I really enjoyed the stay for 2 weeks. The hotel is located within walking distance (15-18 minutes) from Hauptbahnhof and 2-4 minutes from the tram stop. My room had a window towards the inner square and was quiet.

There is a lack of a shelf, a table and chairs. I knew about it from other opinions and I knew what to expect. However, it should be improved as there is still enough space in the room. Especially the lack of a shelf for clothes is uncomfortable.

Large room with near roof location which afforded a view over rooftops towards Uetliberg. Exceptionally clean. Very hot and fans provided to help in the unseasonal weather. Plenty of cafes and bars nearby as well as convenience shops.

Bed pillows were like pancakes and need either a lot more of them or some with substance. There were just 2 solid hangers fitted to the wall. The quirky bathroom layout was toilet, shower, sink in a row with divider shower curtain between each element. The room was long and the spare space could have had drawers, a chair and/or suitcase holder. Could have done with a fridge.

The self-checkin works great. Regarding the value for the price, the hotel delivered what could be expected for the price.

The standard of the place could be better. The room was very small, which is fine by itself, but the bathroom was a bit too small for my taste. The courtain of the shower was so close to the toilet that there was no way not to touch it while using the toilet. I get that the room was supposed to be small, but I think it went just a little bit too far.

I liked that all instructions to check-in, leaving your things in the locker and check-out were easy to follow. It was very near to X-Tra/Limmathaus, the venue of Simple Plan's concert, and going to Train stations is very easy!!!

The window for the balcony area is damaged by the time I got there. I hope I won't be charged as I had nothing to do with it. Sorry as well if I didn't report it or complain about it. I really didn't need to go to balcony from time to time.

The hotel offered everything we needed for a night in Zurich. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was sufficient. The check in/out process was easy. It was affordable for Zurich and although there wasn’t much happening in the immediate area it didn’t take long to get to the old town or the SBB by tram which stopped nearby.

There were no signs or information about what floor our room was on, we just got given a room number at check in. The shower curtain didn’t really contain the water spray from the shower which made the bath mat and floor very wet but the shower itself was fine. The only other thing was there were no hooks to hang our towels on when they were wet.

The room is spaceous and very clean. Good power sockets incl USB ports near the beds. Perfect location not far from the central railway station and city center (you can walk or take a tram). Comfortable beds with very nice and clean sheets. Towels are soft and super clean too. Comfortable shower with good water pressure and clean drains. Also like the self check-in process with no need to talk with other people (and you can make 2 key cards for 1 room, which is very nice for couples). Wifi is on, but weak internet connection somethimes (depends on number of people is the hotel, I guess).

The room is sooo hot and lack of fresh air, and no air conditioning or even a fan in it! There is a lot of ceiling space just above the beds, where the big ceiling fan can be installed easily - please, do this! Also no table at all, as long as chairs, despite there is a free space in room where you can place them (f.e. folding table attached to the wall). And no towel hangers at all, so we had to keep wet towels on the clothes hanger and put all our clothes on the floor.

good room - you get what you pay for. easy check in process good location - only 20/25 min walk to town or a 5 min tram ride from on street away

No place to hang up towels - would have been nice to have hand towel could have done with another pillow or 2 Quite noisy area - lots of street noise and there is a church nearby with bells which start about 7 or 8am if you are hoping for a sleep in....

It is clean and quiet. we never expected that this is all check in and check out, theres no staff around. we feel we are in our own.. so theres no human touch in the service

As i said you need to feel a human touch as well- we tried for early check in but you cant because it is system locked, theres no room service as well so we didnt get our towels change our rooms cleaned in our 2 night of stay

It was perfect for spending the night in Zürich. Extremely comfortable bed, good location with Coop supermarket only 3 mins away. It had by far the best price in Zürich and we don't regret picking this hotel. It has Netflix and they also gave us a bigger and nicer room with balcony even though we paid for a standard one.

There was no toilet brush, i think it shouldn't miss from any bathroom regardless on the type of hotel. It would be nice to have at least a small table where to put stuff, but that didn't bother us, as we spend just one night there.

Great location and good value for money in this expensive city. We met a staff member who was very helpful though a lot of the time the hotel is unmanned.

There was a problem with the outside door on initial entry (to get into the check in booth). Luckily someone came out of the door so we were able to get in. Fine once we had our key as this activated the door lock
