Cleanliness, spacious and most of all local transportation ticket were issued to us before we arrived. This save us alot of trouble to try to figure out, how to buy the bus ticket to your Hotel. The stafffs are friendly and helpful, especially I think is Natalie, she was going the extra mile to exchange my daughter old $20 note with her, which save us the time to go to the bank and exchanged👍overall excellent.

Location is not so near to the main train station which I had to carry the luggage up and down the bus which were quite inconvenience although only a few stop. But afterall is still manageable, I'll booked it again for my next stay.

The hotel is really well located in the center of the city. The room was big, and the bathroom had a tub which we did not expect but enjoyed. The self-check-in is easy, but there is always staff in the hotel reception just around the corner. Even though it is only 3 stars, the rooms were clean and everything worked as expected.

The beds were not super comfortable, and breakfast was a bit expensive (but that's just the case for food in Switzerland overall).

- central location in the middle of old town, all sights in walking distance - bus stop to train station and the Pilatus gondola just next to the front door - room for 3 people big enough for 3 persons - you receive free transportation card by email which you can use for public transport in Luzern

- the water kettle in the room would be nice - furniture is a bit old and sofa for additional person really not so comfortable. but generally we had really good stay there and we would stay there again

It’s very central, room is huge for Europe and what you’re paying, loved the self check in concept and you get a really excellent breakfast included. There are lockers to store luggage, very safe. Right outside is the bus stop.

There is no aircon, it’s extremely hot, unbearably so. The small fan is not enough and makes no difference when on, you end up sweating so much by the time you leave the room, yet the weather will be cool outside.

1) Hotel personnel came quickly to assist when the self checking did not work. 2) The parking in the Löwencenter was really near by and affordable. 3) The breakfast in Hotel de La Paix was very close and very nice.

1) The fact that one had to change letters of my name from "ö" to "oe" in order to make the self checking work was NOT intuitive. 2) We booked by Booking.com and the reservation number from booking could not be used by the self checking.

Spacious rooms, late arrival possible, car park near by, close to resturants, boats etc. Would recommend for families as they have larger rooms.

Self Check in was a little struggle understanding how it works. One of the room was not completely cleaned and we reported it to the hotel. The staff in the morning showed exceptional customer service and waived the charges for both rooms. We even asked them to charge us for the room that we had no issue with but they politely said your stay is on us since you guys had a unpleasant experienced. The customer service was exceptional.

Breakfast staff at Lapin restaurant exceptional at meeting needs of guests. One girl in particular made us feel extremely well catered for and went above and beyond. Dinner at restaurant (same place) provided good service and meals of Swiss cuisine. Loved our room also - courtyard view with opening window. Fan provided but not needed

Clean, very well located, quite easy check-in procedure with no contact whatsoever. It was very easy to leave our luggage in the locked cabinets on the premises after checkout. The hotel De la paix, which provides the reception for this hotel (though we had no need of it) is literally next door.

In June it's still somewhat ok to handle the heat with open windows and a ventilator, but I belive July and August would be far too hot without A/C.

- It is very clean. - Close to the city's center. - Affordable for Lucerne.

- We had the misfortune to have high temperatures during our stay. Although we were aware that we wouldn't have air conditioning, the fan did not help at all and sleeping with the window/door open is nearly impossible because of the noise (our room was towards the main street).

The room were big, the self check in system is so easy, rge location is perfect 10 min walking frombthe main train station, and there's a locker for your bags in case you arrived early it's for only 2 euros per locker, and you take your money back when you take out your bags its like the airport carts that works with coins.

The bathroom wasn't the best but still ok.
