The hotel was at a very accessible place, near to everything. The staff was helpful and kind at all times. The room was big, cozy, with a nice, natural atmosphere. We got a card that we could use on any public transfortation (it even enabled us to ride up to the top of the mountain in the cable car for free!). The restaurant was well-staffed and offered excellent meals.

A minibar or a fridge in the room would have been nice. Also, it was a little weird that the only access to the restaurant was through the lift or the street, which was kinda uncomfortable when more people tried to get to the buffet for breakfast etc.

Location is perfect for visitors, and the day-pass is a must to have for visiting the city with all the great transportation means, such as bus, cable car, cable lift, train, etc.

the facility is a bit old and small understandably due to the hotel's central location, but for a family with children they may find the hotel is not as spacious as those in the suburbs. Also the parking space is limited when we arrive probably due to renovation of garage.

The location was great. The staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. we were upgraded to a beautiful room with a lovely view, so thank you. we were fetched and dropped off at the main station. The breakfast was amazing and the pastries from the on site bakery were truly the best we have ever had. a lovely variety as well. Thank you Hauser Hotel for a wonderful stay. we would love to come back for another longer stay. kindest regards.

Comfortable, clean and cosy room with a balcony overlooking the main roundabout. Enough space for us and the kids. Complimentary pickup and drop-off from train station. Nice restaurant where we enjoyed both a relaxed breakfast and a delicious dinner. Friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location to explore the town from. Enjoyed music at the jazz festival playing right in the hotel courtyard during our stay.

The staff at the hotel were incredible. The room, while small, was well equipped and furnished with furniture constructed from local wood (ah, what an aroma!). The breakfast was simple but adequate. The hotel location was perfect -- close to everything in St. Moritz. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend. The best hotel of my Swiss holiday.

The Room was large and hence very comfortable for 3 of us to share. The breakfast was sumptuous and the staff very friendly. So much so that the family was actually helping in the serving of the breakfast as well as spending time with the guests. The location was brilliant and very close to the local bus stop. There was a Hotel Shuttle to pick us and drop us to the Train Station as well. The view outside the window of our room of the snow clad mountains was mesmerizing.

Frankly everything was good. Language can some times be a barrier though. Just knowing English may not be very helpful.

Great location, good sized rooms, Breakfast spread was reasonable. Hotel arranged for pick and drop from the station. We had booked a family room but found the room small for our needs, hotel was quick to change it to 2 adjoining double rooms. The hotel also provided a local transport pass free of cost, it was useful to take all different cable / trains . Nearby there are plenty of nice restaurants and also a super market.

Bed side tables are too low, making it difficult to access while lying on the bed. Also, some hot kettle and coffee/tea facilities in the room would be useful.

Location was really convenient from any direction. Staffs were very friendly and kind, made me comfortable and feel welcomed. Nothing to do with hotel's service but If you walk from the station, don't follow Google map(as of Mar 2022). There is a convenient escalator/elevator to go up the hill which it does not show. When you are out of the St.Moritz station, walk to the left where you soon see a sign that leads to the slope leading to the parking area.

If possible, it will be nice to have kettle and tea/coffee, and a fridge in the room. But I had my tea and coffee prepared at the restaurant downstairs, to bring up to my room.

Located in the center of town, doesn't have a view of a lake but has a beautiful view of the mountains. Wonderful restaurant. Wonderful outdoor bar which attracts a multitude of people enjoying the evening. Furnishings are all sourced locally or within Switzerland as is the food. Pick up at the train station. We've been back often and will continue to do so this year.

There is nothing to not like.

We knew it was a small room but it exceeded expectations. Breakfast excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent customer service. Location was convenient.

There was nothing we didn't like. Given the town, it was very good value. Only there one night but felt there was not a great selection of restaurants within easy walking distance. If there are, then perhaps that should be made clearer.
