Esther and Peter Egli were very affectous at check-in and at check-out. The hotel service exceeded our expectations. The Suvretta ski school has a fantastic offer of teachers. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Suvretta House in St. Moritz! The room was absolutely gorgeous with lots of space and comfortable amenities for an enjoyable stay. The staff members were outstanding and the services throughout the property were top-notch! Breakfast was an absolute highlight featuring fresh seasonal fruits, high-quality meat products, cereals and fresh press juices and smoothies. It's always a pleasure to come back to Suvretta every time and of course we couldn't wait to return back to this again soon!

Perfect stay, I liked everything. Service was very nice, room was great, bed is extremely comfortable, bathroom big and comfortable to use. The building itself is enormous and very interesting, also pretty comfortable. I guess you can just stay there, look at the mountains and never even go outside, and don't feel restricted in any way. Stayed in summer, the hiking from this place is ideal: there are trails starting nearby, and the bus stop just round the corner, so it's very easy to go anywhere.

To critic anything I have to really think about it... Well, in my room getting into the bath wasn't very easy, an additional handle would have been appreciated. Free water bottle would have been nice too, it's important if you go hiking, and it's not a big cost. As you can imagine, this is all so minor that it's not important at all. :) Ah, also, the free transfer to the other restorant up the hill would have been nice too, I guess more people would go there in this case (if there is one, it's not advertised, so we just didn't go).

We liked your hotel, amazing staff, quality food and attention to detail in everything. You make every guest feel special.

The only thing we would improve were beds - there were 2 single beds and 2 single duvets for a couple and it felt very uncomfortable to sleep "with a hole in the middle". Having a proper king size bed for a couple and a proper large duvet would enhance our experience. But overall we loved your hotel and had an incredible time there. Thank you

The hotel has totally exceeded my expectations. Everything was 100% perfect - from the point the hotel chaffeur met us at the train station (we arrived using the Glacier express) and until the car taking us to the airport. Suvretta House is amazing and full of history, the restaurants are superb, breakfast is delicious, and they are really taking care of you here! Can't wait to be back.

Only “ski out” after 9:30am. This was quite annoying as we are used to start skiing as lifts open every morning. St Moritz lifts do open way earlier than most other resorts but at least 9:00am would’ve been a much better time to start the lift. The Spa interior didn’t feel upto the standard of the rest of the building.

Breakfast is expansive and in a beautiful room - not to be rushed. Very large bedroom with excellent housekeeping and just a perfect blend of tradition and modernity.

Access to the other mountains for skiing outside Corviglia is a bit cumbersome and requires getting into town or hiring a car.

They still allow smoking in the bar, which you can smell in the evening in the entry hall and stairway The area for sauna, steam bath is small compared to other luxury hotels

The staff is not as attentive and friendly as it should be and can be. The service in the restaurants is sometimes not under control. i.e. food for one table arriving at different times - sometime cold- sometime after a long waiting time.i.e. 45 minutes+.

Amazing Smoking Lounge/Bar right next to the Hotel Lobby. I have never seen such a cozy smokers area in a hotel and the cocktails were really tasty aswell. Staff very polite and nice too. Was amazing!

Suit and Tie obligatory in the Grand Restaurant. Could be smart casual but you know what you are getting yourself into when you book a table there so I guess it's alright.
