaving one empty because they don’t have rooms they literally have large family suite with kitchen, bathroom and living room in entire property and this is the perfect hotel for families and long stays intended to stay in Kandy.

The most i like the room. Everything ok, lot of space, separated bedroom with bathroom. View is very good. Very nice to be clos to the jungle. You see the monkeys special in the afternoon. Breakfast ik ok, let now what you want and they will take care. Good television! Shower should have more waterpressure but this is not every time Marc and his staff are very good. We liked the location, it provides really a view, they accept a card payment, WiFi was 6/10, room was clean, food was fine.

Didn’t like an aggressive monkeys 🙈, they stole my coffee from the balcony in the morning.. I think it’s normal, when you stay in the jungle 😁, but still don’t like it. So don’t leave anything on the balcony, because they are active on light time, you can’t see them at dark, they come in the morning, so keep the balcony door closed!!

The place was as described in the website. We were arrived bit early the check-in time, but they kind enough to arrange the room for us. Penthouse suite have two bedrooms, living room and kitchen. There Is gym and rooftop infinity pool with nice view over kandy city.

There is kitchen but not functioning because there is not gas for gas stove. not repaired or renovated since some time, there was mold and scratch on walls. food from the property was average. nothing bad but not perfect or anything.

The place is beautiful and the view amazing. The view from the top of the hotel is just exceptional with the view from the infinite pool. The food was good I'm the restaurant and many option were given for the breakfast.

The place is not 100% clean. And this is both applicable to the room or the restaurant.

The accommodation and the facilities were excellent. Very good customer service throughout the entire stay. Felt welcomed throughout. Overall 100% worth it for the money. Kids had a lovely time. Amenities were great and reachable.
