Perfect location in the city center with short walking distance to public transportation. Clean and comfortable facilities. Staff very kind and hospitable. Good breakfast included.

The shower doesn't have a closing-type of door and the water leaks out on the toilet floor. I had to clean the toilet floor after shower. Plus the shower floor itself was too much slipery and my 3 year old fell down in the shower. Who designed this shower surely never used it! It seems nice but not practical at all.

You can take a short bus ride if your not into walking. The location is perfect. Super close to all the attractions including the bus to take you to Mount Pilatus. Rooms were super comfortable and the breakfast was delicous!

reception staff and restaurant staff were very interested. They made our eggs for breakfast as we requested. the room was clean. It was also very good that they offered valet service for the parking lot.

The beds were not very comfortable as they put the single beds together.

Great location in town center, but slightly off the beaten tourist path. Close to mass transit, which is free with your stay. Nice restaurant. Great breakfast. Clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly and helpful staff staff. Highly recommended!

We booked 4 rooms for 4 nights for a family holiday. All rooms were clean and comfortable, but very different size, and all had different facilities (some had wardrobe, some did not; kettle, cups and glasses were only in one room). The location of the hotel is great, a few minutes walk from the lake/public transport/shops. Generally friendly staff, especially, the evening waiters in the restaurant.

My bathroom had a large window facing the street with anyone able to see in while having a shower, but there wasn't any blind or curtain, so had to use the towel to cover up the window. The window in the room also directly lines up with the toilet giving great views to those on the street. The biggest issue with the hotel was the breakfast. There was a very limited choice of options and the hot food dishes were pretty much always empty, and had to ask for them to be refilled. Also, having the exact same limited choices every morning was disappointing. The freshly made bread was amazing though!

Great location in the old town, near the shops, restaurants and lake. Just a 10 minute walk from the train station. The hotel itself was a very attractive and charming building; a traditional Swiss hotel. Our room was a large triple room with bathroom and separate kitchen area. Staff were excellent; kind, helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Breakfast was great; continental plus eggs and bacon. There was a pretty garden where you could sit and eat breakfast if you wished. The hotel also provided free bottles of water at the reception. We had to leave early to catch a train and were provided with a packed lunch to take with us as we were going to miss breakfast. We would definitely return.

Air conditioning would have been good, although two large fans were provided as the weather was extraordinarily hot. Apart from this, everything was perfect.

Nice friendly staff, arranged an early check in for us which was most appreciated as we were in Zombie mode after non stop from Brisbane Australia. Christian was very helpful and even supplied a great coffee on arrival. Great breakfast with nice selection of fruits cereals bacon eggs ,awesome croissants cold meats and cheeses, juices etc great coffee all one would wish for for a full day of sightseeing. We walked from the train station and it was a beautiful leisurely walk of about 15 minutes. The room was spacious & clean ,the bed was perfect as were the pillow, soundproofing was great with no noise from the street. Fantastic shower with great water pressure.. would highly recommend

The hotel was really nice and up-to-date. Staff was courteous, friendly and super helpful. Our room was on the second floor and the elevator accommodated all 3 of us including our adult daughter with a carry-on for each of us. The room was bright with 3 windows opening onto the streets below with lovely view. The bus to Luzern main train station was right outside. You can take bus 14 to and from. You can also walk there in 10 minutes. Breakfast was excellent. There was nothing to complain. We definitely will come back here next time we are in town.

Great location easily walkable and bus-able to all the common destinations. Walking distance to the train station. Rooms were clean and the staff were friendly. We ate at the restaurant for dinner once and were happy with the “modern seasonal Swiss food” and wine.

Breakfast was nothing special. Also, our room was very loud at night - it seems the hotel is very close to the town clock, and susceptible to vibrations and rattling from passing cars. A kettle for hot water coffee would have been nice, as well as a fridge that wasn’t full of minibar things.

The location in Old Town, close to the train station was perfect. We could walk to the train station in 15 minutes, or take the bus in 5 minutes. The hotel was small (less than 20 rooms), clean, and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was wonderful. The dining room and patio were very nice, and comfortable.

The restaurant is expensive. A great breakfast is included. But, dinner was very expensive (as is all of Switzerland). The kitchenette in our room could have been better equipped.
