It was clean. The room was nice and it had everything needed. The view was breathtaking. The location was good. The wifi was working. One of the woman I met spoke in English, with the other one, we communicated with the help of Google translate. They were both friendly.

The main door was locked and it turned out I have to call some local number in order to be unlocked. The number was barely visible and I didn't notice it, before I was told about it. However, after 3 - 4 rings, one woman appeared and opened the door.

One of the cleanest hotels we've ever stopped in, the room was absolutely spotless. Comfortable bed, good TV, good shower although could have done with a shower curtain to help stop getting water on the floor. Amazing location, Sargans is beautiful, surrounded by mountains. Some very pretty typical Swiss buildings, a castle and a couple of lovely churches. Staff, friendly and efficient. Lots parking, easy to find.

Breakfast was OK, would have liked some fresh fruit or cereals in addition to the bread and croissants.

Comfortable room with balcony area, good to sit out and enjoy views. Manager/host extremely helpful & friendly, and accommodated early check in.

Located on a busy junction so noisy at times. It would have been nice to have had tea& coffee making facilities in room or reception given we were staying a few nights.

Breakfast is served to you which I prefer to pick from a buffet style setting. No fruit was available. The breakfast was still good but simple.

Host was very nice and accommodating. Understanding of our situation (Been up since 2 am, travelling on an airplane than hiking all day)

Housekeeping kept entering and cleaning my room when I put up the "Do Not Disturb" sign. I appreciate the effort but I value my privacy more.

The hotel allowed me to check in early. Very very sweet of them.

Too bad that we could not communicate linguistically. Also, no black out curtains while there is another building opposite is not very comfortable.

The ladies running the place are so lovely! Not a word of English so come knowing a bit of German, but even through body language they were super kind, chatty and the breakfast was fabulous.
