I recently had the pleasure of staying at Grand Hotel des Bains Kempinski, and I cannot praise it enough! From the moment I walked through the doors, I knew I was in for something special. Every aspect of my stay was simply flawless, and I wholeheartedly rate this hotel a perfect 10 out of 10. It is definitely not the average price hotel and one would not expect so, staying in higher class hotels like Kempinksi. But in this particular hotel, every euro spent by the visitor is more than worth it The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and valued. Their warm smiles and attentive service made me feel like a VIP throughout my entire stay. They were quick to assist with any request, and their genuine care for guests was evident in every interaction. The room was immaculately clean, and the attention to detail was impeccable. The comfortable bed ensured a restful night's sleep, and the breathtaking views from the window added an extra touch of magic to my stay. The hotel's location couldn't have been better.Additionally, the peaceful atmosphere surrounding the hotel allowed me to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The entire ambiance of the hotel exuded luxury and sophistication. From the elegantly designed common areas to the carefully curated art and decor, every detail contributed to the hotel's overall splendor. The seamless check-in and check-out process was yet another testament to the hotel's efficiency and dedication to guest satisfaction. In conclusion, my stay was truly exceptional. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a memorable and indulgent experience. I can confidently say that I will be returning to Kempinski on my future visits to St.Moritz. A perfect 10, without a doubt!

There was nothing that I didn't like.

The SPA was the highlight for me and my teenagers. Especially the sauna and pool have been used daily. That's definitely a reason to come back again. Best Concierge service I ever experienced!

Unfortunately, the new/young employees in the breakfast are not at a level I would have expected. However, the management was very reactive and corrected the inconveniences immediately.

every day my credit card was charged to raise the limit during our 4 day stay. This is very poor practice Your guests are not running away !! Several mistakes in charging my credit card which put me into unnecessary stress having to call my bank etc. all this is for extra 2000 euro charges during the stay. I thought swiss new better about hotel management. will not stay any longer !

The rooms were spacious and well equipped. Coffee, water and mini bar were replenished without ever having to follow up. The concierge desk was extremely helpful arranging drop offs in to the centre of town as well as pick up and drop off from the station - relevant as the property is a 20 min walk away from the lake. I’d like to say a special thanks to Kristijian whose restaurant and hike route recommendations were very valuable. All the staff were extremely cheerful and helpful.

We loved staying at the Kempinski. The spaciousness , welcoming staff, cleanliness , fantastic concierge , wonderful housekeeping, great breakfast and beautiful building made our stay there beautiful . Even the tiny details provided for our 15 month baby were adorable . Will definitely stay there again.

The facilities are cozy and clean, the staff very friendly.

There was not enough shuttle bus to/from the city center in comparison to others. on the way back from skiing, we had to wait for over one hour while other hotels came every 10 min. Also, the latest one is at 17:00 o’clock.

Everything was as it should be in 5 star hotel. Personnel at breakfast was really very helpful and professional especially Bojan, Mario, Jure etc. Concierge was giving us proper tips for hiking trails and accurate weather forecast. Valley parking was functioning very well

Room mates did not understand for our entire stay that we do not drink sparkling water and were bringing sparkling water every day

the rooms are nice, spacious, the little extras make it convenient and are what you’d expect from a 5 star hotel. the staff is excellent, polite, welcoming and helpful. the food is excellent. the differentiator here is the service.

noise from connecting door in my first room was horrible people were very loud, reception offered an alternative immediately, there was still some strange noises in the evening but much better. there is no view from this hotel. some extras were ridiculously priced like the ski rental. the ski room in the ski shop was way too small, not enough space to sit.

The breakfast was excellent. The spa was also amazing. The pool is nice and big. My husband used the Cube which are two very cold rooms good for healing.

Our room faced the courtyard that had very bright lights that were totally unnecessary since only cars were parked there. Those bright lights were shining into our room through the sides and middle of the blackout curtains. These lights could be reduced dramatically to avoid light pollution for the hotel guests and save electricity.

Beautiful hotel, lives up to its name. The view from our rooms was breathtaking. Extremely courteous and accommodating staff. They never refused any request. Food was excellent, especially the Lobby Bar. They provided shuttle service free of charge at any hour. Great facilities for skiers of all abilities; lessons can be easily booked from the reception area and the ski room is well equipped and staff is extremely helpful. Other Kempinski hotels should learn from the management of this one.
