Super Friendly and welcome service Staff, location is great 👍 Comfortable room , good view from Mountain and trian Station. I feel very comfortable there, I will definitely go back to stay again. Thank you for providing a good vacation experience.

The location of the hotel is perfect, right next to the new railway station and a 10 minute walk into the old part of town. The staff were very welcoming right from the start in a very relaxed but still professional manner. Whenever you met staff around the hotel they were always polite, said "hi" and wanted to know if everything was OK. The room was compact but of sufficient size for a short stay, especially the bathroom and walk in shower. The mini bar was checked and stocked each day as needed and housekeeping always c;leaned however late the room was left empty. We did not try the buffet breakfast but there was a variety of restuarants cafes within a 5 minute walk including a Chinese all you can eat buffet.

Whilst the location is great. the hotel is not easy to find the first time as the outside doors are not well signposted, and like other reviewers, I had to ask someone. Not really a negative, more a small challenge :)

Difficult to find initially no signage. It is actually right next to the train station in a mall. Mall is convenient with shops, restaurants and a very nice food store Milagros.

Parking garage was not easily located but a kind security guard went with my husband and showed him where it was . It does eventually come up right below the hotel and you can take an elevator right up to your floor. Rooms have no drawers or closets so we upgraded but had to put everything on the couch or you actually live out of your suitcase.

Brand new hotel with delightful furnishings, very stylish and extremely comfortable, lovely colour tones in the rooms and bar. Great bed and bedding, big shower, a novelty in Europe often. The welcome we received from Marc was the best we’ve ever received, he was so warm and friendly, and continued to be as we saw him later. He is a true credit to the hotel. Close to a supermarket and restaurants, very convenient.

Nothing really, the parking is a bit tricky to find if you’re not local, but the hotel sends good info regarding this and if you follow that, it is fine.

Brand new hotel (opened 4 days prior our arrival) so everything was spotless. Nice view from the junior Suite Italian shower

- Breakfast is way too expensive for value. 15- should be the price. - A technical detail : the big Samsung TV can not cast iphone apps (netflix and so on…) because of the miracast proprietary protocol. You need a Samsung device (or android maybe). So bring your Google Chrome Cast hdmi adapter if you want to enjoy a film or series on the tv ;)

They gave us a free upgrade. This is a very good 4 Star hotel and it made feel like we are in a Five-star hotel. The staff were very welcoming very hard-working, very polite, and going out of the way to help us in every single way. Nice firm Big Double Bed Great Breakfast….. which started early around 6:30 AM which was great compared to other hotels which would start only at around 8 or 9 AM……. Check out was 12 PM which was another plus point but we didn’t wait that long. We left by 10 AM. It was just too good in all ways and we will definitely return again .

Quite expensive breakfast CHF 25 per adult, CHF 10 for children for not much of a selection. But the male member of staff did offer my mum a complimentary breakfast for our stay for her birthday so between the 3 of us it worked out reasonable but I wouldn't have been happy paying full price for what was on offer. A kettle (not just coffee machine) would have been nice in the room.

The hotel is relatively new and located directly next to the train station, which is very practical if you wan to explore the region by public transportation. The sound-proofing of the hotel is so good however, that you won't hear a sound of the trains. The facilities are good and the city center can easily be reached by a short walk.

The rooms were really cluttered, there was almost no space to place the luggage - this could be fixed easily by just removing some and exchanging other furniture to something more useful.

Wonderful, classy, comfortable hotel right outside the Bulle train station (entrance is through the shopping centre with the Migros). The staff is excellent, the breakfast offered tasty, local varieties and was served until late, the suite was very spacious and comfortable and spotlessly cleaned. Having the Migros downstairs open every day until late was also extremely convenient as is the fact that you can take any train or bus right from the doorstep. The centre of the town itself is a mere 6min walk.

I wish it had a bit of a courtyard or access to some outdoor/green space. Unfortunately, many hotels lack this and I really feel it's an element that would make longer stays (not just overnight) so much more pleasant.
