The breakfast display was a winner with so many options to choose from. The food was fresh and beautifully displayed as well as tasty. The location was great as well with Restaurants next door to the hotel. The train station was conveniently located beside the hotel and it takes you around to other Points of interest. You could walk to the Central Station if you wanted to take you to the airport via the Express Train which is about $30.00 US Dollars. Otherwise, you can take the bus from Central Station to the Airport for about $6.80 US Dollars. If you are not in a rush, take the bus to and from the Airport because it’s economical. If you are trying to get to Friend’s Arena from the Hotel just hop on the Radhuset train.

The elevators were too small and sometimes you had to wait because one elevator could only hold two people especially if you had suitcases. But this is no way a negative experience overall.

Location is excellent, near metro, train, walkable to the centre, lots of buses, a coop supermarket and various restaurants and cafes, even a pharmacy nearby. the booking experience and check in is pretty seamless. Very friendly staff. Breakfast is *really* good , lots of options and consistently good and replenished, plenty of stations so even if busy we never had to queue really … we loved it. The room we got was on the small side, but functional, plenty of power sockets, wifi was good and toilet/water was all good. Bed was comfy and we had a sofa for our 8YO and it was ok. Minibar wasn’t noisy, room came with iron and water boiler. We had to ask for more hangers though. We liked the restaurant, shame they don’t do Swedish meatballs! Anyway, the steak was good and the hotdog was well received. We didn’t make much use of there gym but wife approves of the treadmill.

It is a popular hotel and elevators are smallish and very busy at times, but we used the stairs. Shower glass tended to allow some splashing on the floor if not careful. Overall no real negatives at all , if anything it was busy (went in summer coincidentally on pride week!) and it is a busy street so you need to be prepared for the buzz.

Very good hotel, we booked a family room, what was perfect for 2 adults and 2 children. The children slept on a sofabed, we had an excellent large bed. No separate rooms, kids slept around the corner. Breakfast was very good. Hotel right next to metro stop. Big hotel with a lot of guests, but very quiet at night. You only notice at breakfast how many guests there are. But no problem, buffet is big enough and excellent service.

1 small bathroom for 4 persons, seemed a bit too little, but after 4 nights we conclude that it was enough for us. Modern bathroom with spacious shower. Toilet outside bathroom would have been better.

Booking.com had included a free taxi ride. The taxi driver was fiddling with his phone while driving and drove into a plateau on the high way and a caused an accident. It was very scary and he risked our lives. On top of this the taxi that picked us up was already occupied and we were just squeezed in. To use a taxi that is occupied seemed to us like the driver wanting to cover up the incident. Also the pickup procedure at the airport was already messy as the driver was late and had to be replaced by the guy who then had the accident. We would appreciate very much to receive a compensation for the discomfort.

The location of the hotel is perfect. You are literally steps from the subway station 'Radhuset' and can walk directly to the various spots, as well. The neighborhood is very safe and around the hotel there are a number of interesting restaurants.

It's a big structure, not very new. You often end up queuing for a lift and stairs are narrow. Room service is OK, but could use some extra care for the detail. The breakfast buffet is humongous but the breakfast lounge can be extremely crowded. There are coffee places literally at the corner, if you opt out of the breakfast.

A small room designed with travellers in mind because it had better storage space than many larger hotel rooms we've stayed in. The tiny bathroom had room for 2 toiletry bags as well as rails and hooks for clothes and towels. Good breakfast with hot and cold options. If you are taking the train, exit through the Klarabergs via Dukten exit. From there, it's about 10-15 minutes walk along the same road to the hotel. There is a well-stocked COOP supermarket across the road. Lower price compared to other hotels this close to the city centre.

Only 3 coat hangers in the wardrobe was not enough for 2 people. Minimum should be 6 coat hangers. When we checked in, the guy at Reception looked bored out of his brain, and didn't engage with us at all. What's so hard about saying 'Welcome' with a smile. It costs nothing and is so appreciated by weary travellers. All other staff we encountered during our stay were lovely, especially breakfast staff.

Very good and varied breakfast with lots of choice, and a separate section for gluten free products etc. Some staff members were very friendly

- Sofa bed not made up ready (despite room having been booked for 3 people); took a while to wait for this - 2 rooms booked to accommodate larger family. Rooms several floors away from each other, despite multiple messages with hotel staff prior to stay - breakfast area chaotic in the morning; very difficult to find a suitable table as staff members did not help facilitate this - it was not possible to contact reception via telephone from room - room and bathroom small - no facility to make tea and coffee in our room - pillows not comfy

Breakfast was really good with a lot of different things to choose from. Location is awesome, not even a 10 min walk to the central station. Room was very spacious, beds big and comfortable. They have bathing-utensils from the brand "Rituals" (fancy/smells good). Around sleeping time (10pm ish) its also quiet in the room. The curtains also provide enough darkness.

Get used to take the stairs if you want to get fast to your rooms. The elevators are really crowded in the morning hours, the fact that they only have like 3 or 4 (?) for 7 floors plays into this. If you're unlucky you might wont get a table for breakfast.

There is a subway station right underneath the building, which makes it very easy to get around the city. The hotel itself is very pretty, especially the lobby and restaurant area. The hotel rooms are a little older, but well-kept and clean.

The stairwell is very narrow and so is the one elevator that goes all the way from the garage to the top, which makes it somewhat inconvenient when you come in with a lot of luggage (which we did, as Stockholm was only our first stop on our trip). But that’s really the only thing we didn’t like.
