A perfect hotel, with perfect view and extraordinary friendly, helping and always listening staff.

That I had only one night there, as I was coming from Biel and had to head to Verona to my next meeting:-)

The lake view from the balcony, Valet parking and the good breakfast. The staff at the reception were very cooperative. The hotel is near the luxury brands stores e.g. Dior, Dolce & Gabbana and Louis Vuitton

My young children had the rooms with the town view and it was noisy and they could not sleep at night because of the loud music from the restaurants near the hotel.

Location and the view, breathtaking. Also the size of the room.. my daughter had a separate bunk bed and she enjoyed the most

It was expensive

We had an absolutely beautiful Lakeview from the junior suite on the fifth floor. The hotel offers a wonderful breakfast, free transportation passes for buses and lifts, etc. Free shuttle to the train station, really a lot of amenities. They even were able to make a extra large double into 2 single beds for us. The food and drink in the mini bar was free.

Since our suite was on the 5th floor, some of the things listed in the facilities were not available like a sofa sleeper. If certain items are important to your stay make sure you mention it to them.

Everything was perfect! Location, facilities, breakfast, free mini bar, views, etc! Breakfast was one of the best I had on this trip! Freshly made egg omelettes, meats, smoked fish, breads, cheese, cakes, pastries, fruits, vegetables, yoghurt, different kinds of milk. The mini bar was amazing! Daily refill of beers, coke, lemon tea, frizante, chocolates, nuts, espresso capsules, fruit teas. They really pamper you! Got upgraded to a bigger room! It was raining, and they had umbrellas on standby! On day of check out, they even provided us bottled water to stay hydrated for our onward journey!

We really enjoyed the location. Easy prompt transfer from and to the train station. Breakfast was great. Staff working the breakfast room was most efficient and friendly. Really helpful staff overall. The roof-top terrace and spa are wonderful. Mini bar was replenished without charge.

The room was extremely noisy, coughing in adjacent room, closing of doors. The furniture needs an update. The bathroom needs an update. The initial impression was, the property was outdated and in need of a renovation. Smoking allowed in the bars, so we couldn’t go and listen to the music.

The staff were wonderfully friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. We even had a glass of sparkling wine courtesy of the hotel manager at night. The Italian restaurant onsite was very very good. The beds were very comfortable. We had everything we needed in the room including complimentary drinks and snacks in the fridge and bathrobes and slippers. The shuttle was free between the train and the hotel both ways. We had a lovely view from our balcony. We asked for milk for a cup of tea and they gave it to us without fuss. Offered us water for the train the next day.

The price was expensive, but I can understand that for the location. Only one lift as well, which was a problem in the morning trying to get down in time to catch the shuttle.

Rooms as per online description, cleanliness, polite staff, great restaurant with long enough evening opening hours (very important for Switzerland and especially on Sundays), location was excellent very central and views from the room. As a plus I would also count the hotel bar in -1 that has a live performance (very talented guitarist) and very good drinks (price and quality).

Breakfast refill was not adequate. The opening hours were from 07.30-10.30 and we went at 09.30 thinking it was long enough before the closing to find everything. But we discovered not all items were in stock anymore and they were not adequately refilled e.g. bread assortment or sweets. That is not something I expected from such a hotel. Differently all items in breakfast were of good quality and the service provided also very polite.

Very friendly staff! My room on the 5th floor had an Amazing view of the lake and mountains from the balcony! The bed was very comfortable! I really loved the complimentary mini bar! It had everything I needed to go with my meal from the supermarket! Breakfast was Spectacular! The croissants, bread and pastries were delicious! It was the tastiest breakfast I've had so far on my trip! Beautiful classic hotel in Ritzy St. Moritz! 🇨🇭

The water temperature for the shower was not hot enough and the water pressure for the shower was very low!

The shuttle to/from St Moritz train station provided by the hotel is wonderful and thoughtful. The hotel staff, Mr. Alexandru is professional and helpful. The hotel/restaurant staff are very nice and like to help. I definitely will stay here again next time come to St Moritz. The day I checked in happened to be my birthday. After dinner at the hotel restaurant, I got a surprised gift in my room, a big swiss chocolate bar and a happy birthday note. How sweet of the hotel team. Thank you.

The coffee of the breakfast has room for improvement. After more than 2 weeks stay in Italy, the coffee of first morning at Switzerland surprise me a bad way.
