i like that there were a lot of filipino staff in the hotel. The non filipino ones are just as friendly and accomodating too. i like the food in Brasserie and we enjoyed the daily breakfast too. i like that it is quite close to the central train station.

there was no hair dryer in the room; neither was there enough slippers and robes and toiletries. There was only one of each while there were 3 of us in the room even if I booked and paid for 3 persons. There was also no bellmen who helped us with our luggage when we checked in. we rolled the trolley with our 6 luggage and 3 carry on luggage by ourselves. when we were not also told that we must tap our room key card for the elevator to bring us to our floor. I thought i was stucked in the elevator and almost panicked coz i went up alone and i am claustrophobic.

location is great, not more than 10min walk to the arlanda express. very comfortable and large room - huge bed, good bedding. 24h well equipped gym and a small sauna. very good breakfast (approx 25e per person). no noise from the street when the window was closed. booked early so also very good value for money.

no hair dryer in the room and only 3 hangers. would recommend asking for a room om a floor higher than 1 - ours had a very small window compared to the higher floors.

The proximity of the hotel allowed me to be at the reach of the old city that contains all historical places like Nobel price Museums ,the kings palace access to the boat for a lake journey hop off hop on has a stop right in front of the Sheraton hotel The modern city with all its top notch stores was within my reach by walk it was perfect

The vue i had in my room The atmosphere the staff very accueillant. Unfortunately a kind of guest are far away from being at the level during the breakfast time so I cancel my breakfast. Great hotel in a great location, handy for the central train station and the Arlanda Express to and from the airport and also just over the road from the beautiful Gamla Stan. Bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed our 4 nights here. The coffee shop inside the hotel near reception does lovely coffee, pastries and other food. We managed to get a great deal for this hotel on booking.com and were very happy and would recommend the hotel.

We opted not to pay an additional £130 for a river view - given we were not going to spend much time in the room, but the inside view was quite depressing, looking out into the inner square of the building with grey concrete walls and small windows. We kept the thin white curtains closed so we couldn't see it when we were inside.

The room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was good with lots of options. Perfect location, within walking distance to the main train station and many of Stockholm's top sights. We had some issues with loud neighbours but the staff reacted immediately and offered us to move to a more quiet room without any issues

The corridors and elevators of the hotel are quite dated, but since the rooms and common areas downstairs have been renovated it wasn't much of an issue.

I appreciate very much personell willingness to help me arrange bus ticket to the airport when the fast train connection was broken at that time and as a foreigner, staying for a short time in the city, one does not have an quick overview how things work. Location was excellent, close to the city centre area for a walk. Also personell at the rewtaurant was very helpful at a late hour (22:00) Room perfect

It is a big hotel. The price for one night stay seems to me quite high even if everything worked flawlessly. For that high price, I could imagine that breakfast could be included

Our room - 322 - newly kitted out - lovely walk in shower - comfy beds - new china in the dining room. The very cheerful South African guy working in the bar area, who helped make our evening meal an occasion by his attention to detail, and made me feel safe eating with my allergy.

always disappointing - such a drab internal view from our room. this central aspect (inner courtyard) needs updating, eg. with lighting, plants, garden statuary. Restaurant chairs desperately need replacing.

The staff are all super friendly and welcoming. The room, whilst it was missing a couple of things, was very comfortable. The bed was spacious and soft and so we got a good night's sleep. The hotel is very conveniently located for going to or arriving from the central station.

A couple of minor things. We'd stayed here last year and the breakfast was excellent. However, this time there seemed to be less of a selection of items than before - but mitigated by the fact that we went down when the restaurant was at its busiest. Secondly the room lacked a couple of things that would have meant that we were more comfortable.

Fabulous location, high-end property, in a cool city. The room was large, the bed was very comfortable, and the staff was fine. Did not eat the breakfast. Had the three-course "book at check-in" dinner, which was a disappointment. Close walk to Gamla Stan and the Vasa, a must see museum.

I loved everything about the hotel and the people. First, absolute best location as it’s close to the central station, and in good proximity to other areas of interest in Stockholm. we walked everywhere during the duration of our trip. The hotel is modern, has many elevators, and our room was spacious and modern. Loved the shower that was not in a tub. Check in and out was super easy. Breakfast has a great spread. Omelettes made on demand. delicious options. Many non-dairy alternatives. The lobby bar was a delight, we had cocktails on 2 nights and it was relaxing and great quality. The bar men are knowledgeable and made us cocktails according to our tastes. Overall, a comfortable and wonderful stay, would highly recommend for a few nights stay in Stockholm, and I will definitely be staying here when we return.
