The location was very central: close to the metro and travelling in different directions; close to ATM for exchanging currency. Very nice and friendly hotel staff.
There was no soap next to the sink ( there was a liquid soap dispenser in the shower), and the hotel staff said that they never had hard disposable / small soap. It's not a big issue, but it's unexpected...

This hotel does not have an on-site checkin staff. You check yourself in which is fine but the instructions were not clear so we had trouble getting into the front door. I suggest the management update the first step instructions with the following: For self check-in instructions, I recommend that you update your instructions in the first step to help guests get in the front door more smoothly. 1. When you arrive at our hotel, touch AND HOLD the screen on the door panel for 5 seconds so the number pad panel appears. Once the number pad appears, enter the password ***** to enter the front door.

Location is perfect, near to ximending mrt station
Room is small and the bed is not clean and got bitten by bed bugs. We saw a huge cockroach in the room as well.
