The man at reception was super helpful and accommodated our request for a later checkout the next day. The view from the room was stunning and we loved the decor and the large size of the room.

It is quite a hike with suitcases from the train station and unfortunately we didn't discover the escalator (through the station carpark and further along the waterfront) until after we had hauled our cases up the streets to the hotel.

The breakfast area scenery in this hotel is wonderful. So is the owner !!!!

From the train station to the hotel, if u have a lot of luggages , it's better to take a cab as even though u take the bus, u need to walk up hill and it's a bit difficult for winter season.

Very quaint and small, perfect for my needs and one night. The front desk attendant convinced me to have breakfast and it was lovely!

there’s a small step in and out of the bathroom that has a metal hairs on it, I didn’t notice it and cut my foot.

Only complaint is there’s no way to get a cup of coffee or tea before 8 am. As an early riser (usually up by 6am) this is a major negative. Probably would not return for this reason alone. Would it be so hard or expensive to put a nespresso machine or even water heater in each room?

Very good location next to the Kulm Hotel. Stunning view of the lake through enormous windows. Room was really spacious yet cosy with a lounge and 2 chairs and table. It had great Swiss character with timber lined walls throughout. Bed was very comfortable. Quiet location and good block out curtains.

No tea making facilities or mini fridge, however a jug and teacups with milk sachets were provided on request. Bathroom could use an update and carpet a bit worn but not a deal breaker as the room was really beautiful.

The location was great but not easy to go by walk when you have luggage’s. Either hotel should arrange for the pickup and drop or should update with clear instructions about the uphill location which is not easy to walk up when you have few luggage’s with you and when it rains.

The hotel is located nicely and well kept overall. They took care of our late arrival, also kind to arrange for the taxi to drop us back to the train station when we checked out. Breakfast spread could have been better and needed few more options to include in the spread.

The room was spacious and bed was comfortable. The view from the room facing the mountain and lake was absolutely stunning.

Though a short distance from St Moritz station, the hotel is located at a higher elevation, and walking up slope with luggage can be tiring. We later found out on the way back to the station, that we could take the escalater at the design gallery towards the st moritz dorf to get access to the hotel by foot. It would be very good to have a kettle to boil water especially with the cold weather.

Loved everything from the friendly, available and knowledgeable staff, to the alpine Swiss decor room. The views were lovely and beds were amazing. Plenty of storage, thoughtful comfortable design/ decor. Easy walk to everything and staff was super helpful and cheerful. Highly recommend!

In Switzerland generally the coffee comes in small servings. However, the staff made us each our own little pot so we could drink our usual American amount each morning.

The staff were exceptional! We emailed them to let them know we would be arriving later than check in would allow. They communicated and mentioned they would either stay until we arrived, or give us an access code to allow us to get our room key. Speaking of, the keys were actual keys which were a beautiful touch! Everything was truly original in the best way!! The staff remembered that I mentioned we were there on our honeymoon and they left us a small bottle of champagne, and a half written note on a postcard that welcomed us. Such a special touch to our stay and truly lovely people! You would need to take a taxi to the train station as the elevation would not allow you to walk it in the winter season, however it is only a 5-7 minute taxi drive. You can purchase breakfast for roughly €13 a person. Overall, breakfast was just simple meat, cheeses, bread, yogurt parfait, coffee, tea, and juices. The breakfast spot overlooks a beautiful view. Overall, beautiful hotel and room. Really a snap back in time with some classic touches.

The beds were not the most comfy, and the bathroom tub was a huge height difference which made it slightly unsafe getting out of. Especially thinking about elder people having to do that transfer.

We stayed one for one night only after we arrived from the Glacier Express. We used a taxi to get to the hotel as it is up in a hill. We had breakfast at the hotel. It had a variety of cheeses, meats, brads and jams. All sourced from nearby sellers. Everything was good. The front desk called us a cab at check out to help us as we didn't have cell service.

The bathroom tub/shower had a wall that was a bit difficult to get in and out of. The toilet paper holder was a bit far from the toilet.
