Once you got use to the check in, it was great for a late night check in. Nice big shower, parking out front, very quiet, good for a stop over.

I'd never checked in this way. The door was locked before 10pm, so needed to download an app to figure out how to get in. I found it a little confusing at first, didn't think to put my phone to the actual lock on the door...that could have been a little clearer. There are flights of stairs, just be mindful of that with luggage.

Check in online was really easy and the hotel room was clean and up to expectations. Location is great, we were with a car but you can find everything you need close by.

Our room was in front of the balconies of the building next to hotel so you had to close the courtains in order to not be seen.

Room was clean, beds comfortable, no traffic noise. Perfect for our needs.

The tablet for checkin didnt function. The phone number given to call was answered by a friendly man but it still took me two phone calls to get a key that worked on my room door. I realize that contactless checkin can have glitches, but it was clear that the tablet hadnt worked for a while (according to restaurant worker) and hadnt been fixed. As an old person that meant multiple trips up a spiral staircase - which is definitely not my favorite. Please fix your tablet.

Bed was very comfortable,the style of the hotel was beautiful. View from the window was good. 1 minute walk to very good restaraunt. And 10-15 min walk to coop gas station. Very nice self check in. And professional hairdryer!

One TV did not work. And for light sleepers the bells from church can disturb as they ring every hour and every 15 minutes. Personally for me it was not an issue,if you close the windows you cant hear them.

Convenient and comfortable hotel to visit Bern and the surrounding area. The rooms were clean and cozy and I really valued the option to park.

The beds were rather too soft for my back, but this may be a personal preference.

The hotel looks like it has two names (Loie and Lowen) so we were a bit confused with the parking spots. We ended up parking on the side, in the underground spaces reserved to “hotel lowen”.

great hotel if you want to visit the area. forget about superfluous stuff, this recently renovated hotel has everything that you need.

in general we liked everything. the only thing that we missed was a fridge in the bedroom as we had to keep a medicine cooked down for our daughter. the rest was perfect

The hotel has met our expectations. It's a good location. It's a charming little town with lots of green fields all around. We had a great time there.

Easy self service and nice rooms.

The name on the hotel was old, and not updated. Making it difficult to find, when coming late. Rooms were far from each other, and difficult to find. The elevator only served partly the rooms. Parking was not quite adequate. We came late and had difficulty parking.

Interesting building. Beautiful modern bathroom. Nicely decorated. Quality furniture.

Miss the human touch of reception.
