We stayed at Nungwi Dreams Hotel in mid of December . We had beachfront rooms . Amazing view , you can hear waves , sometimes too much at night with the doors closed , private beach . The resort has vibe of Greece island such as Santorini or Zakinthos island . Two nice infinity pools , bar outside , rooftop restaurant , excellent breakfast. If going to swim in the ocean make sure to have water shoes . Walking distance to the swim with turtles place also on the way there you can visit feed and play with the monkeys , at the local mini zoo . Staff were amazing !!

My perfume went missing in our room and I only realised when I was unpacking.

The staff were all very lovely and helpful, lunchtime food was freshly cooked, Good location, but the roads were horribly atrocious needs to ve sorted out immediately, would love to come again but would have to seriously think about the horrible bumpy roads so may choose different location.

Great Staff. Rooms and hotel in general always clean and working. Breakfast doesn't have much of continental options, but lunch and dinner are very good. Good dinner entertainment. (Best to have breakfast and dinner/lunch included, has there is nothing close to eat, other than other resort next to it) Both pools in great conditions, plus sea right next to the pool.

Road to the Hotel is one of the worst. Takes you 15m to do 3km from the "main road" to the hotel. Coffee (expresso) are still not expresso.. almost like a small Americano. If you need expresso try ask " Single Shot Expresso " Lacks a bit of entertainment during the day or even the nights. Careful with the payment options during happy hour, because it will charge you full price if you don't check the bill.

Breakfast menu and varieties were awesome although our experience on ala cart dinner was not so pleasing. Also the property can add some beach activities for fun will get some extra fun for visitors.

The pool with the view is nice, good breakfast and taxis are always available. Security is always there and the staff are always smiling. The food in the restaurant is excellent and highly recommended.

the room doesn’t match what is in the picture as the receptionist kept arguing that there is a difference between the sea view and the beach view and we ended up with a restaurant view :/ . The checkout is very early and they always try to find a way to make you pay. the activity office is extremely overpriced and he is just a broker, it’s better to go and search for the actual activity providers and you will save half the price.

Despite the fact that this was my first stay, I would say the chef did an excellent job as the barbecue dinner and breakfast were both delectable. The overall surroundings have also been exquisitely put up. I loved it.

Staff were great 2 Pools which is nice but not very deep or for diving Area is clean and tidy Good wifi everywhere Family friendly and good entertainment Nice beach. Slightly rocky maybe but wear reef boots and you will be fine.

- Tiles used on staircases are slippery and becomes more so during rains. Should be improved or staircase area covered atleast. This is for the ocean front block. - Food variety was good but taste could have been better. Was overpriced which you can expect but you would also expect better taste. Unfortunately, Food was not 5 star - No cell connection in the area. - Rooms are good and well kept but just make it to 5 star level. Just. - Very basic first aid availability unfortunately.

The location of the hotel is perfect! Stunning, private, and secluded beach. The beach front room is beautiful, modern and clean. The staff are all amazing, especially Janeth, Abdul, Ramadaani, Noel, and Ali. All excursions were coordinated through the hotel as well as transport, which was a win. There are 2 superb infinity pools and access to jet skis and kayaking.

The drive from the airport is quite a distance, and there's hardly infrastructure. However, the drive is worth it once you get to the hotel. The food is average, but I guess it is up to personal preference.

Everything was lovely about out stay. Gorgeous room (we had the ocean view facing room). You can walk to Nungwi Beach so if you're able to, you don't miss out on that opportunity to enjoy the ocean. Many options in the area to eat, snorkel or explore the sea. The facilities were clean, professional and the staff were amazing. Perhaps find some food options as the resort food gets boring after awhile. The food was good though.

Food menu did get boring and we did give recommendations for how the menu could be more authentic to the Zanibar cultures of cuisines. They did tell us that the chef will be changing the menu so I think that's an amazing sign.
