The room was comfortable and big enough for three people. I like the decoration and aesthetics of the hotel. The key mechanism worked perfectly and was convenient. Our room was clean, and the breakfast was left at the door and was more than expected. We only stayed one night, and the location was ideal.

We arrived before 15h; thus, we could not do an early check-in. It would be nice if there were an option for leaving the bags while waiting for the room to be ready. For instance, lockers.

Great little place to spend an affordable night in Zurich. The location was close to train station by quiet at night; excellent migros grocery store on the next block! The staff was prompt on my questions and they even let me check in earlier! The room was cozy and had a small kitchen area that it was awesome.! I still recommend considering how affordable it was! The check in was very easy too!

Stayed in a triple room on the top floor. Beds were comfortable, very nice clean bathroom, good kitchenette. The location less than 10 minutes walk from the main station was extremely convenient and it's right next to a tram stop that takes you straight into the centre of town. But also fun being right by Zurich-West for trendy bars, etc. Instructions for getting the key from the box outside were clear and easy to follow. For Zurich, this is a good value choice.

Neither of these were a problem for us but the building doesn't have a lift (for those with a lot of luggage) and there's no staff on site.

The facilities were all good, clean and pretty cute in the Mamma Mia apartment

It would be a got idea to let people know that the bedroom and lounge room is just one room, it’s misleading the way it is currently worded. Good to mention the rooftop garden as well.

The room and bathroom were nice and comfortable with all mentioned facilities.

Entering the property was difficult as the main door entry code was written incorrectly and the contact phone number did not work. They replied later only using the booking.com chat.

The property is about 15 minutes or less from Zurich Hauptbahnhof. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good. Although I didn’t use them, there are basic cooking facilities and a fridge in the room. I liked the road very much and ate a very good meal at the Italian restaurant directly opposite.

There is no lift, so it was hard work carrying my luggage up to my room on the fourth floor. I didn’t like the dark decor; although that is just one person’s opinion, I think lighter colours might cheer the place up a bit. I think there was a slight leak from underneath the wash hand basin.

Location was good, within 15 to 20 min walking distance of Zurich HBF, and within 3 min walking distance of Josefstrasse which has the rental car companies. The apartment was clean and tidy. We also appreciated having a mini kitchenette in the apartment. Breakfast was two croissants with butter and jam, orange juice and coffee capsules (there is a coffee machine in the apartment) which were placed in a takeaway bag outside the apartment at 8am in the morning.

We could hear from our apartment, people's loud conversations and parties in the streets late in the night, which woke us up at times during the night. There is no elevator so you would have to carry your luggage up the stairs. There is also no reception desk so it may be an issue if you want to leave your luggage before check-in or after check-out - you would need to message the property.

Breakfast was given to us, but since we kickstarted our day at 6am every morning, we ended up eating the food around dinner time and it’s fine for us as microwave was provided. I liked the kitchenette as well, although the space is slightly small to work around, but we are more than grateful to be able to cook something in our own room/space! The bathroom is large and beautiful, so thankful that towels AND hairdryer were provided. No toiletries provided but it’s okay for us as we bring our own toiletries. Personally I think the space is quite small for 3 people but it’s manageable from my end as I’m staying for 3 nights ☺️
