The location in the old town was so convenient and easy to get around to tourist attractions. The breakfast was very lovely. The staff was helpful The single room was very spacious.

My single room #204 was spacious but ergonomically awkward. Toilet partially blocks sink. Weird but okay. NO SHELF or flat surface to put toiletries even though the toilet position provided a hug area to add a shelf. Too bad there’s no IKEA around 😜 Same in the room where a small desk with makeup mirror, fan, kettle and phone!? left little space. Overhead light only…desk needed a lamp but where? Great room if you want to be woken at 5:45 by sanitation workers dragging bins over cobbles for 15 minutes most days. Note: no elevator to this room if you travel large.

Breakfast was superb. Plenty of choice too. The location was ideal only 5 minutes walk from the Royal Palace and a 20 minute walk from the Vasa Museum and Djurgarden. Our room was large and at the side of the property on the 5th floor so it was very quiet. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Coffee, tea and light refreshments were usually available in the reception area, which was a thoughtful touch, after a day sightseeing.

The hotel was being renovated and there was scaffolding outside. The hotel did email to explain this which we appreciated. However, we were not inconvenienced at all as our side bedroom did not have scaffolding across the windows. Breakfast is served in the old cellar and again this was not affected by the renovations.

We upgraded our room at the suggestion of the receptionist. We had a room on the third story with big windows that overlooked the harbor. The location was very convenient for exploring Stockholm's old town as well as other sights such as the Vassa Museum, The Viking Museum, the Nordic Museum and the National Gallery. Close to water allowed easy booking and access to harbor view boat rides. Lots of restaurants in the area. Walkable area even up to the pedestrian shopping street in Stockholm and multiple churches as well as the royal palace and the Nobel Museum. Breakfast was well done in a pleasant location in the basement! Staff was very helpful. The entry is very inviting and bright.

Quiet, great location, amazing breakfast, spacious room

It was cold and when we complained and asked for electric heaters the reception clerk came to our room and tried to convince us that we are not cold - that's naïve and not welcoming. We did get a heating fan after some discussion and it was good enough. The receptionists in general were not helpful - for a basic question like how can we get to the airport we had to wait 10-15 minutes of him googling and in the end didn't get an answer. There is a flight of stairs to climb to the hotel, it would be nice if they offered to help with our luggage. The furniture in the room is very minimal and outdated

It is well located, breakfast buffet was really good and the 24h reception is also a plus.

I was traveling solo and had the „privacy please“ sign on, as I was trying to get in a nap, but the housekeeper still came in. This is unacceptable, as a woman it can be threatening when someone barges in. Luckily I was still awake, but the sign is there for a reason. That‘s something that should be discussed with the staff. If I need fresh towels, I will ask for them, no need to disturb anyone. Especially that night I slept very unwell and had the feeling someone was going to come in any moment. This leads me to the next thing: you hear a lot of noises.

Fantastic location right in the old town and across from the water. Close to all public transport, great restaurants and museums. We had a beautiful big room which was very cosy. The breakfast buffet was really excellent, one of the best I've seen in a hotel. The staff were really helpful.

The hotel is covered in scaffolding and plastic while they are having work done to the facade. We thought noise would spoil our stay but to be fair we didn't hear anything at all and we stayed from Thursday to Sunday. I believe there is no work going on at weekends. It wouldn't put me off staying again so give this hotel a chance!

Location is perfect. It's on the edge of Stockholm's Old Town and across the street from the harbor. Breakfast was delicious and a variety of foods for all diets (vegetarian, gluten-free, etc.). Staff was always helpful and provided information about seeing the town. The room and hotel had old world charm. I would stay there again and would recommend it to others.

It would be helpful to have an electric outlet in the bathroom. However they provided a table mirror in the room to use to dry and style hair.

the location, location, and location. the interior is very nice too! the ceilings are high! the hotel courtesy includes the 24- hrs treats, cookies, croissants, candies, coffee ( with milk substitution option!), teas, fruit water. the stuff is very helpful and friendly. the room was small, but enough for me and my 10 yo. the private bathroom amazing, the large and high window was a treasure. the seating area under the room window was amazing! it’s simple, but very stylish! the breakfast buffet nothing similar to the poor American breakfast options, but rich with a lot of varieties, definitely would stay here again for the next time.

the building was under remodeling, covered with the plastic. NEVER we heard any remodeling noice though. it was quite and peaceful. the dirty cotton disk left before us was next to the window and wasn’t removed within the nights that we had there.

The staff was very nice about moving us to a different room. The original was dark and made poor use of a huge space. The new room was light with a view of the water and town, smaller but nicer in every way! Breakfast each day was fantastic!!

Some improvements could have been made to the new room. Virtually no shelving , no closet, no drawers that opened. We were there for 4 nights so some of these would have been helpful. A small dresser with drawers could have fit into the sloping wall/ceiling area.

The location is simply fantastic - we didn't need to use the public transport except to/from the airport. Everything is close - the Royal Palace is literally two hundred meters away. The building is cute, old and adorably confusing, the breakfast is delicious. We had to depart at 3.30 am and they had our breakfast bags prepared for us at that exact hour. The people who work there are incredibly helpful and friendly. We will definitely visit this cute hotel again
