Nice location, just one street behind the main road. Nice swimming pool. Nice breakfast. Big comfortable bedroom and big bathroom.

Our flight was delayed, I texted the property twice informing the we would have been arrived around 1:00am. Unfortunately when we arrived no one was waiting for us, the main door was closed and locked. We had to wait until the neighbor heard us knocking and shouting at the door of the hotel and he helped us calling the guy in the hotel. We waited outside 45 minutes with our luggages. The road was completely flooded for 2 days because of the heavy rain.

The room was amazing! Private jacuzzi kinda pool was just lit! Spacious bathroom and really high standards! Staff was very nice and flexible! Calm and quiet place! Loved it

Breakfast could do a little bit better! The sausages could have been better branded! Some options for the guest to choose from like bacon etc etc! Also the indoor pool is not very clean! Small insects and greasy inside! I had to clean it my self before getting down! (Nothing big) but would have been better!

compared to the room rate, room was very big.. for one person, it was huge. In a bath room, there is a bath tub and hot water comes very quickly. nice swimming pool also. Very relaxing.

my return flight was morning flight and I had to leave there at 5am. At 5am, no one was there, main door was locked... I was waiting for a staff to wake up but finally after I called the person, he woke up. I was a bit upset waiting for any staff for 20 min for check-out.

Very helpful and friendly staff, comfortable bed, spacious room, very comfortable and relaxing bath, it was great to lie in it after hard journey. Hotel in a good location, easy to go to Bandaranaike airport. I booked stay without breakfast, but there were a lot of good cafes around.

We had a short sstay in negombo after a flight delay. Room was spacious and clean and very good valie for money. Team were welcoming and helpful

Fantastic penthouse with private pool and spacious outdoor lounge area. Staff were all so kind and helpful, and helped with any requests we had with a smile (storing our bags, borrowing towels for the beach, late checkout). Lovely and relaxing stay in a peaceful location. Close walk to main road along the beach which is more busy with restaurants.

We booked the penthouse suite and a double room. The staff was very friendly and mindful. They prepared a delicious breakfast with eggs, pancakes and fruits for us. The kids loved the pool. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay!

We had a private pool and a bathtub. It was clean and comfortable. Welcome juice after a long journey. Water was nice and hot. 2 TVs . Parking and close to restaurants. Breakfast was very good and big.

Few light bulbs didn’t work. No full length mirror.

The bed was super comfy. Great pillows. Fun plunge pool.

No lift so if you are differently abled it might be difficult. The hotel will take care of your bags though. Improvement would be to offer airport pick up option for convenience.
