I liked the decoration and the collection of maritime antiques. The location in the old town was great and very convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, and the restaurant was very good. I liked the tea-making facilities outside in the corridor.

There was noise from the restaurant below, and also from an air conditioning unit or similar out side the room. The window only opened a few inches and it was not possible to get enough fresh air. The room was small and there wasn't much room to put things. No tea was available in the restaurant after dinner, which was rather strange, as it was available in the hotel!

The staff at this place is very professional and friendly. The location is perfect to visit all the historical area of Stockholm old town. The room was bigger than we expected and it was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated with maritime themes which is the theme throughout the hotel. Breakfast was excellent with many items to choose from and it was a cold and hot buffet. On arrival they had two glasses of port wine and chocolate in the room for us which was a nice gesture. we arrrived before check in time so they placed our luggage in storage so we could start touring Stockholm. We would recommend this place for friends and family and we would stay there again.

There could have been a small kettle in the room for tea/coffee making although I must say they provide it along the corridor for all the guests to share.

Friendly staff, especially the guy who welcomed us when we arrived about 1am after a delayed flight. Thoughtfully designed room, super-comfortable bed, and a nice welcoming touch of a digestif on the first night. We enjoyed the hotel's 'museum' aspects, with all the items collected from Stockholm's sea-faring past. The location could not be better, very near the main sites and a short walk from a metro station. The breakfast is also fabulous: lovely fresh ingredients, a wide range of choice, and pretty good coffee.

There's hardly anything to say -- I guess a couple of drawers to put things in would have been useful. And it was disappointing not to be able to eat in either of the hotel restaurants, which were fully booked. That's a tribute to their success, of course, but it might be an idea to say on the website to book in advance if you'd like dinner. There are plenty of good other options nearby, though, and the hotel was helpful with recommendations.

The staff was extremely helpful whenever I had a question. The breakfast buffet was ample, with a wide selection of foods. The entire hotel itself is almost like a museum; it can be fun to wander around the different floors, seeing the wide selection of historic artifacts they have on display.

I travelled during the hottest time of the year, and the sheets on the bedding could have been better suited to the warmer weather (all the sheets were fairly thick and it was a little hot to sleep under).

The location was awesome. So was the bar and staff!

Rooms are dark so putting in makeup is a bit tricky. However, they do have a mango motor so that’s a plus. Our first room the AC went out in the middle of the night. They offered to move us in the middle of the night. However, we have them a chance to fix it first while we went out for the day. Came back and still wasn’t done so they moved us into a bigger room. I appreciated the communication and the remedy.

- Beautiful and quiet location, with a good positioning to visit Stockholm. - nice setting / theme inside the hotel - friendly staff - breakfast is wonderful. with a lot of fresh choices. (one of the best we had in a hotel).

the room itself was small, which we knew at forehand, so we can’t hold that against it. however, some adjustments as mentioned here below would really be beneficial. : - only 1 suitcase can be placed. since we were with 2 that’s not enough. we had to empty the table to put it there since there’s no room left on the floor to leave your suitcase. - the shower lets a lot of water under the shower door. making your bathroom floor wet. even when putting a towel on the floor to prevent that did not helped with a soaked towel as a result. - there is a make up mirror in the bathroom, yet no light nearby making it to dark. for example: I had to shave my beard using the flashlight of my phone to see enough in detail.

the location and the collection of sea antiques . it was interestingly scened. the breakfast was nice too and staff as well . the location bc it was in gamla with everything handy but in a quiet street

nothing specially. just to say something: I found it very expensive but all in Stockholm are. also I was expecting a small fridge in the room , and a coffee machine either in the room or public zone would have been welcome . but there was tea in each floor and that’s nice.

The location in the old town is convenient. Nicely decorated hotel.

The breakfast was a bit disappointing. Some of the foods ran out early and some of them were not freshly made. Also, the bed and beddings could have been more comfortable, especially considering the price of the hotel. The restaurant selection at the hotel was a bit confusing and we didn't manage to get a table since they were all fully booked.

Breakfast room was in the cellar and wine room - on an archeological site. Room and bathroom were large and well appointed. Bathroom had a whirlpool tub - but it did not seem to work well, and it was hard to climb into the shower. But there were two sinks and plenty of room for your stuff. Good location near subway and the Old Town - but far enough away from the crowds of tourists and fairly close to the ferry.

Our coffee was not replenished daily and after our first day out we returned to find the door to the room ajar. Safe did not open to use either. So housekeeping did not spark confidence. There was not an elevator down to the breakfast room.

Spacious room. the staff were willing to help book activities etc, recommend restaurants etc. It was quiet. it was lovely to have fresh coffee and tea available in the corridor. Interesting decor.

i would have liked more drawers in the room. i ate on the first night and it was an excellent meal but could not do so after that. maybe some tables could be saved for residents?
