Location was great and the room was very clean. Bathroom was a good size and well-appointed.
The pillows were not supportive enough and you could hear people talking and laughing in the next room. The entry instructions could have been a bit more clear.

Location in old town was really convenient. 100m approx from Marketplatz, where a lot of trams run very frequently. Unit is approx: 15 mins walk from Basel SBB station, downhill and fairly even for wheely bags. Coop market 100m away also. Unit was very comfortable, new kitchen utensils to cook a meal, oil and good quality ground salt and pepper. The washing machines on the 5th floor run via an app which was easy to follow.
Nothing really. I found the unit very warm, and slept with windows open at the top behind the curtains which cooled it a little. I registered the issue with the support and they were going to look into whether there was a problem or not. The remote response over web page was good. I asked for extra pillows for example and they came next day. Only 1 pillow per person was not enough to sit up on the bed to watch TV. Should be 2 each anyway, looks better.

Easy check in process and easy to find. Very close to team stop at Marketplatz. Requested early check in for free and it was honoured So clean!! Price was very reasonable. There are no staff at all on hand, no reception so that might not be suitable for everyone. I didn’t mind it. Website was easy to navigate to manage your stay. Received emails and texts with relevant info upon check in.
It wasn’t clear to me that the room comes with a BaselCard that comes with free public transport travel and 50% off attractions. When I learnt about the card I expected it to be in the room, however it is a virtual card that is emailed upon check in, which went to my spam folder. We were only staying for a short trip so I didn’t make much difference in the end but it would be helpful if the logistics around the BaselCard were clearer. I emailed support about it and they were helpful however they only work Monday to Friday.

It was immaculately clean. Very comfortable, and very close to the center of all things. I also like the use of a code number rather than a key.
The bathroom door wasn't really a door. It was wafer thin and a slider. Let's just say the acoustics were awful. Another petty incident is that they offer a couple of coffee capsules for a Nespresso machine. We ran out of them and asked for more but they said they don't do housekeeping or refills unless you're there for over a week or pay 30 franks. So I guess I had to buy my own capsules? Also, what if the toilet paper ran out.. Its a bit petty, as I said, but I think that if you put a coffee machine for the use of your clients, there's no reason for them to need to buy capsules for it.

The location is perfect, in the center but not on a noisy street. The hotel itself looks fresh, the rooms are spacious and stylish, there is a desk to work at. On the first floor there is a spacious lobby with a place to work or just relax. Access to the hotel and the room by code, which is sent to the time of check in.
Unfortunately, I found myself in a bad situation. The shower was clogged and the water flooded the whole room. Since the hotel does not have a front desk, it was not possible to solve the problem quickly. I cleared the water from the whole room myself. The front desk was quite slow in responding. Eventually they changed my room as the drain needed to be cleaned, but it took several hours during which I just sat in the lobby. The idea of no reception and automatic check-in is a very good one, but alas, if something happens, the solution to the problem is very slow. Frankly speaking, this situation spoiled my stay a lot.

The room was perfect, Limehome is in the centre of Grossbasel. There is no parking. We parked our car in the Kunstmuseum Parking garage for a reasonable price.Everything is in walkable distance Safety You get your codes before check-in. Food and drinks There's no food available, but a small coffee machine and water cooker for tea was in the kitchenette. Noteworthy details With your Basel Card, it is possible to use public transport for free, and you get until 50% off for some museums or Basel zoo.
The view was horrible. Inner Garden is not a garden. You can see into the other rooms around, no green, no trees. I had to write a few emails with the limehome company before we got the Basel Card at our early arrival in Basel. There's no parking or possibility to stop your car in front to unload the luggage. Unpersonal, as you get your entry codes 10' before check-in.

The location and the property was good , comfortable and clean and easy to check in and check out.
Nothing about the property but hated the fact that there was no parking available close by and we ended up put the car at a private parking and paid around 40 CHF for 10 hours during night. We drove around the whole area and the other side of the city and was very bad even at night the parking spots are with additional charge around 3CHF/hour in the so called Blue Area. Absolutely hated the whole experience!

The hotel is located in the heart of the old town. While it doesn't have an on-site reception desk, there was no problem getting the directions and access code from the instructions sent by the management. I liked that I didn't have to worry about room keys - all I had to remember was a four-digit code.
My pillow was quite uncomfortable, and I had a security concern about the privacy of my data - a day before the trip, I was contacted by scammers who had all my booking details.

This apartment is comfortable, well-equipped, and stylish. It offers a relaxing atmosphere with modern amenities and a convenient location.
We would have appreciated it if the staff had provided the building code more easily. We had to wait in the cold with a child because they wouldn’t let us in for just one minute to drop off our luggage.

Location Clean Style of the room
Check in system was far too strange, annoying, slow going, Basel card not worth it (should be for the whole day like all the other hotels) and not from check in to check out time extract 🙄. Spent most of my time sending messages to the company ….prefer an on site reception. Slept lovely until woken up by drilling at 7am 🤯. I will not be coming back here again.
