I liked the water dispenser area so you can get all the water you need and then boil it in the kettle in your room. There are also tea bags and a coffee machine on the 1st floor. The rooms were cozy and they also have a coin laundry room in case you need to do any emergency washing! The area is very convenient and located between the two main metro lines. Would def come to stay again at Inns otel!

The beds are a bit short if you are over 170cm and don't want to have your feet hanging out. If you are a light sleeper, the rooms by the lifts can be a bit more noisy as the doors are not very sound proof.

• Location is good, walking distance to Liuhe night market. • Washing machine and dryer is available in the hotel which make us convenient to wash our clothes. • The strong architectural sense of design within the hotel premise which create cosy and comfortable ambience. • Room is clean and the layout of the room is perfectly design to fit different functional area. • Ventilation system in the bathroom is good.

It will be good if the size of the bed could be larger.

- Good location close to bus stops and MRT station - Very friendly staff: when we needed to change our booking from 3 nights to 2 they were super helpful and even gave us a refund for the night we weren’t staying even though we already paid

- The bathroom wall was a bit dirty/mouldy - you could hear other people taking showers/talking from the room

Hotel is really clean and nice, staff are super friendly and kind and are always at the front desk. I thought location was great (close to both MRT lines).

One downside is that there’s no lobby area or lounge so hard to hang out outside of your room! But you’ll probably be out and about anyway :)

although the price is reasonable for one guest in Taiwan, the space is really tiny you can’t even open suit case and also having a lane to bathroom. btw, there isn’t an independent shower room so you must be wet your foot when go pee after used shower

Coin operated washing machine and dryer was convenient. Free drinks at the reception area. Aircon was cold enough, important especially since Kaohsiung is so hot. Receptionists were very friendly and helpful.

Had some stains on my clothes after using the washing machine and dryer.

The room was clean and was well-equipped when we stayed during Jan 2024. The price-quality ratio was top-notch :)

The room was on the small side. However, as the room functioned really well, the size of the room was not an issue.

The hotel is about a five-minute walk from the MRT station. It is also close to night markets and the popular Pier 2 area. There's free coffee, hot chocolate and milk tea in the lobby 24/7. Lastly, the free breakfast buffet is marvelous. When I stayed, they had scrambled eggs, spaghetti, sausages, fruits and salad. They also had juices, coffee and tea.

The room was a little small, but I expected this from viewing the pictures online. They provided free ear plugs in the room, so perhaps it gets loud at times, but I didn't have any problems with the noise level.

Facilities were new and was impressed with multiple hot drinks selection available for guests. Room even had a neck and shoulder massager. Overall very satisfied :)

Good soundproofing. Although parking wasn't available, the hotel reimburse partially of the parking ticket.

Our room felt a little tight in space, but the bathroom was spacious.
