Exceed my expectation. All staff members I met were top-notch, shown genuine warmth, attentive and makes me feel very welcome at all times. I feel this is especially important for a solo traveller, on a trip with a restorative focus. Personally I found the hotel beautifully decorated throughout, both in public and private spaces, with inspirational attention to details. A sanctuary, in the naturally busy center of the city. My chosen room was traditional tatami room with sense of connection with nature and the wood element, which I adore. I also enjoyed reading in the relaxing lounge, next to the mini aquariums and the large tree sculpture. I also enjoyed swimming in the roof-top pool. Again an oasis in striking contrast to the busyness of a city. It might be helpful to note that the roof top pool is not heated: it was just right for me, as an avid cold water swimmer, but personally I appreciate the fact that the hotel keep the pool open for guest during the colder season too. Big thumbs up and salute to all hotel staff and designers at Tree House Hotel.

The room is clean and the food is good I like the roof top swimming pool though some tiles are not intact

They should put an instruction on how to use their elevator specially for the 1st time guest like us 😂 we Just try click the 5th button but the elevator didn't work and that is the time we ask the staff. You should tap the card and click the button. They should have the signage how to go in the roof top pool. We just wondering around in the hotel until we find another elevetor going to the rooftop Pool.

The hotel has a great location, 300metres from the metro station City Council, the pool is fine, not many people were there during day, breakfast was really generous, there were also fruit and vegetables, milk, pasta, eggs, croissants, and jam, everyone could find something to eat

Each of the luxury rooms has a different style, so ours was not like those in the picture, but still, it was ok, just the furniture was old

the attitude of the staffs(night shift duty) was exceptional. the best service so far 👏🏻 and also those staffs in charge in the buffet breakfast , they treat each and everyone with good socializing and service. and also the rooftop swimming pool, we enjoyed it so much 😍 and having a 24hrs front desk service is a 2 thumbs up for those so check in late night.

there is just 1 thing that we didn’t like while we were staying is that the rag was not so clean. it looks like someone’s eaten on the floor before we check in, but overall is so good .

The staffs are friendly and responsible. They help to contact the taxi company for me as we need to leave the hotel 4am in the morning. The desigh of the hotel is modern and we love it.

The hotel lights are too dim for us. There is a small space outside the room but no view.

Food and drinks spread are good enough for the set up

We were disappointed by the swimming pool. It was poorly maintained with cracked tiles and was dirty. There wasn’t any chairs to put our belongings or towels.

everything was there were unlucky only we book late and we’ don’t get a nice room wth window that was we’re looking but it’s fine hotel was near by in station and convenience we enjoy also the night market ☺️ one more the pool was good

I have check in for the 2nd time and it's worth your money. The staffs are friendly here. The room was exquisite.

Only the curtains inside the rooms. Maybe next time make it more lively. But overall it was excellent.

Bathroom drains sometimes gave off a funky smell, limited breakfast seating capacity, limited breakfast options, some rooms don't have proper windows

It would be in the best interests for the hotel, if they updated the pool and deck. ( the deck is wrecked and some tiles in the water are broken and missing also)
