Plus, being just steps away from all the local stores made exploring the area incredibly convenient. Now, let’s talk about breakfast. Wow! The hotel’s morning spread exceeded our expectations. There was something for everyone, catering to various dietary preferences. Whether you’re a health-conscious eater or a food enthusiast, you’ll find more than you could ever wish for. However, one unfortunate daily occurrence left a sour taste in our mouths. Some fellow tourists, accustomed to having domestic helpers back in their home countries, treated the hotel staff with scowls and authoritative commands. It was disheartening to witness such behavior. As travelers, we believe it’s essential to respect the cultural norms and etiquette of the country we visit. When you step outside your own borders, you become a guest in someone else’s home. Let’s remember that and treat our hosts kindly. The hardworking hotel staff deserves our appreciation, not disdain. Thai people, in general, are incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful. All visiting tourists should reciprocate their warm attitude. So, let’s embrace cultural understanding and make our travels more enriching for everyone involved. In summary, our stay was delightful, marred only by the behavior of a few ill-mannered guests. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms are a little old but were comfortable enough. Excellent location. Great for families

The breakfast was very average with the same options every day. Not the fault of the hotel but we noticed the poor and disgusting behaviour of other guests, particularly in the way they spoke down to the hotel staff. So many rude guests who would push themselves into the elevator before those inside have exited, spitting into the pool, pushing at breakfast.. The hotel staff should be commended for how they always responded politely to the poor and rude treatment. It seems some guests need to be made aware that staff showing respect and kindness is not an opportunity of weakness for you to be disrespectful or act entitled or above others.

This is a great hotel for families...and anyone else really. The rooms are decent size and the facilities are clean. There are 3 large pools; one of which is specifically for children and offers several slides. The hotel is located just across the street from the beach and you'll also be able to catch a long tail boat to Railey from there. There's also a night market (def go eat there) that's a 7 minute walk from the hotel. The only downside to this hotel was the breakfast selection...it wasn't bad but also not great. Just blah! 🤷🏾‍♂️ Overall, I'd stay her again and would recommend to anyone.

This resort is perfect for families. Key attraction at the resort would be the water slides which kids would love. It’s kinda not meant for adults but if no ones in the pool you can go right ahead and make a big splash. We loved the fact that it was equidistant from the Ao Nang night market and shopping district. A quick walk to restaurants, cafe's, bars…You'll be spoilt for choices. Longboat rental bang opposite the road and a number of island tour operators nestled along the way to the shopping district.

The lobby bar is pretty basic and definitely needs some jazzing up. Some live entertainment would be a plus.

Two pools were great, with one for kids (lots of noise) and the other for quiet enjoyment. The temperature of the quiet pool was a little lower and hence more refreshing. Great location and the breakfast overlooking the beach was great. Very easy coming and going. Staff were very polite and helpful.

We booked for 3 adults in one room, and got given a pull-out bed that was a thin mattress on a wood box. After complaining we were given a trundle bed, but only 3/4 length. Breakfast was good, except no bacon.

The pools are excellent, especially the children's pool. We had a family room with bunk bed, it is really more than spacious. The beds are very comfortable, although that is a subjective thing. Bathroom is big. Water pressure good. The staff is very polite. Despite the fact that I mentioned many negatives, this is an excellent hotel for families with children.

Construction on the neighboring site (May 2025), all day noise. A bit limited breakfast choice, regarding the number of stars which this hotel has. Stupid parents who leave the children unattended and they then climb the slides in the opposite direction. In a kid's club the air is full of fungus. It's out of the main part of Ao Nang, even there are quite enough places to eat in a walking distance.

It’s disappointing to see that one grumpy vacation grinch unfairly lowered the overall rating because this place truly deserves the highest praise. The pools were absolutely fantastic, offering plenty of space to relax and enjoy. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay. Breakfasts were a highlight—delicious and diverse, with options to accommodate even dietary restrictions like allergies, which were handled with ease.

There was nothing we didn’t like; everything exceeded our expectations!

-Free shuttle to Ao Nang main area at 11am, 1pm, and 4 pm. -Pool towels at swimming pool and lobby, allow to take for snorkeling trip. -Deluxe Partial Sea View Room has spacious room and balcony. -Removal hangers and drying rack are provided. -Close to convience store. -Breakfast area is sea view. Enjoyed their fresh brewed coffee from machine. -Water slide is exciting. They have quiet zone swimming pool. -Lobby has weighing scale for baggage. -King size bed was comfortable. -Fridge is cold and big enough to chill 500ml can drinks well.

-Tap and shower water is sea water, salty. -Air-conditioning was loud and unable to adjust to very slow fan speed. -Air-condition of 26 c. degree was cold at night for us (due to strong fan speed) but 27 c. will somehow moisture the floor. It was hard to get comfortable air-conditioning mode. -Ceiling fan was not working. -Our room was the highest floor on 2nd floor (Lv3 in Thailand) as we requested for quiet room. It was quiet but cons was some 2nd floor rooms have no direct access by lift. We needed to get out the lift at 1st floor and use stairs to 2nd floor.

- Location was amazing! Right across from the beach for beautiful sunsets every night! Also it’s only a 5 mins walk to the night market and there shops, restaurants, a pharmacy and 7-11 all within a few steps of the resort! And the area is quiet. Away from loud night life noise. - Hands down the best hotel and grounds on the beach! There were 3 pools which we spent in everyday after our activities and there’s a kids club and teen club. My kids (9 and 12) didn’t use the clubs but loved the water slides and foam party on Weds and Friday afternoons! They also enjoyed feeding the koi in the stream diving the hotel grounds. One of the pools was off on the other side of the resort clearly away from the families so couples could enjoy kid free swimming. - breakfast with a view of the ocean!!! - rooms were large! We each (4) had a carryon suitcase and it all fit with plenty of space to stretch out. Rooms are slightly bare decor wise but that didn’t bother us. We had a garden view which looked into beautiful green views of the jungle. The glass doors to the balcony are high quality sound canceling.

- the flush on our toilet wasn’t great so we had to hold the button down till it completely flushed - shower never got really hot. But was at a warm temperature. Not a big deal for us but if you like hot showers that might be an issue for you. Although it’s hot outside already so you might now want a hot shower anyway.
