The property's proximity to the beach is excellent. Initially, we had booked a standard room without breakfast, but the lady at the front desk offered us a room upgrade with a sea view and breakfast at a reasonable price, which we happily accepted. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, and the breakfast, which was delivered to our room, was quite satisfying. Outside the hotel, there is a convenient Seven Eleven store and a restaurant. Although we didn't utilize it, the hotel also provides a pool and lockers. All in all, it's a fantastic place to stay when visiting Krabi.

The hotel did not change the sheets on a daily basis, even though we made an effort to keep them clean. It would have been preferable if they had been replaced regularly.

The room was nice, well equipped and clean with a pleasant air conditioning. Nice and friendly staff. The hotel is directly located in the buzzing main area with clubs, restaurants and supermarkets. It’s also quite close to the pier from which boats depart to a variety of beaches and islands.

There was a construction site right in front of my balcony so it was a little loud in the morning and throughout the day. This is of course not a fault of the hotel. Until about 1am you might also be hearing load music from the bars located right in front of the hotel. For me it wasn’t a problem as I used earplugs or just stayed in one of those bars until music was over.

I booked an ocean view room, I was skeptical because of the photoshopped pic on their booking page, I got one on the third floor, nice but limited view. I asked to move up and they put me in room 405 - AMAZING VIEW from the balcony, and even from bed. (especially for the price, I got a good deal on the app, this would not be in my budget at full price) I read some negative reviews… Yes, the basin faucet was a little bit loose, yes there was a hole in a bedsheet but clean, spacious room, all facilities worked, staff lovely, and helpful. I did not have the breakfast or swim in the pool. You can walk through the back of the hotel, and be on the beach in one minute.

It is a little rough around the edges and I imagine if you do not have a Oceanview room it’s just another hotel.

We had a brilliant stay Originally booked for 5 nights but booked for another 11 nights. Brilliant location to bars restaurants etc Good access to the beach and pool. We seemed to be the only ones that used the pool. It seems that since covid the pool area has not been maintained. But, it was clean and quiet. House keeping was excellent nothing too much trouble, nice and friendly staff

As I said, since covid somethings have been not maintained but that's just unfortunate. Didn't effect our stay and we throughly enjoyed ourselves. Despite what some people have said about the resort things are slowly getting back to normal. Be patient and kind Thailand has had a tough time

I had a superb week in a lovely room with a sea view. Fab location. They are keeping their prices low as the hotel is old. Staff are very nice. There is a lovely path through the hotel grounds that takes you straight onto the magnificent beach in 3 minutes. The swimming pool is nice. Its worth paying the higher price for the sea view rooms. Glad I did.

The hotel is showing its age and needs refurbishment. But with a spectacular sea view and reasonable price I was very happy.

We decided to book this hotel because we couldn’t sleep at our friend’s place across the road due to the noise from the night clubs near by which made us couldn’t sleep through the night. When we arrived, we asked the staff if we can hear loud music from the club. Staffs were very honest and helpful. They were able to upgrade our room to the higher floor and we barely hear any thing from the nightclub. Thank you very much! We really enjoy our stays (:

I booked the room with full sea view balcony. Amazing views. Very open plan room Had everything I needed. Has a fridge, safety box The staff were so friendly! It was my birthday so they decorated my room and bought me /or made me a necklace. Sooo cute.! Very accommodating

The place is a little run down but don’t wanna put a dampener on it because I loved my 3 days there

Hotel in a very central position.

The restaurant and pool were under renovation so weren't available. You could use a sister hotel pool buy they only took you there 2x day. Roof had a leak in the entrance as you walked in. When we left they came running out to ask us to pay which we had - maybe all staff should be up to date on this as its embarrassing.

I was blocked into my parking space by neighboring businesses and had to get assistance from hotel staff to get out (which they did willingly in just a few minutes). There were only about four parking spaces for the whole hotel. What do guests do if all four parking spaces are taken on a first come first parked basis.
