The room was really well designed and the location was excellent! Loved that we could open the windows and feel like we were in the town center. We were amazed at how well the kitchen was equipped, although we didn't do any cooking. Lots of great restaurants in the surrounding areas as well as a quick stop to the COOP for groceries. Laundry room on the premises was a nice touch. Check in and check out was easy. Bathroom was clean and modern. Also, we received a Lucerne visitor card for those who are wondering. Overall would certainly recommend!

The wifi was a bit of a struggle for us. I was able to locate the wifi and the signal was strong but for some reason it would only work intermittently and was a bit unpredictable.

The room was super big! its as if we are at a penthouse haha. the facilities also complete, cooking related especially. The room was clean with an amazing view. We very much enjoy our stay here even-though its only 1 night.

We have a bit of trouble in the self checkin desk since its our first time (We also see confused other guests in front on the machine) and no one there to help, but finally we able to figure it out ourselves. And we get level 6 so we need to carry our luggages for at least 2 floor up.

The location of The Lubo was amazing, right in the heart of everything. The room was great, not massive but an adequate size for 2 people. Good AC, had a TV, a safe etc. Bathroom was great, nice shower and spacious. Self-checkin process was smooth and easy for me, you just have to make sure to fill out the relevant forms in advance and pay otherwise it can get a little complicated. If you pay in advance, all you need to do is get your room key which was super easy to do. We arrived early and left our bags in a storage room. There is also a laundry area.

There was only one self checkin counter which is not great as queues can build up and it takes only one person to have an issue with the machine and everyone ends up waiting ages. The directions to the luggage storage room were not clear. I was told to go to the cafe where there was a storage room but this wasn’t accurate. The storage room is in the hotel itself, on the first floor (it is NOT locked so best not to leave anything valuable there). There should also be better signage for guests to know that there is an elevator which can be accessed from outside (next to the cafe). Especially useful if you have large bags. The pillows were too thin/flat for me.

the shared room was quite comfortable , clean, good sheets and linen. very comfortable. also there are a lot of services available in the shared area, such as laundry and coffee

I used the self-check in however the system did not displayed my room or bad and it was challenging to get assistance on this matter. they did not replied any email and I had to get a phone for it. took me about 2h to solve for this

It accessible to all the shops and tourist attractions.

Could not locate the fan in the bathroom.... Steamy. Lighting in the bathroom was a smidgeon dull.

The location was perfect! Right in the middle of old town with easy access to everything. The room was comfortable, clean, and spacious. Loved that there was a mini split to keep the air moving in the room. Absolutely wonderful hotel! Definitely would recommend, and come back for another stay!

The WiFi was terrible we were unable to access it on a variety of devices. Password worked but it never connected. The check out process was confusing. Why can you only check out between 0800 and 1100. There was no where to checkout on both the app or the website. I managed to find the online check out only after going to the booking website. The laundry app never worked and said laundry room was unavailable, the qr code on the wall just downloaded the samsung instructions with no guidance on the app.

self check in, even if it takes a bit of time, it is convenient when arriving during the night. maybe not the same during the day if other people are waiting for it. clean and confortable.

I got the room 104, when I opened the first door, there was 3 other doors, I could open 2 of the 3 doors which both were rooms with bed, only one with shower. I still don’t know if I slept at the right place. Very noisy from both the street and also people walking in there room at the upper level, I hope the person who walked until 2am in his room heard the shoot I gave in the roof when I left at 6am. no parking, you have to pay for the public one locate 400m away, not convenient if it’s during the night.

The hotel is great for young able bodied young people. Location is really good. Cafe dow stairs is very nice for a drink or coffee.

Washing machine and dryers did not function correctly and we wasted time on our short stay on that. The bathroom was too small and not the most functional (couldn't put head over sink). No tabke and chairs to sit at even though we had a kitchenette, which was a little annoying for eating breakfast. But over all, the positives outweighted the negatives.

This is one of the cooler, more unique hotels I've stayed at in a long time. There is a lot of history and charm inside the rooms, and each one is a little bit different. There are a lot of nice design touches that make you want to spend as much time in the rooms as possible. It's also very central to Lucerne with a little cafe on the first floor. It's self-check and no front desk, but I did find generally speaking the team was responsive through Booking.com and the staff in the adjoining cafe are there to support you as well.

I had a few challenges with noise (I could hear the person above me walking around to about 1am in the morning), and WiFi connectivity. But the team was really supportive in assisting me throughout this and moving me to another room. So I did appreciate the customer service here.
