VERRRY nice breakfast buffet. Amazing court yard, old british empire atmosphere nicely captured throughout the Hotel. Rooms with all modern amenities, so no worries about "Britishness" . Best to describe it as a hotel with a unique flair. Courtyard at night great for taking amazing pictures with the hugh tree and the pool. Unfortunately as an out door courtyard, there are mosquitos, and if you sit around long enough after dark in the garden, they will eat you alive.

Rooms a bit on the small side (two people, two suitcases + carry-on is tight!) this is a small hotel, gym sufficiently large, however No Spa - for those looking for pampering.

The hotel is charming; we had some very pleasant days. The staff is always willing to help, the food is delicious, and it is essential to highlight that we loved everything. Additionally, it's a very clean place with good facilities and a refreshing pool. Thanks to the manager for his collaboration and, in general, to all the people who work there. To top it off, they graciously gave us a gift to enjoy on the journey back home.

The hotel is very clean and the staff very helpful. The room is a bit compact with little storage place but has some charm and generally meets the expectations. Dinner service and choice of food was very good.

Breakfast could improve. The choice of food was limited and not very tasty. It was clearly biased towards local preferences for a heavy cooked breakfast with very limited choice of healthier options.

Arrived at 2am and the front desk staff were available and very friendly to check us in. Rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast was amazing. The courtyard setting is calm and peaceful and the hotel bar is a nice quiet place to relax.

The hotel is old and some of the rooms are smaller than you'd expect, but it is not an issue and maintenance were repairing and upgrading areas whilst we were there.

The staff members were extremely friendly and helpful. I accidentally booked the wrong date and only realised as I tried to check in. They patiently helped me to adjust the booking and accommodated me with no additional cost. The hotel is in an ideal location. I also appreciated the fast, reliable internet.

Great location, beautiful courtyard with a refreshing pool and plenty opportunities to eat and drink outside. The architecture and decor are stunning, especially all of the stained glass lamps. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Andrew, the bellman, was so helpful. He helped me with my bags, checking in and room service. He answered all of my questions and was polite and kind. I was only at the hotel for 1.5 days but Andrew made a lasting impression on me. I recommend this hotel because of his care and commitment.

The staff are excellent and very responsive. The facilities are more than adequate and exceeded my expectations. They also seem to attract refined clientele so it felt very comfortable and peaceful. My request to park my car for 2 nights whilst I traveled around Tanzania was gracefully granted.

Yusuf is an excellent shef, his food is very nice! Ben is an amazing manager, always walking around asking how everything is going. Andrew is an outstanding water, always there to assist. We had a pleasant stay.
