Everything about the accommodation was exactly what we were looking for as a couple celebrating our first wedding anniversary; adults only, our porch was a few metres then we were in the pool; could swim to the bar for some mocktails in about 27 seconds; staff were amazingly kind and gracious; food throughout the restaurants was great; rooms, bed, bathroom all cool and comfortable; the two swimming pools on the rooftop bar overlooking the Andaman Sea, surrounded by natural jungle beauty, with massive limestone outcrops dwarfing you as you'd stand in disbelief looking at the sheer beauty that surrounds you was transcendental. It was also great being so conveniently located to the heart of AoNang, and only a few hundred metres walk from the beach so we could hear waves crashing at night, but as it is on a dead end road, as the beach is there; the serenity from lack of western industrial crap is pure bliss. We plan on returning for another fortnight next year, and we rarely return to countries or accommodation that we've travelled to prior, thus this is a good indication of how relaxing this hotel is.

Amazing stay, great hotel. Extended our stay as we had a fabulous time, definitely choose this hotel ! Hotel is fresh and all the facilities are excellent. Breakfast had a great selection. Hotel has a roof top pool with a wonderful view also has a ground level pool. There’s always a happy hour at one of the pools. We checked out this hotel for another in Krabi and by far the Smart hotel wins hands down, so don’t make the same mistake I did,

We liked the bed (very comfortable) the location was great too. We liked the breakfast and the restaurants (although pricey for Thailand were good) the hotel room was clean and the maids were diligent I. Taking care of our room daily. Very efficient and nice and helpful staff. The beach access and town access were close walking distance and convenient.

I didn’t like that the pools were dirty. There was a used bandaid stuck on the glass of the roof top infinity pool the whole time. There was an excess of hair and just stuff that doesn’t belong in a pool if it were cleaned regularly.

Beautiful modern hotel with an awesome rooftop terrace featuring a bar and 2 swimming pools. In the background you have beautiful massive rock.. And the Pad Thai at the hotel's restaurant was one of the best👌

The location in the resort was ideal, 5 minutes to restaurants and bars by turning right out of the hotel, head down to beach where there is the last fisherman restaurant. If you then turn right again and head another 8 minutes you are in the main part of resort where there is more restaurants and bars

The only niggle I had was the toilet seat in my room had old urine stains in the seat. This should of been brought to management attention and changed in my opinion. Other than this the room was cleaned daily

housekeeping is below average, room was never properly cleand, towels were forgotten, mini bar not filled. i had long hairs on balconie and bathroom, i am bold

The modern rooms, netflix, the sunbeds on my patio area onto the pool. Breakfast is great loads of choices. Staff are super friendly and helpful. There's a cute little gym with all you need to work out. The most comfortable beds and plows in 5 months of travelling.. Better than my own bed! Really good aircon. A big bath tub. Bathrobes provided. This place is a must for a relaxing chilled visit 😊

Room service arrived in takeaway cartons. The cocktail I ordered to my room came in a plastic dome cup with plastic straw. This is disappointing considering this hotel is proud of its green credentials. Also disappointed myself as the room service cost is considerable so it needs to be presented in a way that befits such a professional set up... Not like I've just picked it up from the scruffy takeaway down the road...... Come on fab team.. Sort this out 😊😊

This hotel is a great option if you are looking to spend most of your time in the hotel! It has a great main pool bar - the pool is huge and the swim up bar is a fun novelty. Their happy hour drink deals were great value and the staff was very friendly. We also really appreciated the 'adults only' concept - definitely one of the top reasons to stay here! It's lovely having the pool just to yourself and not be splashed by children running amok. The room itself was large and the main touchpoints were reasonably clean.

The hotel location is not ideal if you want to go out into town frequently. There are two paths - one via the beach and one via a road. Neither option is great - the path to the beach had intense sewerage smell and the road was next to an abandoned field with many stray dogs (quite alarming when they start barking and howling at you!). The rooms themselves while nice, definitely have seen better days e.g. some fixtures were a bit old, things were just a bit unclean and our 'smart blind' kept randomly not working (the staff tried to fix it but then it broke the next day and we gave up asking them to look at it). Also, we splurged for the plunge pool room and the plunge pool was a bit smaller than we expected.

The hotel is only a 5 min walk to the beach and within walking distance to shops/amenities. I wanted a room upgrade and staff were able to arrange this for me on the day. All hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. I was able to arrange airport transfers before my stay. The roof top pool was amazing with beautiful views. There was variety of food provided for breakfast. I asked for a late check out which was provided free for an hour. The hotel was able to store my luggage after my checkout as I had a late flight back home. I would definitely stay here again.

The rooms could be cleaned more thoroughly.
