Evrything was perfect only problem i was disappointed about was i paid the full amount on my first day when i was checking out the receptionist said i had outstanding balance i asked why they said dollar rate went up I feel this so unprofessional as no one mentioned to me about this as i paid full price they just greedy for money We are very sad

They charged us extra when i paid full they said dollar went up this was when i was checking out the last day

A gem of a hotel -so many areas to see and experience -roof bar terrace , flame bar outside in a tropical paradise, outdoor swimming pool . Fabulous rooms with terrific view and comfy beds . Spacious areas . Great water features .A delight for the eyes. Lovely smiley staff whom were keen to help .

Could do with more vegetarian options

Everything was excellent. The facilities, variety of restaurants, ambience, cleanliness and comfort.

The fact that the waiters open the drinks at the bar and bring them already opened to the table. This is a big security breach. I also hated the fact that I kept on getting messages to pay for my booking 2 days before the deadline. I also kept on getting the messages to pay for one night even after I had fully paid for the accommodation before arrival. Please address this matter. It is very unprofessional and irritating.

the hotel is in the perfect location, the rooms are very clean and nice , I loved the bathtub. the breakfast is truly awesome with all those choices.

if I compare it to other high class hotels I been a bit disappointed from the service : - no warmly welcome or welcome drink - the payment link came direkt from the hotel and I payed it immediately, when we arrived they said there isn’t any payment ( after a while and showing several times the confirmed payment they been ok) - we called the reception because we wanted to extend a night, but they put as on a line for more than 15min so we just hung up , then we went down for the reception but also waiting long time and decided we will stay somewhere else

Organisation for the Break fast for example arrived 6h30 - asked for coffee --> 6h50 served Asked for Pancakes twice --> 07h10 served I never see a poor organisation like that ...take some training at the Hilton !!!!

Really did not encounter anything that we might complain about, other than slow checkout at 3am. Two people at desk but only one computer terminal open( out of three I believe) and both workers involved with each checkout while others waited

Staff, Receptionist manager Joan , down to earth, she listen to you very friendly, and she offer me a nice treat where I was very tired stress from the airport, but she made me cheerful and happy. I love her very much and I will always recommend to anybody to visit Hyatt Tanzania in Dar es Salaam amazing receptioni staff Ahmed, very friendly warm , what a lovely smile as soon you walk to the reception his lovely!

The facilities were great, the staff was professional, particularly Grace at the club lounge was very helpful and efficient. The hotel was also quite clean and the view of the harbour is striking.

The lounge toilets are not too clean and had a foul smell. These facilities, being in the entry to the hotel need thorough cleaning.

Where do I start; The location, the landscape, the room. It all exudes elegance. Truly worth your money and the feeling is something that is felt with the stay at such a prestigious hotel. A special thanks to the staff.

There's nothing to pinpoint, but maybe the breakfast can be a bit better. As in a wider variety, but overall the food is great in accordance with how you would associate foods/drinks with a hotel of this calibre.
