Modern and more like 4 star than 3. Sent a car to pick us up at train station, great breakfast with a mountain lake view. Down comforters and pillow menu! Coffee maker in room.

The receptionist Katharina, she was like a ball of sunshine! Thank you for welcoming us to St. Moritz! The view from our bedroom and even breakfast was amazing! Such a pretty location. Also our room itself was very spacious for 4 people. We didn't feel cramped staying together! Breakfast was also yummy. Nothing to complain about this hotel.

Everything was good! Just remember that most hotels in Switzerland won't have a strong AC, so prepare to open a door or window for some ventilation! Also if you are going to be going to the hotel on foot from a train station... Good luck. The hotel is located in a hilly part so you'll have to drag your suitcases going up! If you have a car, then this is a non-issue. Just be aware of this! I recommend having a car or taxi bring you to and from the hotel.

Good location, close to the train station and easy access to the lakeside. Still provide pick-up service from the train station especially it was raining when we arrived. Beautiful lake view from the restaurant, but seats next to windows are always booked even for the breakfast.

When checking-out, we received 2 bills charged from the restaurant that one is already paid and another is not our consumption at all. However, the service provided in the restaurant is good and friendly comparing with quite basic process provided from the receptionists.

The room was imbued with a unique Swiss charm. The view was calming. We were departing on the morning panorama train and the hotel kindly provided a breakfast pack for the family.

It’s uphill so a bit of a trudge when laden with groceries or shopping when walking back to the hotel.

The room was clean, very comfortable, with an amazing view of the lake. There were nice touches, like a pair of binoculars. The hotel’s restaurant was superb.

From the moment we left the train station and spotted our hotel perched above the lake we knew we were in for a treat. Not only was everyone so friendly and helpful, the hotel was so clean and cozy. Our room had a nice deck with two chairs and little table to take in the scenery. Our bed was wonderful and just the right amount of softness. We took advantage of the pass from the front desk to ride the gondola for free. We ate dinner one night at the hotel restaurant and had a delicious meal and a very friendly and funny server. One highlight for us on a rainy day was the Alpine Spa. After our walk around the lake, exploring the town and lunch we had an appointment at the Alpine Spa which was perfect due to the weather. We found it so relaxing and our time flew by. We were sad to leave the hotel and it’s lovely amenities.

Honestly, the only thing is to since we are from the states we like a top sheet but totally understand it’s not always a thing in Europe. I also didn’t like that there was a dog in the restaurant (indoors) but have encountered that in Italy and Switzerland.

Great location on a hill close to the train station. We appreciate additional amenities: passes for the cable cars, hiking backpack in the room, and especially binoculars, which we took on a trip to the mountains and thanks to that we could observe the golden eagle. The restaurant is casual, nothing special apart from the view. We had an extremely good time at the whiskey tasting with Ela. She was very open-minded, kind and professional. It's worth coming back for her and of course the whiskey.

Some of the waiters had trouble speaking English and stubbornly spoke Italian, despite the signals that we didn't understand

Convenient 1-night stay as we ended here with the Glacier Express & boarded the Bernina Express the next day. Beautiful view over the lake from our balcony! Very spacious room & bathroom. Lovely breakfast. We were very grateful for the hotel's shuttle service - from & to the train station. Although the hotel is close to the station, it is an uphill walk and across the main street which would have been very challenging with all our luggage.

Room had basic furnishing, not very appealing - but it was good enough for 1 night's stay. Balcony is spacious but right next to the neighbour's balcony, so no privacy outside. Can also hear the neighbour's conversations, so had to keep our doors closed.

The view from the room was magnificent and serene during our one night stay. Our stay included an one way pick up on our day of arrival which was great so that we don't have to find our own way to the hotel although it was relatively near to the train station of St Moritz. Breakfast spread was excellent and we also get a pretty view from the dining area while enjoying our breakfast. The spa facility was not too bad to wind down during our one night stay.

We have booked a family room for our group of 3 guests and only one set of toiletries (one body lotion, one conditioner) was provided thus we had to request the hotel to provide us with additional.
